Quality is great! Store is clean! There are a lot of pre-made choices, which I love! The staff were polite. Definitely higher end than most North Bay groceries stores for quality but also for price. I get that there is a mark up in luxury grocery stores and for pre-made food but most people will be shocked by the prices. I think they could entice people by have the odd good deal mixed in! I will shop here again but will be choosy about what I pick. It’s a great option for people who don’t have time to cook and are sick of take out. Had some nice gift baskets and desserts too! I bought a few things. Everything tasted good but their pizza buns were not my favourite (tasted like it needed to be baked and wasn’t as buttery as you’d hope) despite being $2.39 for one.

By far the best food shopping in North Bay. Yes it can be more expensive than the supermarkets but the quality is the defining factor. And they do have amazing specials every week that rival any of the big chains. Just take the time to drop on in and you'll see. The in-house fresh baked whole grain bread is the best in town.

Their orange juice is fantastic their steaks are even better. you can ask for just about any cut and come back and they will have it done for you if the butcher is not there for whatever reason. the salad bar is to die for you can literally make anything you can possibly think of. would definitely recommend checking out the only downfall is that some things that shouldn't be as expensive are as expensive. That said their produce last quite a while. And most of their produce is of the highest quality.

Prices are very high on most items, but often these items are high end, specialty, hard to get or local goods. I wouldn't do a whole grocery shop here, but I go for meat, salad bar and some specialty items on a weekly basis.

Great store with fabulous eggnog and fresh bakery. Having said that.. several times in the last year dogs have been in the store that are very clearly not service animals. Twice I have asked staff about it. One when a small dust mop was tapping and scrabbling to get into the deli meat counter, and once today at the door a large dog with a huge claw coller and they only shrugged and said what can I do? To be clear.. REAL service animals have FORMAL TRAINING. If the animal is not behaving in a way that you can clearly see is exceptional or has collars meant for badly behaved or aggressive dogs then you can be forgive for approaching the owner and asking to see the dogs papers. REAL, TRAINED, service dogs will have responsible owners who carry their certificates! Furthermore... SHAME ON NORTH BAY DOG OWNERS who try to get away with this B.S.! You are LYING! I have a dog I love more than my family but unless she is actually welcomed in (pet stores & Canadian Tire) she says in the car or at home.

Worth a regular shop to get great produce, and really, really great baked goods. You can't find all your groceries here, but what they do have is really great quality, and their staff are very helpful.

Fat and Funny

I was recently in North Bay and was suggested by my family to check this place out. Can I just say, WOW! Coming from Montreal I never expected to find such a great, healthy abs vegetarian friendly location. This place has everything. They sell fresh and organic fruits and veggies as well as digs, breads and soups. I felt like a kid in a healthy candy store. They also sold amazing desserts (the best short bread cookies I have ever tried since coming back from the UK!) Honestly I wish I had one of these in Montreal! 10 on 10 for quality and service! I can’t wait to go back eventually.

This is a premium grocer in the city of North Bay. Prices are out of reach for many local citizens. They are well known for their freshly squeezed orange juice which is simply superb and also their good selection of cheeses. I was recently disapointed when the cheese of the month club was closed and I received an offer to come in and close my account. On two occasions they didnt have the cheese available or ready. On the third occasion I waited for about 10 mins when they prepared my order even though I called in advance. The staff are polite and professional. The food items are masterfully stocked and the food quality is very high. I would not recommend this store unless you are prepared to pay much more than the other grocery stores.

I love their fresh food. Butcher shop has amazing choices of cuts and fresh. Bakery section has very good stuff too. Love their butter tart and blueberry muffins. Once a week we buy their ready dinner package. It's so easy to prepare. Everything is in the separate package all you have to do is warm up inside. I'd recommend you to try the stuffed pork tenderloin. Only thing is I wish from the package is if there were more meat.

I have tried i lot of good white breads in my whole life . But this is the very best white loave of bread i have ever had that is made right in the store .Had to get 7 loaves to take back to Orilia Ontario cause it was so good . To die for put most of it in my deep freezer when i got home. Trust me it is so good

Love this place! Small but loaded with goodness. Their salad bar is the greatest. I can get a large spinach salad loaded with things like shrimp, feta, other veggies, seeds, etc. for under $8. I come here often.

Have you walked through the doors yet? Well the first thing you're going to notice is that there is a sensor for the doors and its poor form to yell at them while citing bible verses about the witchcraft that propels them. But hey, don't let that frighten you from the deals within.

It is to bad this place is so far away from the ferris area, or i would go there everyday, but when i am in the area I spend money there. I have yet to be disappointed and there meat is incredible .check out their weekly specials.better prices than most places in town (for better quality anyways) and customer service is outstanding

Fantastic grocery store for when I've got some extra grocery money.. I do miss the salad bar, can't wait for it to reopen eventually! They have AMAZING produce, my workplace orders all of our groceries from them and everything is always fantastic. Not to mention the bakery! All around a great place to shop.
