Family business with exceptional customer service and work ethic! When we built our home 2 years ago in North Vancouver we were not familiar with this company. We just went with another local wine cellar company. We've had a couple problems and our initial company wanted to charge ridiculous fees and didn't seem to care that their product had issues. So, after some searching we found Timeless Wine Cellars. The owner, Nisvet came over to see the issue, he was very transparent and offered solutions at a better price. He brought his son with him and even fixed some of the finishing work the other company left. We will continue to do business with Timeless Wine Cellars and would confidently recommend them to friends.

Fantastic place to get your wine cellars. Walked into the showroom and was greeted very warmly by a lovely lady. They have their product on display and also a room build to show you what a whole unit would look like. Also offered me coffee and a relax chat. Good wine cellar place.
