Amazing experience with Bella and Martha. We were moved into the VIP room and given a tour of the cellar at no extra charge. This was hands down the best experience we have had at a winery in the Okanagan. Bravo to Bella, Martha, and the wine makers of Hainle. We all love you!

Buyer beware! Ordered a few cases and the few bottles I opened were like vinegar and brown in colour. I was then shocked to hear similar tales from others in my wine club who also purchased from Hainle. I was one of the 'lucky' ones and given a refund, but it was not easy. I will never buy from Hainle again.

We've bought online a few cases of wine recently and decided that we don't need the whole amount that we've bought. Winery responded promptly to our request, sent somebody to pick the rest of the wine and refunded us fully for the cases we don't need. That is a perfect example of an excellent service what is very important in our days!

We had a fascistic experience here. We toured the west side wineries from Grizzli to Quails Gate and this one was less busy and had more delicious and rare wine than any other we'd been to. Well aged and less mainstream grapes. Also totally organic which my wife really liked. Wil be back the next time we're in the area for sure!

This is the Best winery in the Okanagan, or even all of Canada! A hidden secret just up the hill off the highway. The wine tastes Amazing and you can tell after talking to the staff and the owner that they put allot of care and love into the products they make. Make sure you try and/or buy their Ice Wine while you are here.

Our visit at Hainle was truly spectacular. I learned more about wine in one visit than I have in the past 5 years. Go with an open mind and prepare to taste the most true form of old world wine. I felt like I had never tasted wine before. Thank you to your outstanding staff for the time you spent with us and the incredible work you do. I am in awe and I cannot wait to experience more from Hainle and Deep Creek. 5 STAR for sure!

A taste of the Okanagan. We were staying at our Airbnb and decided to go for a bit of a hike to check out the local wineries. We stubbled upon Hainle Vineyards and we loved it. Our host Abby was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made our experience a event to remember. Some treasure are best discovered accidentally. Thanks for a wonderful tasting.

Really enjoyed the quaintness of the building and tasting area. The owner, staff and dog were very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed the wines and hearing about their philosophy and process. Got to take a tour of their bottling area which I had never seen one in action before. Will frequent here every time we visit the Kelowna area. Curious as to the 1 star ratings. I always take these ratings with a grain of salt and figure they are disgruntled employees or family. June 21, 2018 New ownership and management have been very detrimental to the quality of wine and customer service. I also question their organic claim. You are better off visiting the other wineries in the area.

Shocked to see how casual the ONE staff member was at this place. Walked in and found him making direct contact with customers, not wearing a mask and I felt very unsafe. Saw on their website that my experience wasn't the only time this blatant disrespect for the current rules happened. Is this how we social distance? Be careful out there folks! Definitely not worth risking exposure to an infectious virus when all the wines are old and turned to vinegar or oxidized!

Cute winery with lots of history. Staff was friendly and the dog came to say hello. We only completed a short work tasting and bough a bottle of white wine which waved the tasting fee for both of us. The tastings are held on the second floor and we did not notice an elevator or ramp.

We experienced an excellent tasting from Mary. She's incredibly welcoming and very knowledgeable! There are plenty of library wines available at Hainle, which most other wineries in the valley don't offer. Very unique wines.

Stopped in to pick up wine for a friend. So glad I did - the awesome salesperson gave us the amazing history of the winery. Their pinot was chosen for the last royal wedding as it was ranked #1 in the world. Would have loved to do a tasting and tour. Next time!

Excellent service. Took home a bottle of cab franc. Abby was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so polite. I learned so much about wine in our hour together. Had a great experience. Though the views may not be the best in the area, the customer service definitely makes it worth it. I’d love to return!

A Visit to the Okanagan must include a stop at Hainle Wine shop. You will taste traditional Organic Wine making that will stop you from buying Wine anywhere else. In the past I visited this winery many times. Came back after many years to find the wine is no longer good at all. You can tell that the winemaker has no passion for the business anymore, as he has sold it. No longer worth the time and the low quality product is certainly not worth the very steep price.

I enjoyed visiting this winery discovering their background however I found the wine overpriced. The tasting is $7, which is one of the most expensive in the valley for the quantity poored. It feels like since the owner changed it more about making business than sharing a passion.

Nice staff, bad wine. There was a deal, a case for $99. Bottle after bottle, most had gone bad, discoloured, weird taste... Riesling was very sugary, passable as a sangria.

Such a WONDERFUL winery to visit and shop! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable to share stories of the winery and the wines. Wines are high-quality with a lot of varietals and vintages to choose. The 2006 Zweigelt is my favourite. Can't believe it is only $129.99 per case! This is definitely my top winery in Okanagan. Will visit more often <3

I loved this Wine Shop! The staff including the dog were so friendly. The view is spectacular and the environment is so welcoming. The taste testing experience was relaxed and educational. I never realized they were the first to create an Ice Wine in North America. I chose an Ice Wine as an investment wine and the Red Grand Reserve to serve with a meal. The Grand Reserve was delicious! It balanced really well with the meal and since it is a certified organic wine I did not have a slight headache that I usually have with a red wine .

The lady at the front counter is really great. You can taste originality in the wines. I've read some of the reviews with 1 Star - perhaps it may be something the wine maker should take into consideration? I don't know and I'm not a wine professional - I left with 4 bottles, my wife and I were quite satisfied about the knowledge and history. It was worth the trip to visit.

We bought a case of wine this past summer expecting the same quality of product we had experienced 10 years ago. We’ve since had 2 bottles of ice wine blow their corks and dry up and a bottle of white turn to vinegar. I’m now concerned about the remaining bottles of wine we purchased. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning customers as a result of this and I hope the new owners take a serious look into their quality control measures.
