Staff were all very friendly and pleasant and any requests for extra towels (given we had 3 guests) were all taken care of. The room was extremely spacious and our river-view was beautiful. It was clear that there had been recent renovations completed and we were extremely happy with the state of the bathroom, suite, hallways, etc. The one issue I had was with the breakfast. Recognizing the current COVID pandemic, and the inability to have a full buffet, it would be great to have a more flexible breakfast. The only eggs, bacon, sausage, ham offered were all in breakfast sandwiches (English muffin or pretzel bun). I’m not a heavy carb-eater and would appreciate just being able to get some eggs or bacon without the buns. As well, I was hoping to get a glass of milk (doesn’t seem like a wild breakfast request…) and was told that the only milk available was in the little packets for coffee. That definitely caught me off guard and by surprise for sure. Overall, disappointed in the breakfast, but otherwise very happy with our stay and experience, the staff, and the view.

Very modern and nice hotel located right on the riverbank and in the heart of downtown Moncton. The room was very clean with a huge king bed. The staff was polite and helpful. My only complaint was the "hot included breakfast". The website tells you the breakfast is buffet style with sausage, egg, bacon and fresh pastries and fruit. We didn't get that. A staff memeber gave us a foil wrapped bagel with egg and sausage and cheese on it. It was not good at all and we didn't get any fruit or drink or pastries. I would have given a 5 star if the breakfast was better. We threw our sandwiches away. Plan for a better breakfast somewhere else. Tim Hortons is close by. For $300 a night, I expected what was included and advertised.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Had a water view room with 2 queen beds. The hotel just finished a full renovation and they did a great job. This hotel has a great free hot breakfast. It is located right on the Petitcodiac river and the boardwalk that runs along it. It is also located within in walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city.

I always choose to go to this hotel when I go to Moncton. The price is always great, especially compared to their competition, and with a free hot breakfast! They treat their guests very well. I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff. They have recently renovated in the last 2 years and they did such a wonderful job on the renovations. The hotel is clean, well kept, and the new showers are amazing with a rainfall shower head, and 4 other heads on the shower. I wish I had taken a photo! I'd come back just for the shower if it wasn't already my go-to hotel in Moncton! This specific time, we had asked for a late check out but it wasn't recorded properly so the front desk had come up to check on us but then profusely apologized when we told her. She was very polite and sweet.

Best hotel Ive ever been to, comfortable beds courteous and friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing!!!I The view of the chocolate river is also a site to behold. would drive back from Ontario just to have breakfast here. I lived in Riverview for one year and this was one of my favorite memories. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Stayed in the junior water side. Fairly decent room. Was clean and the showers were great. Breakfast had a decent selection but space was limited. Parking was a bit clustered but all an all my wife and myself enjoyed our stay. Will be staying here again.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was courteous. The rooms are completely renovated. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. I was hoping for a buffet breakfast like they announced. But only got 1 an egg McMuffin and coffee. A part of their grab-and-go breakfast. I even had to go get breakfast for my daughter who was a vegetarian somewhere else which was very inconvenient. My friends were staying at another hotel nearby and they had the full breakfast, the covid-19 band was already lifted. However this hotel decided to continue with their grab-and-go breakfast probably to save money or staff. Everything else was perfect.
