Neat little place with great service, had a couple beers we really enjoyed! Was tough for people to get in once it got busier with limited space and seating but it’s a nice Cozy little place but well worth it.

A necessary stop on every trip we take to Nelson, NBC is a quaint little tasting room, offering a full spread of interesting beers that any beer lover is sure to enjoy. The staff is very helpful (especially Camille!), and are quick to offer any advice on things to do and places to visit in the area.

Make sure you book a tour during summer hours. Nothing else going on if you don't. t-shirts can be bought in town. Never saw much as we walked in and were ignored until we looked around and said hello then were told to leave.

best beer because it has the best water in b.c. and organic ! Paddy Whack IPA, just wish i could still get in bottles in my town. As an early craft brew adopter this was and still is my go to craft beer maker

I took home a fill of the Earl Grey beer, it was really good and did loose it's taste after a few. Really tiny bar in a cool old building. It seems like a small brewery, but I see their beer everywhere. They must have magic beer elves that come in at night and make beer love all night.

Beer is wonderful, with lots of variety and things to try. You can tell this is a well established brewery. It is an unsuspecting building outside and a smaller space outside with a great atmosphere. Neat location. The staff was super helpful. We will be coming back when in town. It’s a must stop for brewery lovers. Pricing was on point and a fair bit of product to take home.

Pros - decent beer selection, fair prices. Cons - tiny and excessively warm tasting ‘room’ (think Granny’s living room rather than a traditional tap room). No outside seating. Only can buy flights or 3-4 oz pours - no pints.

Great place for a flight. They do not serve pints, which I believe is a liquor license thing... but the beer is good. Lots of cool merchandise and growlers if that’s your thing.

Totally wicked awesome experience! My girlfriend and I did a short but interesting brewery tour and sat around after and tried every beer on tap. 4 beers is better than 1. Hands down my favorite beer of all time has to be one of their micro-brews, Intergalactose. (please make this again) Shout out to Tiffany for the great service and tourist advice while we were in Nelson.

Cool tiny brewery bar - traditional Irish pub feel to it. Great beers. Tough walk up the hill from The main town but would recommend stopping by if in town.

I have loved Nelson brewing since I first tried it at the kodiak lounge in the raging Elk hostel five years ago, and have wanted to visit the brewery since! I finally did on my birthday a couple days ago, and it was great! My only complaint is that I also did the brewery tour on may 11th at 5:30 pm and I was disappointed when the girl leading the tour had only worked there a month and was still learning about the process of making beer herself. I was expecting to learn a lot more and be able to ask questions, when instead I asked a question and was told to be quiet, with less polite words used. But all in all, the brewery didn't disappoint, and the tasting room is amazing! However I feel like the tour should have been lead by somebody that knew what they were doing and were willing to answer questions and comments by the tour guests, instead of shutting them down and answering the first few questions with "I am not sure but I think it's....."
