Mark built me one of his Vintner 225 L wine making systems last year, and I absolutely love it. This is the easiest system I have ever seen for making wine. (or beer or cider for that matter) No lifting, racking, straining, syphoning at all. Everything is done with the touch of a button. Even the cleaning of the pump and system is automatic. I sit comfortably on a chair in front of the cabinet and with the push of a button I am bottling wine. Mark is an experienced winemaker and is generous with his knowledge. He patiently walked me through the first couple of batches of my wine making with this system and I have been thrilled with the final product each and every time. 5 STARS!! for this product and a huge thank you to Mark and Cindy from 'Off the Vine on Premises Winemaking' , and 'Vintek Manufacturing' in Nanaimo.
