Castoro de Oro Estate Winery has some of the best whites in the Okanagan Valley ! Heart of Gold and Heartbreaker are two of my favourites and their Rose has just the right sweetness and flavour. During the Covid19 pandemic you can easily order ahead and pick up in their garden area. All proper precautions are in place! thank you Stella & Bruno

A little late sharing this review, but this is one of my favourite wineries in the B.C. area. The wine is delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly, and their wines are also available in Alberta liquor stores. The Pinot Noir is my favourite of their wines, I recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a nice light red to go with their meal. I also purchased their Rose and Gewurztraminer, both are the perfect sweetness for their varietals. All in all, a beautiful smaller winery with extremely charming wines. :)

Castoro de Oro Winery is absolutely a MUST DO experience!!! Their memorable and meaningful beaver logo image caught our eye on a trip through Oliver to Osoyoos eight years ago. We stopped in on a whim… and fell in love! … Both with the friendly, welcoming, funny and delightful enthusiasm of Owner and ´Hostess with the Mostest,´ Stella… as well as with their refreshing and delicious selection of Okanagan wines! We have returned every year since 2013, and Castoro De Oro has never failed to produce a fun and memorable experience. We are always impressed and thrilled with the selection of award-winning wines on offer (and as a closet deal-lover, I am also blown away be their competitive pricing… especially for such high-end products!) The truly beautiful, spirited woman who runs the place will have you in stitches ???? and wishing you never had to leave.

We had our first visit to this winery on Sunday. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Stella and Bruno were funny and entertaining while we had our wine tasting. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavours of the wines, white and red.

I’m not a rose drinker ever. However, they had a delicious not sweet dry rose that I tried and bought. Licensed picnic area was lovely. Hostess made us and the kids feel really welcome.

We had fun! Good wine + great hosts + sunny day. It’s a small family owned winery with a great selection of whites and reds. I got my wine in a can in the perfect temperature to bring it to a picnic.

What a fabulous time we had at this winery. We bought a case of the chardonnay and it is wonderful. We especially enjoyed meeting Walnut the Welsh terrier, and the wonderful host who was very helpful in suggesting a very good restaurant. The wine is really great and we will be back,maybe we can still in front of the welcoming fire next time! Highly recommended.

Can't tell you my favorite, don't want others to buy it all. All right, Stella convinced me...my absolute favorite is the Merlot, the Pinot Noir, the lovely DRY Gewurtzraminer and the Chardonnay. But, they're all perfectly amazing. :)
