VinoLuna, one of the major agents of LCBO, decided to build a fully climatized wine cellar to accommodate 1,200 commercial samples. Project was assigned to a contractor. Ed was brought in as the consultant by the contractor. His knowledge and timely interventions have been instrumental in building the cellar correctly. I do not want even to think where we could end up without him. He was attentive, on time and vey kind to all parties involved in the project even at the times it was not easy. Although he did not have any contractual obligation he visited the cellar a week after of commissioning to make sure it was working up to standards. Ed is not only a consultant. I cannot express how happy I am with the final product. The planning and brainstorming of this project began months in advance and with never building a wine room & humidor before I was not sure what to expect. I had so many questions and had gathered so many ideas that I was so very confused as to what I wanted. Ed Hernandez, Imagination Wine Cellars is the one and only person you need to speak to regarding your design, construction and servicing of your high end wine cellar. Based on my house and interior design plans, budget and wine collection, Ed knew exactly what we should do. He is a perfectionist. Living 12 hours away from Toronto, Ed was readily available to speak with me on the design and with the contractors to ensure the cellar was built to spec. Its been almost a year since completion and I have had no issues. I am 100% satisfied and it is a spectacular addition to the house.
