Great selection of products and staff who are upfront and honest about pricing, availability and feature sets. They were very flexible in accommodating my roaming delivery date, which were due to circumstances beyond my control (multiple delays from condo developer). The delivery driver for the order was among the best I've dealt with.. professional, courteous, experienced and skilled. He came on time and with the right tools for the job, including protective coverings for our floors. As for the product itself, we are very pleased with the Vinopro single-temperature unit that we'd settled on. The front vents make for easy placement and the all-glass door makes for a sleek and understated look, which is exactly what we were looking for. The compressor operation is very quiet and the unit keeps very steady temperature with few fluctuations.

Our wine cellar needed a new compresser. We called for help in order to get a new one. We were very well advised by staff Christine and Adrianne. They suggested to order directly from cellar pro. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly it arrived by Fedex. Dale came to install and all is now in good working order. Many thanks!

Good product selection, prompt reply to questions. Had a problem with the fridge at first - the owner himself came to the house to solve the issue - replaced them both no problem. Only downside was their 'white glove' delivery service - very poor - delivery guys literally dropped them off, left a mess in the house and left...... Not Blue Grouse staff. I recommend these folks.
