Took a leap of faith and ordered an Anniversary gift from Ontario. Was delivered same day, they added a card for me and my parents said the delivery was professional and even sang Happy Anniversary to them. Parents were super impressed with the gift basket.

I placed an order for delivery as a gift. I received an order confirmation email but since then no info or update. I emailed them asking for delivery info and tracking but have not received a reply. Its been 10 days since I placed the order Business clearly needs to work on customer service. I'll be contacting my bank shortly to dispute the charges. I'll never be ordering from them again
