I have to say: When I first came across the post, I thought it was a great idea, but was still a bit sceptical. At the end it was an amazing experience, from the first contact to the actual day in our home. I purchased their service as a birthday present for my wife and she was completely floored by the service, professionalism and taste. Rebecca was always responsive and brought in her own ideas and recommendations. We decided to give Eyal a free hand with the menu and wanted him to bing in his creativity. WE HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED. The menu and taste was terrific and Eyal created a few courses that were out of the ordinary (chocolate covered shrimp) but yet SOOO good. Rebecca and Eyal, both stunned us with their knowledge and competence when it comes to cooking and wine pairing. Long story short: this was one of our all time favourite experiences and we will recommend them 100%. I was so satisfied that I introduced them to my employer as an option for high-class customer appreciation events etc. Thank you both again !!! we will invite you back for sure.

If you are looking for a way to make your quarantine weekends more interesting and fun, look no further! We had an amazing "virtual cooking class" with Rebecca and Eyal a couple of weekends ago. We met over a zoom call the day before and curated the perfect menu with them, then the next day they dropped off all the ingredients we would need, including the special wine pairings. From there, we met over zoom and learned some new cooking skills, some new spices, and had a ton of fun while doing it. Appetizer, main course, and dessert were to die for! Rebecca also taught us a lot about the wine and I felt like I learned more than any 'vineyard tour' I've been to. Overall, 10/10; great people, delicious food, and a fun learning experience! We received a gift for Christmas for a chef and Somm to give us a private dining experience and I can’t even begin to express as to what a gift this was. Our Experience with Rebecca and Eyal goes beyond words. It started off with a consultation to see what our likes and dislikes were and We decided to leave it up to them to create a menu for us and choose wines that go with each course. When they arrived they came with everything necessary to complete Our menu and at the end cleaned up and left everything the exact same as to when they arrived. But the food, can I tell you the food was beyond anything I have ever tasted. The flavours of each Dish and the wines paired with each course were beyond amazing. My husband and I are both foodies and I’ve never tasted food so tasteful, presented in such a beautiful way in our lives. Everything about the night was exquisite. The attention to detail and using only the freshest ingredients made for a fantastic fine dining experience along with the great wine pairing from Rebecca the sommelier. They took care of everything, so all we had to do was enjoy the wine and food the whole night. All the dishes were great, but the 120 day aged Elk and the fresh Pickerel were standouts. My wife had thrown a surprise 60th birthday party for me last summer that was catered by Chef & Somm. It was magnificent, with innovative and delicious courses - all the way from hors d'oeuvres, to mains, to dessert - and all paired so expertly with inviting wines - you can find pics on their event gallery. We loved the experience so much that she organized a virtual cooking class with Chef & Somm for #61. We had some 15 or 20 couples participating from their homes, and Chef Eyal did an amazing job instructing us on poached salmon and lentil salad, and a white chocolate strawberry mousse. And Sommelier Rebecca provided a great lesson on Chablis vs Chardonnay vs Sauterne. The feedback we have received from our friends was that they were uniformly thrilled with the experience, too. We're looking forward to our next culinary adventure with Chef & Somm.
