For many years now, Maarten en Brech have helped us make fantastic (and very affordable) Zinfandel in their store, and now they also stock everything I need for (all grain) brewing beer! What's not to like?

Bought wine making supplies from this store they have a poor selection of wine making supplies but are knowledgeable and will order in what you need. However I ordered a small oak barrel from them, because I noticed that they have been using them. AFTER A LONG TIME 6 MONTHS it came in and they emailed me to let me know it was in so it was to late for that season. But I still bought it anyways got it home and tried To fill it with water and NOTICED IT WAS A ORNMENTAL KEG UNFIT FOR WINE STORAGE. SO They would not take it back. Buyers be ware.

Their ever expanding ingredients selection means that even the advanced home beer can get what they need to experiment and create that next amazing fermented beverage.

Absolutely fantastic brew shop, amazingly knowledgeable and friendly owners from the first phone call to each and every visit, they must love what they do. Answer all my worries and questions with accuracy and sage advice. Learn more from these guys in one visit that days of internet research. Very reasonable amd competitive pricing, sometimes makes me wonder how im getting such a great deal, very comparable or better than even alot of online shops. Can't say enough about how great they are, glad we have such a shop in the Kootenays, since moving from the big city. Give em a try if you interested in home brewing, glad i did.. And cool buidling too..

Art of Brewing have really fair prices on a good selection of bulk grains & hops, they are helpful and knowledgeable, in addition they host the majority of the brew-club meetings, a real great store to have in town!!!
