Very pretty location, and view. You have to have a reservation, pretty much no drop in tastings. I get a vibe that this is a “fancy” winery - they do events- weddings etc- it’s very large, a kind of corporate vibe. Just my personal opinion, I much prefer a small family run atmospheres. I think I won’t be back, it was pricey for a tasting and I’ll probably just purchase wine from the BC Liquor store.

It’s always interesting to see which vineyards in this area have the huge budgets and which ones are a passion project. This is one of the ones with a huge budget. There are tons of staff, a huge patio, a gigantic property, and everything is branded. The wine glasses, the signs, the art, even the little wooden block your receipt comes in is covered with the Poplar Grove logo. They’ve definitely thought of every little thing. The restaurant is pretty good. The price is reasonable, and there aren’t a ton of other places to eat on the bench, so it’s not like you have a choice, but it’s fine. You’ll probably be half-drunk from all the tastings by the time you get here anyway. We found the staff to be pretty short with us, and not particularly friendly. That stood out for us after coming from some other nearby vineyards where the staff were amazing. If you’re a nerd, you might find the patio interesting like I did. The whole roof is made of solar panels, which is neat to look at.

Great food and great service. One of our guests has celaic, meat, and dairy restrictions. The manager Michael accommodated her perfectly. Tesla and J1772 chargers here as well that provide a great quick level 2 charge. Second time here, will be back! View is great.

Very generous pours during wine tasting and we fell in love with the rosé. Staff were not particularly friendly but our tasting host was nice and knowledgeable. I personally prefer when you are given time to taste the wine after it is poured but here they watch while you sip which is a tad awkward especially with big pours!

Sarah von Innerebner

The receptionist was arrogant and unfriendly. James our host for the tasting was excellent. We do tasting of wines all over the world. We found many of the wines in the area far superior to yours. Maybe it is the name !! We left not wanting to come back compared to many other wineries in the area.

Mónica Henao

Poplar grove served fantastic wine paired with an amazing meal and superb service. I will make this my go to recommendation for anyone going to Okanagan and wanting a sincere and warm experience.

Stopped by this winery with high expectations and didn’t even have chance to experience wine tasting as the hostess didn’t even acknowledge my presence when I walked in. I am obviously giving it a 1 star for the horrible customer service. Expected better.

Melissa Appelt

Fantastic wines & winery. I have been a few times now & no complaints. The view is spectacular, food is good and my child played with other children on the hill while I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and delicious wines.

Great place for lunch. The view is amazing and the food is fantastic

The location and view were amazing. Emma helped us get oriented to the wines and space, she was very helpful and friendly! There’s a restaurant that is attached and serves the wine but is separate from the tasting room. There is an outdoor area you can purchase a glass of wine and hang out there to enjoy the view. We have dogs but did not bring them, however, another customer had her dog and we over heard that dogs are not allowed on the patio at the restaurant or in the tasting room but they were welcome in the green space. We had the rose and merlot both were hands down the best wines we had that day; great bold flavor, low acidity and low residual sugar. Definitely recommend!

The view here is amazing at sunset and they have a huge patio area. My sirloin was cooked perfectly.

May have been good once upon a time, but that was not my experience. The service was subpar and the food, average at best (in spite of prices being on the high end, especially for their own wine). Beautiful space, but would not recommend nor return.

My boyfriend and I visited this winery on Friday, the hostess was super friendly and professional. We seat at the patio, the view was breathtaking ????. Our server Robyn was VERY friendly, knowledgeable and super sweet. Robyn suggested us to try their pinot gris and it was not disappointing at all ! The tuna tataki however was not the best I had, it could use more tuna than cucumber.... after all, its tuna tataki, not cucumber tataki. The tempura halibut was amazing ???? the batter on the fish was light and crispy...the side salad is a great complement for the fish and the dressing was a little smoky which is super unique and delicious( I want the recipe please ????) Lamb dip was flavorful but a little messy. (My bf said its worth it) . The chocolate ganache was so rich ????, melt in your mouth as soon as it hit your toung. Perfect with the mint sauce and cream cheese foam that was on the plate. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come again with friends and family.

We showed up at about 10am and we must have been the first to show up which is great. Nikita was the person that helped us do the tasting. She was very knowledgeable. They were tasting 6 wines all together. There is a few to taste unless you buy a bottle then it's waives. The staff was professional in appearance and service. I would come back again for sure. They do have a food menu but we did not try the food. The building is very large which is nice.

We drove from Vancouver to visit some wineries in Penticton to enjoy this unique experience. Our first stop was a high rated Poplar Grove Winery online. As a driver, I didn’t want to have any wine, so I went on the restaurant patio to enjoy the view. Only one couple was sitting there. I was waiting for a couple of minutes when a waitress came by and asked if I needed the menu. I said not really because I am waiting for somebody, then she left. After another couple of minutes, she came back and said this section is only for people who order food. This message was delivered in a fairly cold voice and her facial expression was not pleasant. My daughter and her friend are young ladies in their early twenties with pleasant personalities. They also experienced very poor service. They are not wine drinkers but wanted to enjoy some wine sampling. They would nicely ask simple questions to the wine sample staff lady like what is your favorite wine from the menu and they told me that the lady gave them a very rude look without barely any effort to answer their questions and then she would ignore them for most of the time they were wine sampling. This winery values only customer who want to spend a lot of money. The winery was rated high by Google review which is a big surprise as this was well below my expectations and those of my daughter and her friend.

I've been to 97 wineries in the Okanagan area this year and this place is definitely in my top 3. The food and drink menu were nothing like what you see in your average winery, its a beautiful collection of very carefully selected dishes and beverages to choose from. Salmon and Halibut were cooked to perfection and the wine was super refreshing. If you need sometime off to enjoy a lovely view and a proper meal, Poplar Grove is your go to place!

Jenna Rourke

The wine, the view, and the ambience are stellar! Food is a little meh for the price.

For the first start to my moms birthday events - I took her here for a wine tasting. The male who lead our tasting did not tell us much about the wine, and finished the tasting in under 10 minutes. It was disappointing because it was my husbands first tasting in the Okanagan, and they did not want to try out our second reservation for another wine tasting. Go here for the scenery, not for the customer service or product knowledge.

Steve Bickerdike

We had a fab wine tasting here, and bought a bottle to enjoy on the lawn. The staff were really friendly and chatty, and even gave us a blanket and glasses to enjoy our wine out the front. It was a shame there were no benches or tables available - they had been taken away, but we made the most of it - picnic style.

Beekeeper Vlog (How To Learn)

All staff were friendly and attentive however with the large plexiglass barrier it was hard to hear and was an impersonal experience. Next time I will book for a sit down meal as we really enjoy the wine. Views were amazing.

First, I will say that we've been coming to this restaurant for years and it always impresses...until tonight. Our waitress was completely clueless about the menu. I asked what the crispy bits on the polenta were and she actually said cornnuts. I asked her to explain the polenta appetizer and she had no idea. We asked another lovely waitress what was on the polenta that was served with the Bison and she was smart enough to say, "let me check". It was crispy greens, NOT corn nuts! We will absolutely come back as the food, wine and view are spectacular. Hopefully, the wait staff improves and are informed regarding the complex menu. Hats off the chef! You need to have waitstaff that can communicate the minute details of the menu! We overheard the table beside us having the same issue.

Melissa Holmes

We came for a birthday celebration - we did a tasting and then a set menu dinner. And they did not disappoint. If you're wondering what was best for us - burrata appetizer (with sparkling), steak main course (with cab franc) and pot de creme dessert (with port). Major points ???????? to Michael, Daniel, Spencer, Reesa and Kelsey for making our evening a night to remember. We will be back.

Dana Rios

Beautiful setting, excellent food, wine and service.

Kenneth Fung (Kenneth Fung)

Not impressed after the wine tasting. I personally found better quality wines in smaller wineries not far from here. The view is nice and the lady who served us was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Stepan Vostretsov

Booked a reservation & got there right on time. It was on Sat, Nov 14 at noon. The wines are very nice & we did buy some however I am reviewing our experience. We were basically in & out in 10mins. Felt rushed & the guys who did our tastings seemed to be having a bad day. No sense of humor, was polite & all but just no flair or personality. We went to 4 other wineries after & wow, were there for almost an hour each one where they told a story of the winery, answered any questions, let us taste stuff off the regular menu because of the off season and more. So I am giving a 3 rating & this is on the basis of the wine itself (and the view).

Lucian Tiliai

The view is gorgeous and service was alright. I did find the food overpriced for what you get. No sides with the meals and for the price I wasn't wowed.

Jan Longauer

Tasting review: Plus: fancy architecture, view and friendly well informed tasting. Minus: all 5 wines we sampled. Some had good nose. Most had simple limited body. All had an odd, unattractive finish. Much better available elsewhere. Good spot for pictures, lunch dates etc, but not for wine ...like many small new wineries in the valley.

We had our wedding at Poplar Grove Winery and it was catered by Vanilla Pod restaurant. The food was incredible, our guests couldn't stop talking about how great every single course was. Chef Bruno was extremely helpful and very friendly. Such a great experience!

Nikki M

This very clean, sleek, modern looking Vanilla Pod Bistro is operated by some of the most hospitable and friendly staff this side of the Rockies. The views are spectacular as the winery rises up the eastern slope of the Penticton/Naramata hills. This is wine country and this winery overlooks Okanagan Lake and Penticton north shore, but the rest of the town and Skaha lake can be seen trailing off to the south. We had the Sable Fish ($32) which has an aetherial crisped skin and wades atop a beautiful translucent brown broth bathing little bites of sauteed vegetables. The Paella ($32) was also very flavourful with a very generous portion of mussels, clams, and giant prawns done to perfection. The bright red tomato and sauteed red pepper sauce beautifully coats each grain of the short, plump variety of rice. The dish has a delicious smokey flavour with the perfect spicy note. Not too spicy, but far from bland. Highly recommended. The 5oz glass of Winery-made red Syrah ($14) was delicate and easy, with a hint of oak coming on after. As a bonus, there is a family-run fruit orchard selling some very plump, sweet, homegrown cherries. $5 for a 2lb basket... better than the $6.49 for 2lbs at the Main Street Walmart, and tastier too.

Olivia Dunne

We ate at the restaurant, which was fantastic. Great views, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food was great.

I was supposed to have a lunch for my bachelorette party at Poplar Grove but due to some miscommunication and changing public health orders, ended up having to cancel only a few days before my bachelorette. Michael, the food and beverage manager went above and beyond to readjust my booking numerous times, and when it was realized my booking would have to be cancelled, offered a kind gesture in order to make amends for any miscommunication. I would highly recommend dealing with Michael and if he's any indication as to the standard of services Poplar Grove provides, I would highly recommend going there.

JP Csubi Z

We had lunch and a tasting here this afternoon. The food was interesting and delicious and our server was excellent. The tasting was disappointing for $20- the wines were not described or explained to us at all, and the staff member who was helping us was frankly not attentive at all, leaving us many times to go talk to other staff members.

Joanna T

My wife and I had great dinner here. The weather was great and the patio that have has a breathtaking view. The service was on point and the food was of a quality and presentation appropriate for its price. When we make our way back out to Naramata, we will definately make a dinner reservation for Poplar Grove.

Joanna Hart

My friends and I did a wine tasting and had dinner here and it was amazing! Daniel was perfect at explaining different wines. Michael had a great attention to detail and was very attentive to us. Highly recommend this winery for both tastings and food!

Cynthia Givens

OMG…delish. Has been a couple of years since my last visit… Started with a glass of the always sparkling Extra Brut 2015…then for starters the Plot Twist greens (did I mention the preserved lemon flavour!), then on this overcast cooler day tried the house-made pasta Strozzapretti. To finish I had the coconut ice cream sandwich with dark chocolate and crispy rice chased with a but espresso! #exquisite

Had an absolutely amazing experience at the Poplar Grove. I called ahead to let them know I was proposing to my girlfriend and they were extremely accommodating in setting up a wonderful table and view. The food was amazing (we had the duck and the beef) and it was extremely well paired with the side items. Our server Frasier was wonderful after I proposed and brought over champagne and dessert to celebrate. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for an elegant dining experience in the Penticton area, and we look forward to visiting again next time we're in the area.

Randy Forgo

We went to several wineries today and were a little underwhelmed by the impersonal tastings we received (totally understand that there is a pandemic and protocols are in place). That being said, WOW what an amazing experience given by Shae(sp?)!!! She literally turned our whole day around. All the wines were perfection and we could not sing her praises enough. Can't wait to come back and eat at the restaurant!

Nigel Cooper

Servers were FANTASTIC! Tanya took such great care of us. So attentive. Never stopped the entire time we sat & was so patient with our large party! The restaurant was quite busy and the team seemed a little stressed & over run, so it was slow to leave, but we enjoyed the view in the meantime.

Michael Elder

The restaurant ambiance and views are fantastic. The food is okay for the price. We ordered the burrata starter which looked …

We have stopped by Poplar Grove for a tasting and lunch every year, and it just keeps getting better. The restaurant recently went through some changes, new patio, menu, style, and it is fantastic. The wines here are so delicious and consistent. They make a wide range of Bordeaux and Rhone style wines. The Legacy is a must try and is a bargain at it's price point. This beautiful blend stands against some of the best blends I have tried from around the world.

Kaira Kinney

Deliciousness!!!! The food here is amazing, tasty, beautifully presented and well done! Our server Emily was just lovely, inuitive and attentive. The loss of a star came from limited wine selection with very high prices for the same wines that they have in the tasting room and despite us buying mines we were not allowed to py a corkage fee to drink them at the restaurant and ended us paying basically double the price for the same wine at the restaurant. We were not totally blown away by the Popplar Grove wines so more selection would have been nice. All in all however beautiful vineyard, gorgeous views, excellent food and service!

Chris Dias

Great view, meal was tasty, service was ok. Nothing wow about anything accept the view.

Scott Cadwell

Came up for a tasting and were charged $5 per person (two of us) for a tasting, which is fine. We then purchased 4 bottles of wine and usually the tasting fee is removed from the purchase price. The tasting fee wasn't removed and in addition were guilted into leaving a 15% gratuity....REALLY?? Certainly won't be rushing back with our summer guests in the future.

We tried not staring at the wedding couple as they strode by us on their journey to ritualized legal kinship. We were enjoying our meal when kilt-clad men and their respective glowing fairer companions approached the marriage commissioner on a distant hill. We were further shocked when they returned only five minutes later. That was it? A lifetime commitment over coffee. No reception, they borrowed a mound for a spell and left. It certainly was an interesting distraction, and I was left curious as to how ones goes about securing such a location. Their website lists many options but not a drop-in for five minutes rate. Perhaps it was dinner theater, or rather, in this case, lunch theater. Poplar Grove’s greatest strength lies not with its winery but with The Vanilla Pod restaurant it sits beside. And that speaks volumes given how impressive the winery is. Generally, you’ll have to cut through the tasting room, potentially sampling wines to pair with your meal. For us, we stopped at Poplar Grove in the morning, returning later for lunch before traveling onto to Kelowna for the next leg of our wine journey (one week, 60 wineries, 120 bottles bought). To review the décor of The Vanilla Pod would be difficult given most of it sits outside. So, if rating it consequently, The Vanilla Pod would be one of the best-looking restaurants in the world. A massive canvas covers much of the serving area, though built in such a way as to not impede one’s view. While other places cheaply throw up a handful of umbrellas, this single canopy only requires four posts to cover nearly a dozen tables. Said sunshade is fringed with string lights for the evening service (which must look amazing). Cut grass spreads beyond the square of pavement the tables sit on until reaching the vineyards; past that, sporadic marks population and further fields until one takes sight of the lake. A view nearly unrivaled unless you visit Bench 1775 up the hill. Further away, near where the wedding party would eventually take perch, is another dining area without cover but avoiding any annoying intrusions from the rest of the winery. So yes, you can’t really get much better than this…unless it rains. Or it’s winter. Hell, I’d pay for a dish just to waste a half-hour staring at the view. As for the food, offerings at lunch are limited and not on the inexpensive side. Even the most basic salad is $10. Not everyone wants to drop down $27 for lunch (not including drinks), but there are dishes that expensive. My girlfriend ordered the chickpea salad (which they oddly spelled “chick pea”), with tomatoes, red onion, spinach, cilantro, a white balsamic vinaigrette, and a heaping portion of chickpeas. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, with peach BBQ sauce, pickled fennel and cabbage slaw, spicy mayo, which was complemented by a salad. I won’t make any claims that these two meals together warrant $30, but they were amazing. My girlfriend discovered a newfound appreciation for chickpeas. The dinner service can intimidate some, with prices starting at $29 for a main, but I can’t speak to that quality; the lunch was very satisfying. Add to that the picturesque view, and you can’t really go wrong dining at The Vanilla Pod…I just have one question: Why is it called The Vanilla Pod? There’s no mention of desserts being offered, and none of the dishes boast it as an ingrediant. I don’t see any orchids anywhere, and you certainly can’t grow them in the wild at this latitude. The winery is called Poplar Grove, which you can understand given how common poplar trees are, but do vanilla orchids grow around them? It’s all very confusing. With that out of the way, I did enjoy the Vanilla Pod restaurant through the wine offered at Poplar Grove winery was nothing to write home about. The Naramata Bench thankfully boasts several above-average restaurants end to end, including Hillside and Lake Breeze, and The Vanilla Pod can be counted among them. Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Presentation: 5/5 Value: 3.5/5 Recommendation: 4/5

Very friendly staff although we had 4 excited kids at the table they never stopped smiling at us, good food, spectacular view and ok wine. The place itself is very enjoyable inside and outside and the terrace is amazing. A great restaurant in the area I would say good and honest quality/price ratio!

Travis B

We didn't even have a reservation, and this place went above and beyond to try to accommodate our group of 10 people while keeping up with covid guidelines, masks, social distance and seperate tables. The patio is stunning and all of the staff were so nice! The tastings were full due to previous reservations, but one of their staff members kept her eyes on us, and came to get us as soon as something came available. Everyone was so friendly, and overall... they just tried very hard to make it a good experience for us. We will be back! Sharan B

Beautiful views. Amazing food. Compliments to the chef! Excellent Covid precautions. Decor is modern, clean and inviting. Highly recommend the dining experience.

Had dinner at the Vanilla pod, it was amazing! Stunning view, lovely staff and delicious food. Highly recommend this restaurant!

nicole

Best in the BC! The staff made great efforts to ensure we were educated about the wines during our tasting. They were very knowledgeable and passionate about the wine, which is the finest I've tasted in all my BC winery tours. Such a beautiful location and an absolute must- visit on any Okanagan winery list.

Adi C

The menu is short - one page with less than 10 choices. The proportions are small but adequate with an appropriate glass of wine. The food (I had the grilled pork belly) is flavourful, unique, and delicious. And my dessert was equally fantastic. There is a wonderful view of the lake and Penticton in the spacious open tasting room/restaurant . This is not for the budget minded but rather for those seeking something unusual, fun and flavourful. I loved this place.

Sonya Chowsen

Enjoyed lunch on patio with friends Sunday. Our server, Sydney, was friendly and professional. She recommended the Braised Lamb Dip as one of her favorites. So glad I ordered this, as it was fantastic, messy, but fantastic! Others enjoyed the Tempura halibut and burgers also. Lovely winery with a stunning view.

Cynthia Watley

The winery is lovely and the tasting was fine. It's the restaurant (Vanilla Pod) that I want to address. The Vanilla Pod food was very good and the service was fantastic... UNTIL OUR DINNER WAS DONE. At that point, it seemed like our server was completely done with us. Although I made eye contact with her twice while waiting for the bill, she totally abandoned us. We waited about 10 to 15 minutes and still no bill. One of our dining companions finally had to go up the the server's station to ask for it. At that point, the bill was quickly delivered, but an apology was not forthcoming. Given the cost of the food and level of service, nobody should have to wait that long for the bill and then have to ask for it. A very disappointing experience that left a very anti-climatic feeling to an other wise lovely evening. I recommend the Vanilla Pod Restaurant, but with caution. If you go, I hope you don't get the same experience.

Kent Sandy HAYGLASS

Beautiful spot overlooking the lake. Great food and service was excellent. On the pricey side though.

This review is for the restaurant and I can’t speak to the winery as a whole. My wife and I came here for our anniversary and were so pleased with every aspect of our experience. Beautiful view, great service and the food was awesome. I had a grilled bison steak and my wife had a halibut with gnocchi. Both meals were delicious. The bison steak was served on a cheesy polenta, which I was unsure of when I ordered (I’m not a big polenta person) but I was so pleasantly surprised. We finished things off with a chocolate and mint ganache, and a banana dolce de leche. Both were top notch. The restaurant is no longer the Vanilla Pod (since February this year) so if you haven’t been recently, it’s worthwhile checking out again.

Amazing winery!, one of the best in Pentincton.

J M

Wonderful winery and dining area. Have eaten dinner here a few times and always were blown away. The staff are super knowledgeable and welcoming. The last tasting we did we had our young children with us and they staff were so happy the girls were so well behaved they even gave them some led fairy lights as a “prize”! Extremely thoughtful and the extra touches really go a long way. Wicked wine and a beautiful experience for sure. If you’re near pentiction on the naramata bench.... make sure to go here!!!

KAREN WETTER

Stopped by for lunch and a glass of wine. 5s across the board: food, service, and wine! Close enough to Penticton, great first stop on a wine tour. Highly recommend lunch and the “large plate” portions are generous.

Teija Beck

Great place!!! Our server was super nice! The bread pudding was delicious!!!!!

Cara Borley

We came here for our Valentine's Date Night and had such a wonderful time. We opted for the 5 course meal & wine pairing and it was to die for (especially the winter squash rotolo, YUM!). Michael greeted us at the door and made us feel so welcome upon our arrival and Courtney made the rest of our evening so delightful with her personable and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend!

Positives: The place was gorgeous, the view... amazing. Negatives: Honestly, this place is far over-rated. Service was great to start, we got a small glass of bubbles, and an appetizer, but then service fell apart. After our appetizer, dishes were removed, and within 5 minutes our mains were served in front of us. Our glasses were empty at that point, and hoped to have a bottle of wine opened and poured prior to this, but the server felt the need to rush us through our main. So, while we began to eat our main without anything to drink, we then finally got the offer to get a wine. At no point were we asked how our food was, as they would of found out, that they over-cooked our mains. We got through... maybe half our glass of wine by the time we were done, and were rushed out. Anyone who wants a good dining experience on the bench, should go to hillside. The view was the best part of Vanilla pod, but the view is great everywhere on the bench, and for the quality of food and service, this place is SURELY not worth it at all.

Kelli Johnson

Wow! Amazing experience. We ate at the restaurant and they went out of our way to ensure we had a good experience. Excellent service, delicious food. Great options for vegans and vegetarians. We tried a few different wines and all were well balanced and tasty. Highly recommend.

Paul Burlo

Amazing meal, wine, service and setting! What an amazing night. Great company too. Highly recommend ✨

Trena Vik

What a fabulous experience! With the tables set at the appropriate distance, the lovely staff welcomed us. Each table has an awesome view of the lake. The cocktail menu is lovely and cocktails made with their own verjus shouldn't be missed. The food, though is spectacular. Hats off the new chef who has created a delicious and varied menu. We had the crispy skin salmon and the ling cod with Shrimp pakoras. The depth of flavours made both mains delightful. And who can resist a perfectly cooked scotch egg? Dessert was magical.

Lacy Reimer

Poplar Grove is a winery that has it all, great wine, gorgeous view of Penticton and Okanagan Lake and a restaurant that is friendly with good food. Favourite wines are the Rose and Syrah. The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations and rebranding but still an enjoyable experience.

Sarah Cassidy

The place has great view. But menu is not inspiring. As a winery restaurant, the least you can do is to hsve a wine pair suggestion with dish. I am sorry, this kind restaurant should not serve Chicken wings. We bought their signature wine and one cheap one to compare and contrast. Will let you know.

Wilford Ching

We went for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The food was so good. We may have only had the hamburger but it was a flavor explosion with the combination of bacon and cheese and sauce. Yum. The chef knew how to put it together. And the …

My favourite winery in BC. Beautiful place with amazing wine. The food is also very good. I highly recommend this place.

We’ve had an amazing weekend in Naramata/Penticton, this September weekend celebrating a milestone birthday of a long time friend. We choose Poplar Grove Winery for our special place to dine on Saturday night and overall our group was highly disappointed. Maybe the chef was off last night. The patio was only open on this mildly windy night and it brought a biting chill and heaters would have been cozy, had they had any. The restaurant accommodated our request to have a wine tasting at our table and appies and salads were yummy and fresh. Our waitress was lovely but seemed run off her feet as she was all business. Dinner was disappointing all around. Luke warm bland meals you would find in a seniors home. Very few fresh vegetable options as vegan and vegetarian meals mostly carb based. The chill pushed us inside to wait for our bills, where there was great confusion as to who was paying for what, despite giving our waitress clear instructions during ordering. Another employee had to come and sort it out. On the way out the three closest lights, outside their front door, were burned out and I was ignored when I can back in to mention. Beautiful ambiance, wines, salads. Skip the meal and dessert and just do the wine tasting.

M Casey

We had the most memorable dining experience last night to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were greeted with complimentary champagne, our server, Courtney was so amazing and the food was absolutely incredible. Thank you to everyone at Poplar Grove for making our evening so special.
