Avocado Bruschetta was good. Seafood Puttanesca Spaghetti was amazing. I am glad to get there before the Sunday restrictions...
Service
Initial review...ambiance...LOVE it! Next my food review...when I'm done eating... we were informed that the table is ours for 1 and a half hour. First time being told about how long we can stay and enjoy the place. I really appreciate being informed about this. Kudos to Scaddabush service info.
This first Scaddabush location is still the best! The staff are always friendly and the food consistently top notch. Eric is the best waiter I’ve ever met and we frequently dine at this location just to see him! Thanks Eric!
I always order a pasta dish truffle fettuccine alfredo I can't remember if it comes with both chicken and shrimp or I add it. But that dish is amazing. Never disappoints. Next time I order I will take a photo of it.
We went for lunch. This was my first time there. We got seated, and our server was awesome . He was attentive but also gave us enough time to decide and enjoy our apps and mains. We will definitely return.
Food was pretty good, but the first thing we were told when we sat was that you have 90 mins to eat, and the place was empty, it set the mood for the whole experience and it came off very rude, and the staff seemed to have an attitude that they are doing you a favour letting you eat there, after all they are "Scaddabush". I have been before and enjoyed it but was really put off and will not rush back.
When my friend suggested Scaddabush, I was not too keen on going. I expected another major Italian food franchise like Boston Pizza that would offer a sub-standard dining experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Everything from the service to the food was spectacular. I was happy to see that all safety protocols were being properly followed. We were seated on the lively patio and were given ample time to read through the menu. Our server made excellent recommendations and even went out of way to ensure that the meal met all of our dietary restrictions. My Basil Pesto Shrimp Fettuccine was rich in both sauce and taste. The pasta quality was fantastic and actually felt fresh! It wasn’t too starchy and tasted authentic. I also loved the Hazelnut Zucca Ravioli- the flavour was incredibly unique and surprisingly tasty for a rather sweet main dish. I will definitely be returning for that dish alone! My overall experience was wonderful and I look forward to coming back and trying some new dishes!

Came here tonight for dinner. The food was amazing and we had the best server Eric! Thank you so much for the night!
Carlos Our Server was Great.. Well tarined.. Always smiling and Happy. And always making sure our table was Good..offering Water and other drinks and explaining the Menu..
I have only been to this restaurant once. It is by far one of the worst experiences I've had. First the waiter was very touchy and kept passing his hand on my arms and behind my neck which is considerably inappropriate. The food was very undercooked, bland and no flavor. A shrimp pasta had only one shrimp in it. Wine was very acidic (clearly it hasn't been stored properly) Upon complaining about the quality, who I assumed was the manager, stated that pasta is not one of their strengths (although having Italian on the name), did not apologize or offer anything, she did no action what do ever. Will never return to this establishment.
Booked online for birthday lunch n they confirmed it for today 1:00 pm ,in the morning i get email they cancelled my reservation n by tomorrow its lockdown again Highly disappointed with this kind of treatment to customers it was so bad of them n when called to ask n compensate the seating for 1:00 pm they said we open at 2 n we can’t help you .If ur not open before 2pm why ur giving lunch spots available for online reservation from early, never going back to this location
was hesitate coming here for awhile as I'm not crazy about Italian food the prices are usually inflated and dessert is usually overlooked as a second thought with no innovation but I must say this is one of the better among the chains. The hostesses greet you graciously as one chats you to your seating my friend and I put in a spacious booth so they already started off on a good foot. Next our server came an older gentlemen but nonetheless had the most energy out of everyone explaining everything in a dramatic Broadway fashion we skimmed over the menu while taking in the authentic style of the vicinity which resembled much of what encompasses Italian dining. Pasta sauces and a wall of wine with chandlers great date night or family gathering spot. For drinks spritzers that were too watered down in the future do tell them light on the ice as the taste is comprised while to begin a giant meatball only seemed right and it was incredible. Soft and gooey with melted cheese on top our mains arrived in a timely fashion one salmon which wasn't seasoned to my preference or accompanied with enough veggies and one zucca ravioli pasta with pumpkin order this I swear you feel this one of the best pasta's you've ever had so creamy like butter melting in your mouth!
Celebrated my birthday with friends. Ambience and decor is amazing, warm and welcoming. The Square one location does not book reservations on Friday and Saturday for a group of 6 or more. I walked in at 6, had my name in the waiting list, was told it would be 90 minutes but was called around 70 minutes later. Had heard a lot about the in-house freshly made mozzarella, the server suggested naked and it was every bite worth it, came with toasted bread, tomato jam and rock salt. I ordered lemon garlic shrimp spaghetti. Was rich creamy and full of flavor. One friend ordered Margherita pizza, crisp, fresh, cheesy, saucy. Another one ordered roasted mushroom gnocchi which was just okay. Food was served within 20 minutes of order. Server was very pleasant. I ordered dessert for myself, Zeppole. It was hot, flaky and very light. I was not charged for the dessert being the birthday person. I will go again with my children soon!!!
I've been passing by this place for years and I finally decided to try it out. One of the best decisions I've made because everything about this place was amazing. From the friendly staff to the delicious food, everything was more than satisfying. The environment is pretty loud, make sure you practise your yelling ;)
Was here with my husband on a birthday dinner date. The food was good but the service was not the best. We had specifically asked for a food ingredient to not be served and that precisely was in it. Anyway, that aside everything was great. Wish the patio had more lights because it was like dining in the dark.
What a place! Just wow.. loved every bite I had here. The pizza and the pasta that we ordered for the table was phenomenal. The service was also very fast and the server was very helpful with our questions. …
Delicious Italian food. Cute resto decor. Very busy restaurant, even at 9pm we had to wait 30-40, minutes. We ordered Butcher pizza, meatball and spaghetti and charity bread original. The charity bread is delicious but super high in fat and high in cals. Actually so is everything we ordered. But it's yummy. The pizza is probably good for one person but if you have a big appetite you'll probably want to order an appetizer as well. You can get the meatball stuff - with pepperoni and it was pretty good. A bit too salty. Service was OK.
Food was pretty good. I got the lasagna, it was meh. She got the chicken shrimp mushrooms pasta and it was unbelievable.. I would definitely go back. Now I know what to order.....
Very good food, waitress was friendly and patient!
My neighbourhood location happens to be were the chain was originated and is always great to visit and enjoy Italian dining, great service and atmosphere ???? ????
Staff are really nice and attentive. Drinks were good. I ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs but it was flavourless from the most part. It obviously needed quite a bit of salt. Not worth the price! If you’re going to pay that much for food and drinks then the chef needs to be top notch and know how to make food worth the price. My friends didn’t say if they liked their food or not, they just ate. That tells you that it was nothing to write home about. The downtown Scaddabush’s food had us all lost for words and complimenting our dishes, so it’s not an issue with the chain, it’s this store. Mind you this was busier so it could perhaps be a dip on quality due to the kitchen racing to push out dishes.
Lunch
its the worst experience ever i couldn't eat my meal it was so oily to the point that hurt my stomach and the pasta taste old i'm disspointed
Loved everything we ordered..Tiramisu is a must have. Servers are really friendly. It was a 50min wait when we went there but that may be because of long weekend and recent reopening of dine-ins. Would love to see some more vegetarian pasta …
The food was pizzas there are sub-par & I also got a messy booth that had gum all over the seats... I got gum all over my jeans and barley ate any of my food; because it was nasty. The manager on duty was really nice which is why I didn’t give it just a 1 star. She was apologetic and seemed like she really didn’t accept any of that as their standard.
Good food, great service. Need to expand the menu and choice of vegetarian dishes
This is one of my favorites in Mississauga. The mozzarella cheese is definitely one of my greatest guilty pleasures. It is simply heavenly. I also ordered their Gnocchi and it was the best Gnocchi I've ever had! You can tell that it was freshly made. Recommend in a heartbeat. Service is awesome too!
Visited on a Sunday with a big group of around 15. The place was very accommodating and we actually got a trio of servers for us. They were very attentive and regularly checked back with us. The food came back surprisingly quickly for a larger group, and I can confirm that the lasagna was absolutely delicious 10/10 would eat again.
Dinner
Great staff and food! Order food for my family on route home from London. The person taking the order was very pleasant. The was ready when I got there. Everything ordered were tasty.
Great place. The interior looked nice but the actual seating area at the booth was very tight and awkward. Food was served fairly quick and was impressive in quality. Perfect portion sizes and great presentation. The thing I didn't enjoy was that my drink (Mango Peach Bellini) arrived right before food was served and while I was eating the mango puree melted and the drink overflew and went all over the table so I was left with a smoothie/ slushie rather than a cocktail. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
Second time visiting here, first time pre-covid. I love the way they manage seating and how everything is separated from another. Food is delicious as always! I ordered the seafood puttanesca and the pasta to the seafood was cooked to perfection. Server was delightful and generous as well! I hope him and the rest of the servers are being taken care of during this next step in normality.
Great food excellent service. Have been here multiple times, and never been disappointed. Always good food and good times!
Service was fast and friendly. I had a pizza, or as I would say pinsa, and a goat cheese and beetroot salad. Both of them were good. To my mind the food is not authentic italian, as the owners of this restaurant claim so on their homepage. But it’s a fresh mixture of modern american and italian ingredients and influences.
Despite being a busy, Family Day weekend, we had a throughly attentive and quick server (Tony). Our meals were delicious, properly seasoned and decent portions for the price. I must say too, the Tuscan salad is especially tasty, and you get much more than you would except. To anyone looking for suggestions, the house made mozarella was especially fresh tasting; paired nicely with the prosciutto, fig jam and a pinch of sea salt. The osso bucco bites were also tender and perfectly seasoned. Overall, a great food experience. My only complaint would be the music being too loud, making it difficult to carry a conversation with the people at your table.
Lunch
Anne did an outstanding job serving me and my friend at the location. Always ask for Anne when you visit. She will make sure you get your food at the right yime and right order.
Highly overrated, I make better pasta at home. The bread appetizer was stale bread with cheese. The big meatball appetizer was not seasoned tasted like plane ground meat and tomato sauce. To top it off, they brought our appetizers with our main meals no time to mingle. Felt like I was being discriminated to be honest and I was being rushed. This ruined our date night. -5 /10 don't recommend
Very tasty authentic Italian, mozzarella is made fresh on site. A great place to dine with groups. Their patio is nice too. Had lunch there today with a friend. You won't be disappointed with anything on the pasta menu. Our server was very …

Been there twice, have to say service is excellent. Described the brand well everytime we went and also servers are not afraid to make suggestions. It definitely shows they are proud of what they serve. ???? Spaghetti and meatballs is great. I tried the gnocchi and that was delicious too.
Delicious pasta, big sized restaurant, ok servers. Servers not great, quite slow.
Slow service. It wasn't even busy. Order lasagna and my guest ordered pasta and a margarita pizza. Pasta and pizza was good. But my lasagna was cold the plate was hotter than the food itself. Very disappointed. This was my first time at this location don't think I will be coming back
My comfort food! The times when I can't pick where to go for dinner, it is always Scaddabush as I can never go wrong with this one. Love the initiatives like charity bread and jeans aprons. The new fresh pasta selection is worth trying. And fresh mozzarella...I always have to watch it. To top it all, there is a good selection of wines. I always find the mix of chandeliers interesting and beautiful. I guess I am tired of fancy and like the warmth in decor here. And now, you can even purchase the condiment. I remember inquiring about it during my first visit many years ago.
Eric Cunan was Excellent. He is the best we always ask for him to be our server. He's very friendly and pleasant..his food recommendations were awesome ???? ...keep it up Eric you Rock
The worst customer service. Ordered 2.5 hours in advance for pick up of a birthday meal and was told the hostess messed up/it wasn't ready. Waited another 20 odd minutes with 2 young children in the car to get home and find my order was wrong. Was instructed by the manager to order a replacement free of charge on the app; only to get the same wrong order sent from a different location (as I had wrongly been told you can select the location when ordering). Called the other location 11 times until their line was free trying to cancel but it was too late. Was then told I would get a credit by email which I still haven't received. Brutal. Update: I received a $50 gift certificate in the mail.
Very nice Italian American restaurant near Square One Mall. Beautiful ambiance courteous staff and lots of dishes to chose from. They got tons of vegetarian options too. Usually very busy place and you may want to reserve if you are planning to go over the weekend.
Went here on a Saturday evening with my girlfriend and it was nice. I've been to Scaddabush before so I was surprised that my go-to order was removed from the menu - which was their meatball sandwich. It was fine as I ended up getting their Italian burger which was really nice. We ordered their cheese bread and calamari for starters. The bread was really nice and the calamari as well. My girlfriend ordered the Sausage Peperonata and Fennel Fettuccine which she was disappointed in because she said it had no flavour/spice. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will recommend to not order the same pasta she did.
Amazing food & awesome staff! Super quick service and frequent check ins to make sure everything is good! Loved the cocktails too. Got a small cake for my birthday too
The food was amazing ! The pastas were so fresh ! Try the gnocchi plate and the fresh mozzarella of course. You can even watch it made in front of you.
The sangria was good but the food was quite bland and flavorless. I got the mediterranean salmon and my friend got the chicken parmesan. Both were very disappointing. Don't bother ordering food, just get drinks here.
Excellent Covid protocols. Screening at the entrance, QR codes for screening, menu, and payment (traditional options exist too). The service is excellent, and staff are very friendly. Good food, the mozzarella is always a good go to, as are any of the pastas or pizzas. The chicken avocado sandwich was shockingly messy, but still delicious!
Absolutely love the spaghetti and meatball, Its just big and juicy! Also big fan of the Italian green salad. The sauce is really fresh and special, with incredibly natural dressing.

Met some old friends here and had a pleasant experience! Great drinks. Loved the menu. Loved the ambience too. The server was great and took great care of us.
Service
everything in this place is delicious and they do everything to make you feel safe
Their homemade Pizza was delicious. Pasta was okay. Customer service can be improved.
Meal type
Went there for a date night out. Did not disappoint. We ended up having the a fettuccini with bolognese sauce and the chicken and shrimp main. Flavours were perfectly balanced. Had the tiramisu for dessert. Super rich flavour. 10/10
I used to enjoy eating here and recommended it to my friends often. Unfortunately, today I had a horrible experience with the food and customer service. They basically brought out boiled pasta placed in a creamy liquid with leafs on top. Mine had steamed shrimps placed on top. Nothing was mixed in and it certainly was not infused with any flavour. I tasted and confirmed it had NO taste or flavour and let our server know. She kindly agreed it looked off and offered to have it remade. I said if it would be made the same way, we would just stick with our drinks because I’ve eaten the food there several times before and it was never like this. She said they would give it another try. They made them again the EXACT same way but made my sauce more rosé and added diced tomatoes on top. It still was not mixed in and our the pasta was now really undercooked. So obviously we did not eat the food because it was really gross and undercooked. We obviously did not pay for the food because we barely had two bites. Our sever was very nice about things. The host was very nonchalant and tried to upsell desserts. Why would we trust the dessert will come out okay ?? No thanks. This is the only picture we have of the food, I was too shocked and grossed out and didn't think to take more at the time. The closer picture was supposed to be the Pollo Basil Penne, and the farther picture was supposed to be the Lemon Garlic shrimp spaghetti (I subbed in Penne). Googling pictures of what these menu items should look and anyone would see there is a huge difference compared to the food we were served. I saw the manager when we were leaving and asked if the Chef was different today because the food was not what we ordered and we could not eat it. He was also very nonchalant and said he would talk to the chef. He only checked that we were not charged for the meal, which is no brainer because we would never pay for food we did not eat. Food and customer service ???????????????????????? The manager made us feel like we were unimportant and only listened passively. I am no longer recommending Scaddabush to anyone, and I have posted about my experience on twitter and instagram. This was my first patio outing since the lockdown restrictions were lifted and i was excited to support one of my favourite restaurants in person, rather than ordering to pick up as I have in the past.
Good Food and very hospitable and experienced staff. Overall Good Service. we were celebrating the arrival of our Grand Duaghter. We enjoyed the outdoor dining.
First time here and I was blown away the quality. I came with my gf and we ordered the pasta, pizza and this cheese dish. So good!
Their mozzarella is truly brilliant. A work of art. As is their Sangria. But their calamari starter wasn't anything fancy but passable. I ordered the Penne Pollo with Spinach for the main. In came the pasta that wasn't properly cooked; their chicken too had raw bits. Interestingly their basil leaves were super cooked- never have seen this in any of the other Italian restaurants I have been to! Sorry but can't give them more stars because net net dinner was a disappointment

Amazing food ...amazing staff Mushroom pasta was "molto bene" Absolutely ???? delicious
Scaddabush has been our go to date spot for years. We love the fresh mozzarella and delicious Italian food. Service is always amazing and relatively quick. It is usually packed around weekends and evenings although for the most part you don't have to wait too long. Last time we went I found a piece of plastic as I was chewing my food. The server was apologetic and asked to replace the dish for us. Other than that we've never had any major issues. Great place for an Italian dinner or some shareables and drinks with friends or a date.
Amazing location!! I went with my family for a quick lunch after the mall and the food was amazing compared to other locations. The staff were polite and friendly. It was completely empty due to covid and they separated each table very far from each other. We felt safe enough to dine in.
Overall a good experience! I Hate to nitpick... The food was good but given the prices of the dishes the portions could have been a little bigger... Custom service was good considering restaurants are just ramping up for increased traffic and capacity... We would definitely go back, but with some small changes they could easily end up with a 5 star rating ????
Service
We got the pesto pollo, shrimp spaghetti, and the naked mozzarella. Due to covid restrictions we did take out but it was still all super good. I loved the pesto a lot. I have been once before a few years ago and remembered the mozzarella coming out fresh and being amazinnng. Take out is good as well with the garlic bread and jam but I’d probably skip doing that for take out (but is def doing for dining in). The food was ready very quickly! We called about 15 minutes before arriving and everything was ready and hot :)
Beet salad was great and full of flavour. All of the food we ate was great except the gnocchi so I'm taking off a star but the service was great!
Great place for enjoying an Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, they do not have any vegetarian option in Sandwiches or Mains but they have good variety in pasta and starters. Good ambience and prompt service. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

portion size is so small, enough for a toddler. Barely any sauce on the pasta itself. Save yourself $30+
We ordered the Carbonara and Lemon Shrimp pasta, as well as the Charity Bread for lunch and it was delicious! It arrived hot and fresh, and with extra sauce and cheese. Amazing! Well worth the price for a nice lunch.
The dining area is well decorated and very classy. Food was great and fresh. Friendly and professional service. Recommended
Service
This is my go-to pizza place in mississauga. The flavors and dishes are well executed. I had the Mario pizza (prosciutto and arugula). The in house mozzarella is also fantastic. Pizzas start under $20 and are a fair size. You shouldn't have a problem leaving satisfied. Its located beside the chapters, across the street from the square one terminal, so it's easily accessible.
Great vibes and amazing service. Went there on Black Friday night it was busy but the staff was prompt and attentive. Had the spaghetti carbonara and Mushroom Truffle Fettucine. The food tasted good, but the portion sizes could be better though.
Great food I love the fresh mozzarella and fig jam appetizer
I love the interior design and set up ... the waiters are easy to get a hold of and tend to you pretty well.. Everyone else (staff) are friendly even if they’re just passing by. The food is definitely good .. a safe bet.
We absolutely loved our experience at this location. The staff is extremely friendly, we were greeted and ushered to our table in no time, our waitress was super nice. The facility is fairly spacious, plenty of tables, a lot of seating and yet, the entire place is always packed! The food is amazing! The drinks are great! Great place for family or friends, or work meetings. I’ve not had their wine, but they do have an extensive collection and surely will be great. This place has become one of the family favourites. Whenever and if we are in the area, we will definitely aim to dine here.
Delicious food, service was fast. You have the option to sit in the patio area or inside due to Covid-19. Also you can pull up the menu on your phone using the QR code scanner. Menu items have reduced, but they still have a good selection of food.
My girlfriend and I went to Scaddabush for dinner and it was absolutely amazing. It was my first time there, so i had no real expectation, but the outdoor patio was setup well, finely lit, and the food (anything pasta w/ cheese being my favorite) was amazing. The service from waiters and waitresses was also spot on and I definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves pasta, good atmosphere, and great service ????????
Not worth for money.we went here for Italian food specially but sephegetti wasn't properly cooked even and other food was also below average. Food quantity was also very small as per price.Very disappointed.
Scaddabush is a great go to for Italian alfresco dining. Upon arriving to the patio hostess stand there was a line up, but plenty of open patio seating available. Before being seated I was asked to scan a QR code as per Covid-19 contact tracing. We were seated under the pergola, there was lots of plexiglass shields placed around the patio between tables. To view the menu we had to scan another QR code that directed us to their website. We ordered a Peach Mango Bellini and a Stella to drink. For our entree we decided to share the Butcher pizza and a Penne Chicken Pollo pasta. I wasn't sure whether the regular pasta size was good to share between 2 people, but our server ensured that the regular sized portion would be fine to share. The server was nice enough to have the regular size pasta served on 2 dishes, for easier sharing. Needless to say both entrees were delicious and appetizing. The regular sized pasta was great to share and generously portioned. The pasta was so filling we had to take the rest of the pizza to go. Overall the food/service was good, priced pretty decently, I paid around $80 for the 2 entrees and 2 drinks.
Perfect place to have authentic Italian cuisine???????? The food here is absolutely delicious and lip-smacking!! For vegetarians, the spinach artichoke dip in starters and zuccha ravioli in main course is a must try. Their tiramisu in desserts …
Delicious pasta dishes. Attentive service. Nice place to go for a delicious and very filling lunch! Recommend highly!!!
Ordered delivery and was not worth the price. Felt cheated when the requested and paid items were not followed. It seems deliveries are not important and the kitchen pays more attention to in-house orders. Trying to support businesses in times like this.. The food arrived cold, packaging was open and missed instructions. I requested extra chicken for $6 = 6 pieces. The pasta requested was gluten free and was definitely not gluten free. Don't recommend delivery, maybe in-house service is better.
Had a great time this past Friday, our welcome at the front desk was warm by the host and a manager. While we grabbed a drink at the bar, our table was getting prepared and seated in good timing. Our server Eric was friendly and funny, definitely set the mood for a good night. The food was delicious, hot! It was an outing with cousins after a long awaited time ( since the pandemic). The staff was generous and offered us a dessert platter to help celebrate this outing. Thanks again Scadda team! :)
Fantastic. Fantabulous. Delicious. Delicious. Yummmyyyy Italian dishes after a long time. Ambience was great. Music was great. The wine was amazing ! The food was sooooo sooooo goooood that I don’t mind spending my money here though it’s little pricy. We ordered 3 dishes and all 3 were absolutely brilliant. Service was quite fast and the staff were very friendly. Ample parking available. It has a lively atmosphere.
The service, food and staff were amazing! We had three of the chicken and shrimp meals which were delicious ????. We also ordered two Puzza (one in the picture attached), the salmon dish, goat cheese and beet salad - oh soooooo good, the …
I recently a very bad experience at the Square one location. The food was terrible, we ordered pizza, pasta and a garlic bread. The bread was so soggy and the garlic butter was very weird in taste. No crunch in pizza, the dough was so hard ???? and the topping was way too less and bland in taste. The pasta was edible but undercooked at some points. Top of it, no one had the courtesy to ask how is the food or anything, have never experienced such service.
Good Italian food in Mississauga near Square One. Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in Mississauga. Fresh mozzarella is a must try! Friendly staff. They have a nice kids menu as well. Prices are reasonable given the high quality ingredients used.
Dinner
Good overall, nice atmosphere and service. Good food...some of the flavours are of an acquired taste tho...olive paste and garlic seem to be a common additive. I will try again...next time a homade pasta to really get an idea of the food. Reasonable prices but not that great.
Something happened at this place. Used to love it and the food was so good. The last few times I've ordered the food has been in a downward decline. Tonight's order I got an oil slick with a side of flavorless, mushy gnocchi. It was in inedible. My partner's salad was fine...I guess?
Variety of options and great flavor. Only reason I’m not giving the 5th star is because being an Italian themed restaurant I find sad that they don’t offer bread with the food. Staff is friendly. Really nice atmosphere and patio seating for the summer. Recommended. Parking lot is limited.
Great place for Italian food. My only gripe is the deep fried zucchini appetizer. Overpriced for what it is. Service was slow the day we were there. Waitress rarely checked on us and it took a long time to get the bill. Over food quality is very good though and the staff is very friendly.
Great experience all around!! Very warm and sincere welcome! Our waitress Alex was nothing short of amazing. Brought my older brother there for a 60th belated birthday! He'd never been here and was more than pleased. The food was/is top shelf. You have to try the naked mozzarella. They make it there as well as the pasta and it's full of flavor like home made.... well... just try it!! You'll want to combine back for sure! Restaurant is very clean and well laid out. Great ambiance and very well lit with natural light. They even brought out a complementary small chocolate cake with icing and a sparkler! Yummmy Made my day with my bro! Enjoy!
I had been there yesterday.. well patios are open finally :) We ordered basil pasta and rosemary French fries . Both were super yum???? affordable too..
Jessica was the best server ever, the food was amazing here too. Highly recommend pasta. Will be coming back for the phenomenal service and food
High prices for mediocre food. Not sure why Scaddabush thinks it’s acceptable to charger ridiculous prices for okay Italian food. Don’t recommend coming here if you want good food, wine list is also highly priced. We also ended up waiting over 2 hours to be seated when the hostess advised us the wait would only be around 40 -45 mins. There was plenty of seating available but staff took a really long time clearing up tables and seating customers.
We ordered the Caprese Panzanella Salad, the mozzarella cheese tastes really good, will definitely order again. Also nice environment:)
The patio is beautiful. The food was expensive and ok. The inside hostess staff were so friendly and welcoming but our waitress for some reason was not very nice and started slamming the dishes down together when she was clearing the table. Hardly a word spoken and overall felt very passive aggressive. Very meh experience overall.
I'm not quite sure why the pasta is so bland but everything else is flavourful. It's the same at other Scaddabush locations too. Strangely the lasagna wasn't bland (maybe because it's saucy/filled with meat?) but the other pasta dishes always just taste like plain dough in oil. I was told that "authentic" Italian pasta usually forgoes the salt to emphasize the quality of the pasta, but that's just like telling someone to eat a massive bowl of plain white rice. It's not good and it gets tiring quick. The Caesar salad was good but it also felt a bit too creamy and thick, and felt weird in my mouth. The burrata is always good but the toasts were a bit stale (not crunchy but chewy). Our server Emma was amazing though
Service
With good company, we decided to sit at the bar. Although the restaurant was fairly busy, the customer service was great. We started off with a pitcher of sangria, which was made just right to make you feel it by the end of the night. We ordered calamari, salad, and a spaghetti and meatball dish..... All was shared and felt the portions were enough.
5 star rating for this location specifically. I'd like to shout out server Kendyl on her excellent guest experience. She went above and beyond along with her manager on duty the night of November 13 around 8:00 pm. We missed our waitlist slot by 5 mins and were turned away to wait another 50 minutes. So we got off to a not so nice start however, Kendyl welcomed us, took our order and ensured our drinks and food were perfected to our liking. I have been to other location sand have not received the same attention as a guest. Thank you Kendyl for an excellent night out last weekend!
Excellent food and service highly reccomended
Prices are high. But the quantity of food is good. Service is surprisingly good too, even though it is so incredibly loud and busy. oh yeah heads up: This place is incredibly LOUD. It can be difficult to have comfortable conversation without yelling or repeating yourself. The food won't knock your socks off, but it's still good food. Tonight, I ordered a Pesto Pollo Fettuccine (pictured). It was mediocre, at best because they served it with some burned chicken that was chewy, tough and dry. I have had this dish before and it's not ever been the case, not like this. Not the end of the world but I was a bit bummed out that my waiter did nothing about it when I mentioned it. I don't think he believed me. Ah well. If you can handle a slightly more expensive, loud and busy night, this place delivers.
The food was so delicious! We ordered different dishes and everything was amazing! The atmosphere was lively and lots of fun. Service was great too. The waitress was new to her job but she constantly made sure everything was going well and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted.

Eric was our waiter. He was fantastic! He is so friendly and funny and he recommended really great choices. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We would recommend this restaurant to our friends and family. Excellent!
Take out
JAMIE - WAS THE BEST SERVER EVER!!!! She made sure our food came at the right time, and helped understand the menu! Additionally, she was really really sweet and her behaviour alone made it a positive experience
One of my favourite Italian Restaurants, reccomend the gnocchi pasta and caprese salad. Not a fan of their desserts. Some waiters are great, some not so much. Overall pretty good. (Picture from Brunch)
Dine in
Me and my boyfriend were here in August 2020 during covid, while dine-in were allowed. We ordered basil penne pasta and garlic cheesy bread. It was so good. Our server was nice as well! The experience was lovely, would definitely come back again! Highly reccomend this place :)
Love their promotion when bottles of wine are half price on Mon-Wed! The food is good, especially polenta fries. Love the Square One location better than any other.
I had the Zucca Ravioli (butternut squash ravioli). It was TO DIE FOR. The service was okay, a little slow. And I didn’t like how the server wrote the name of the mozzarella maker in the kitchen on the table rather than his own. We didn’t even learn his name. Prices were a bit high. $10/glass of wine and roughly $25/average meal. Overall the food was excellent and would return.
We've been here many times and it never disappoints. Whenever our family from Cali comes, they always requests to go here. Great Italian inspired food at great prices. Service had always been good for us as well. If you're not afraid of carbs, this place is your best friend.
Comfortable environment for friends and family to enjoy freshly made pasta. Try the "Charity Bread", not only does it taste great but a portion of the proceeds are donated to the Mississauga Food Bank. Rebecca provide excellent service. I would definitely go back.
Best Italian restaurant in Mississauga ???? our server Joseph was friendly and very nice.
Greatest Staff Ever!!!! Can't eat pasta anywhere else!!!

As a pescatarian and a picky eater, I always come across issues when choosing what to order and if it would be something I’d enjoy however, this was not an issue at all at Scaddabush! Our server, Johnny gave us great recommendations and accommodated for all the dietary restrictions I threw at him. Our dinners came out exceedingly fast, even with the dinner rush. Confident and happy to say that I was extremely pleased with the food and choice we made, and that I now have a go-to order!! As for the service, we were seated at the most scenic spot on the patio! We never had to search for our server as Johnny was always on top of his game and checked up on us frequently! Not to mention, he was super cordial and hospitable :) Altogether, my sister and I received great service, LOVED the food and overall had an amazing experience. I cant wait to visit again! Thanks Johnny- we will definitely be asking for you in the future!
Our server Jenn D. unfortunately did not take care of us. She made mistakes on a few of our orders including missing an allergy, so all of our food came out at different times, she also charged us for top rail (the most expensive) on a drink without specifying that she did that, so the drink was double the cost, AND she made us pay our individual bills when we were in the middle of opening gifts, interrupting something that we all wanted to be engaged in. I'm very confused by this. Perhaps I would understand if it was the end of her shift and communicated that she had to leave, however, she was still there long after we settled up, and was still serving tables when we left much later. Will not be returning.
Came on a Friday night. Quite busy, so expect to wait for at least 15 minutes. Food served at great temperature, a lot of flavour. Due to being quite busy, service is a bit slower than other times of the day eg. after lunch, and dinner during mid week. Tanner was a great waiter and I would recommend this location.
Nice place to hang out with friends. We went last night around 9:50 pm just because nothing was open late nearby. Food was good. It is an Italian restaurant so basically the food is not that spicy. Rest ambience is nice of the place. Quite, calm n soft. Being a Punjabi, we need our food to be spicy. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars less. Would definitely love to go again and would recommend.
The most incredible restaurant I have ever gone! This place has Amazing food!
The restaurant was classy and had a great ambience. The pasta was delicious and the server was friendly. The teramisu dessert was also great. Seems like the staff had a good grasp over COVID protocols as the dining area was not at full capacity. Overall, it was a good experience.
The ???? best ???? genuine ???? Italian ???? food ???? I’ve ???? ever ????had ???? in ???? Toronto!!! I’m definitely coming back
Given that it's a Saturday night, I had called ahead to add my party to the waitlist. I was told that the wait was about an hour, which was perfect since my friends and I were coming from different parts of the GTA. Thankfully, my table was actually ready sooner than expected & I was able to get seated sooner but my friends were still on their way. I checked in with the hostesses and they reassured me that I could wait for my entire party to arrive until we sat (because of the 1.5 hr seating limit). One of my friends showed up about 15 minutes after me, and after she had done the COVID screening, etc., we were asked once again if we wanted to sit or wait for our third friend. We asked if we could wait for her, and the host manager (I am guessing because she was dressed differently than everyone else) huffed and puffed under her breath and told the hostess to tell me that I've been standing too long in the lobby & that we were over our time (?) and had to either sit or wait outside in the cold. It was honestly really rude and turned an exciting experience sour very quickly. Otherwise the food was good and our server was really friendly. Not sure if I ever want to dine here again because the front of house staff was not that pleasant.
Outstanding flavorful food. Great atmosphere. Unfortunately we were ignored by our waiter. Asked to speak with a manager, this person never showed up at our table. Would have loved to rate 5 stars, the food deserved 12+ stars.
This Scaddabush location is nicely decorated with rustic and vintage Italian design ques, invoking a homely vibe. One thing they could do is to lower the volume of the music, like others have suggested. The highlight of Scaddabush I think are their pastas, as they feel fresh and rich. The pizzas on the other hand miss the mark for me. Still worth a visit!
I went for dinner and ordered drinks. One of the drinks glass broke on the table and the drink was on us. The staff wasn’t even apologetic for the same. The food was below average and the pizza crust was too hard. The garlic bread was inedible. Would never go back again.
I went here for my birthday. The pasta had to be the best I had in my life. It was even better than the one I had on my trip to Italy. It has hazelnuts! Unreal! Love this place
Food was okk.. But they will kick you out after 1.5 hrs. You might think there was long line outside and no place to sit but it's not case. You might as well put a countdown timer on dining table. 80% of patio eating area was empty and moment last bite was finished they said -- unless you order you will have to leave... What? This when literally 15 empty seats we could see right in front of us. This when they don't take reservations so no one could have booked table. Just horrible. For sure never ever plus I will ensure none of my friends ever go here.
Excellently executed surprise party, starting with the hostesses, which kept the surprise alive. Great food and libations, left full and exceptionally happy with our meals. Perhaps I didn't hear it, however, it would of been nice to hear the customary "thank you and goodbyes" after our payment with our server. Regardless, there was definitely an appropriate amount of attentiveness shown towards the birthday girl, and no need of a time constraint towards our party of ten plus, even though we reminded several times there would be. Thanks again.
LISTEN TO ME. SO NOT leave this place without trying their home made mozzerella balls. They are made in house and they are to die for. I had and out of body experience while eating it. The food is so amazing and service was fast on a busy Friday night. Be sure to make reservations in advance though. I will be back very soon
Food was cold and had no flavour Please save your money and time Italian burger was dry. Bun was too larger and burnt for the size of the patty Cesar salad had no flavour Meatball sandwich same issue dry and bun wast burnt Fries seemed twice fried Didn’t eat them waiter didn’t ask way they weren’t touched Said to the waiter that I wasn’t happy. Staff seems not to care. Save your money and time Also beer was warm No way this is how to win back customers Zero rating
My experience was good from start to end. My meal was hot and delicious. My guest thoroughly enjoyed her meal. We will definitely be back.
First Scaddabush I visited and it left an amazing impression on me. All serving staff were great at their jobs and I loved the authentic Italian taste. Ligthing fixtures make the place look stunning.
My girlfriend and I came here for dinner. We had a server named Toni which is the main reason for the 5 star review. We were originally seated outside but because of the hot weather, we inquired if we would be able to sit inside instead. Toni was very accommodating and got us a table indoors instead. Once we were seated though, we were not being seen by any other servers and countless times other servers would walk past our table and they would not come to us. Toni came to check on us even though his section was all the way at the other end of the restaurant on the patio. He still took our order and was extremely respectful and friendly. The 5 stars is solely for his service and the great food, but the servers there need to have better etiquette. Thanks Toni, we’ll be asking for you anytime we visit again!
They have a good brunch menu! Great service too. They offered French toast and pancakes but it includes a baileys sauce Which they can’t remove which was too bad but you can still order from the dessert menu. Also their kids menu is great!
I love this place and visit a few times a year. They make their pasta fresh as well as their mozzarella and you can really taste the difference in the quality. You can even watch them make the cheese in the front. If you'd like to change your order they are very flexible. I had ordered the gnocchi dish but substituted it for the fettuccine and it was delicious.
Pretty good service, but a few blips. Initially they put us (party of 6) in a booth that was way too small. We would've been eating like t-rex dinosaurs, elbow to elbow. We asked to sit at a different table. Thankfully it wasn't busy, so we moved, but if it was busy and they couldn't move us, then it wouldn't work out. 1 of 2 tables we sat at (2 tables put together) was SUPER wobbly. Like, drinks would spill if it moved abruptly. So we asked for a napkin to fold and put under one of the table legs to balance it out.
I'm glad this place continues to serve quality Italian food, surprisingly better than other authentic Italian restaurants around the area in terms of pricing, flavour, and quantity of food you get. This restaurant has been here for ages …
Had just an espresso at the bar and did not get any strange looks - win! Had to give out lots of data for that tiny cup of coffee at the door though - just contact tracing right? ;)

You can trust this place for the authentic Italian food. Their pizza is amazing. They also serve other Italian food. Their tomato soup is delicious. They have a lot of healthy choices options for vegetarians. They are open late night and their customer service is courteous. I strongly recommend this for your next meals.
I fell in love in that place and her name was mozzarella. She was the perfect thing to me, warm yet fresh, soft to the touch. As my lips touch her, my tongue could taste her saltiness and I could not resist to bite. It was indecent, passionate. She yeld. Her juiciness flowing into my mouth, her sent filling my nostril with a peppery smell that almost make me loose it right there. I live 9h from you, and I will love always mozzarella.
Great atmosphere, cozy & lots of seating options. Busy location with a wait list, not to long a wait. The staff are great & very attentive, the food was well presented & had great taste. The parking is good, but there is competition from the other businesses. The pizzas are taste, I wish the dessert menu was a bit more extensive, the overall meal was enough for 2 & the setting was great for a date night.
10/15/21 Had an amazing goodbye get together which was serviced by Kuya Eric, along with the amazing food we were provided with a great server (Kuya Eric) always checking up on us to see if we’re doing okay and always keeping our mood up! Amazing food with amazing service, couldn’t have asked for a better night! Please give this man what he deserves!! Thank you guys soo much! ????????✨
This is one of the times I wish it had a rating higher than 5 stars on google! I’ve been coming to Scaddabush for years now since they came out! Honestly speaking what makes it so special besides the high quality ingredients and best tasting Italian dishes are the people that work there. I have been to many locations and actually had an incident at the location downtown longer than a year ago. The manager of that location at the time was Vince, a world class gentleman who handled the situation with more than professionalism and turned that incident into one that made me continue coming back to this franchise all this time. Ran into him today at this location in Square one and made my day! My family and I had a great time from beginning till end! Can not thank Vince enough for everything and the fantastic time we all had. The fact that as a manager you remember customers from that long ago really makes you feel good about dining at that restaurant franchise!
Basil penne was super bad , loved the mushroom gnocchi and also the bruschetta bread was amazing . Beautiful inside and its ambience. Staff and service was decent
First time trying out this chain. Was pleasantly surprised. Our server was personable. Food was delicious. My partner and I were caught up in conversation, we didn’t even realize our appetizer took a while. However the manager brought it out and insisted on taking care of it, although we stated it wasn’t necessary. The pizza was fabulous and the pasta was great too! Their white sangria is a must try!
We had a wonderful afternoon with amazing food. Alex went above and beyond for serving our 4 people table! She was frequently checking if everything is fine with us!! I definitely go again!!!
We ordered take out for Father’s Day yesterday and were not disappointed! Pizzas were hot, tasty and the crust was to die for . We had a problem with one pizza but they made it right and we were very happy with the service, the attentive staff and the quality of the food. We will definitely be ordering again soon. Thank you!
It's nice place with good vibes. They need to have more precise menus if they want to use so many Italian words. Food is average.
I liked this place, I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was delicious full of flavour, and the portion size was good. I wasn't a fan of the tiramisu. It came in a custard cup and it was pretty much all cream and one thin layer of cake. I would recommend this place if your looking for pasta dishes.
We ordered takeout earlier this week. Chris was friendly and had my order ready on time. Thanks.
My friends last day in Canada so I took him here for Tuesday special. Kristen was an awesome hostess. My friend never had such great service here. 4 for 50 deal is too good to miss. We ordered another pizza and a pasta thinking the portions from the special will be small, but nope, we were wrong. Left full and happy. Their pasta was so delicious, I will most definitely come back and try their other flavors. Thanks again Kristen!
Sarah our server was amazing sammy i believe was the managers name that guy is awesome. His attention to detail not only for the customers but his staff is amazing. I noticed him telling a new empplyee and Italian story about a queen i couldnt get all of it but he was telling her to mention the history of the food. We ate the spaghetti and meatballs that are to die for and the tomatoe basil soup with garlic bread. Sarah was working a double and was still smiling and was on point. The bar tender Anton offered us drink's while we were waiting and that was unexpected. Over all amaziing experience and highly recommend this restaurant!
