The Wine Factory is probably one of the best run "make your own wine shop" I have ever been too in the lower mainland. The place is extremely clean, the staff are super helpful and they offer a great selection of wines to choose from. We have now bottled wine 4 times since moving into the neighborhood less than 2 years ago and will be back again very soon. Even though the ownership has recently changed hands the level of service is still outstanding!!! Whether you are looking to make wine for home or for a celebration. The Wine Factory is the place to go!!!

Retro vibe but with a modern direction. Don has been very helpful as I start to delve into the world of u-bottle wines. Already been through two batches and the wines are good value. Latest batch had an issue but without hesitation Don made it right. Will be looking at my next white wines and a premium barreled batch soon.

I have been using The Wine Factory to get uBrew since I moved to New West a couple of years ago and love the place. Don has brought in a bit of a modernized flair and kept the high quality of wines. I wish they could provide tasters to try the different styles but unfortunately our alcohol regulators are way too backward. To make up for that, The Wine Factory stands behind their product and would take the batch back if I don't like it. I have yet to not like it though.

This is our 2nd year bottling our wines with The Wine Factory! They're super affordable with great quality of products. The owner, Don is very accommodating and will walk you through the steps on what you'll be doing. Plus their facility/factory is well maintained and super clean! I recently tried making my own Hard Seltzers from their new Hard Bubbles station and they turned out amazing!! i'm very satisfied and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends! 10/10

Today would be a great day to consider making your own wine. You don't have to be concerned about a crowd like at your local liquor store. Don is generally there by himself and I'm sure he can sort out the meter distance while you bottling your wine. I have been making wine at the Wine Factory for many years and having some wine around is a Good Thing

Phoned the store not realizing it was a wine making store , wanting to buy a case of wine. The manager was extremely rude to my husband and told him we we're wasting his time before we could even ask a question. We were visiting from out of town for a few weeks. He seen the area code from our cell phone and assumed we were not a few blocks away. We defiantly not deal with this individual .
