This was our third time at Andrea and it was just as amazing as the first time. This is a cozy comfortable atmosphere and the whatever you order is perfection. The staff is friendly and Paul our waiter who we have had for the third time is friendly and welcoming, we always enjoy his great personality. This to me is a 5 start restaurant and our new family favourite . We look forward to our next visit .

Just ok. For example, the Oso Buco was cooked to perfection but instead of a traditional sauce like a wine reduction or something, they put brown gravy on it, the kind you find on a poutine. Too bad, the rest was really nice but the chef needs to up his game.

Food was excellent. The terrasse was amazing. Service was mediocre. We had to wait a long time to get the food. Then the waitress forgot the wine on the bill. The service would have made the difference with us ever going back. It is not because you're serving groups that other tables should be penalized.

Les Fettuccini sont tièdes et dans une sauce aux tomates qui goûte identique à celle qu'on trouve en bouteille à l'épicerie et "l'escalope" de poulet ressemble beaucoup à du bon vieux poulet en boîte. Le service est lent et chaotique. Au moins, ça coûte aussi très cher.... Restez.donc à la maison et commandez une bonne pizza.

I will never visit this restaurant again beside that there not alot of varieties in their menu especially their appetizers. i understand due to the pandemic restaurants went through hard moments but i still find it not fair to charge people extra fees on their bill without warning them prior and not to hide it. So guys be aware if u go to this restaurant and u order 1 plate or 1 appetizer with whatever drink and u r 2 people they will not warn you the waitress just come and put these 2 small plates like all other restaurants does usually with no extra fee and than u end up surprised with an extra 5$ Charge for the second plate because they count it as sharing plate and which was not in my case but the waitress just simply surprise u with this with a smile on her face. Beside that her service was horrible removed the plate before finishing everything as if you dont order full menu they just want u to finish and leave to profit more. Horrible never again at this place.

They offered to stalk us outside, under their white gazebo where we could be covered in case of rain, and still enjoy the outdoors. They already have beautiful lamps "garlands" suspended from the ceiling, which gives a super nice seal. We told them that we would also have liked to show the video of our wedding abroad as well as the photos we took during the day at the dinner. They offered us to install a television outside, where we would be installed so that the video could be played at the appropriate time. So we decided to go ahead with the restaurant Andrea. When we were a week away from the event, we were consulted for the choice of guest menu, and chose the drink that would be served. They were very available and attentive to our needs, and Sara even made us taste the wines. On the morning of the event, we brought our USB key with video and photos, as well as the decorations to put on the table. We also gave them the table plan, as well as the name tags to place in place of our guests. When the time came, we were pleasantly surprised to find that EVERYTHING was perfectly installed as we had asked them. The decorations were placed, places assigned as on the table plan, lit candles, and television already connected parading the photos of our wedding. Everyone found the place beautiful, and the service was unparalleled all evening. If you wish to celebrate any event, and be certain that everything will be under control, and organized in a professional way, I strongly recommend that you book Andrea! We were a group of 23 adults and 4 children, and everyone had a wonderful evening. She could not have been more perfect. Thank you very much to all the team !!! (Ps. Lorsque nous étions à une semaine de l’événement, nous avons été consultés pour le choix de menu des invités, et avons choisi l’apéro qui serait servi. Ils se sont montrés très disponibles et à l’écoute de nos besoins, et Sara nous a même fait goûter les vins. Le matin de l’événement, nous avons apporté notre clé USB où se trouvaient video et photos, ainsi que les décorations à mettre sur la table. Nous leur avons également donné les plan de table, ainsi que les étiquettes des noms à placer à la place de nos invités. Lors du moment venu, nous avons été agréablement surpris de constater que TOUT était parfaitement installé comme nous leur avions demandé. Les décorations étaient placées, places assignées comme sur le plan de table, chandelles allumées, et télévision déjà branchées qui défilaient les photos de notre mariage. Tout le monde a trouvé l’endroit magnifique, et le service a été hors pairs toute la soirée. Si vous désirez fêter un événement quelconque, et être certain que tout sera sous contrôle, et organisé de façon professionnelle, je vous recommande fortement de réserver au Andrea! Nous étions un groupe de 23 adultes et 4 enfants, et tout le monde a passé une merveilleuse soirée. Elle n’aurait pas pu être plus parfaite. Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe!!! (Ps. Completely and utterly turned off by the staff of this restaurant, especially the waiter. I walked in earlier this afternoon and politely asked if I can use the washroom after having noticed the place was completely empty. The first waiter (I believe his name is Francisco) responded kindly with "yes." The second waiter -- who might I mention bears the resemblance of a lazy, unclean, sloppy teenager -- muttered very rudely under his breath "it's a NO next time Francisco!!" After exiting the bathroom, I confronted that waiter and mentioned how I had a right to use one of the six or seven vacant washrooms as he does not own any of them, and it's a natural part of life, to which he replied with "actually no you do not! They're reserved for customers, you're not allowed!!!" All the while the female waitresses were snickering and shouting loudly in the background as if they were in a carnival. My partner was with me and was equally turned off and said how terrible his customer service was. The waiter then shouted loudly with "please never come back here and don't bring anyone you know here!" I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and have never witnessed such unprofessionalism. I was actually planning on having my birthday dinner at this restaurant seeing that I reside in Lachine, but after this mess, I will never step foot in this dump. Many of my friends and family will follow suit. This place merites a zero star rating. What a joke!

DON'T BE FOOLED. LOOKS GOOD BUT IT DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY Stay away!! It looks like a good place for its location but the food and service are terrible!. It was my first time and definitely it will be my last time. We were a group of 4 and we love to share our food so I will give you a review of all the dishes we tried. FOOD OVERALL POINT 1/5 Bread on the table: 0/5 it was old. Onion soup: presentation4/5 Flavor 2/5. I am not giving 1 out of 5 because I have the strong believe that the soup was a canned one. Fries Calamari: Flavor 2/5 I believe that was the same brand I buy at Costco but overpriced , wet and cold. Brushetta: Flavor 2/5 the bread was not even toasted. I believe the chef does not know anything about Italian food. Carpaccio: Could not tell... it was more lettuce than meat. Risotto: 0/5Maybe the worst plate of Risotto in my life. If Macdonalds made a risotto it will be better than this. The taste was just awfull we ordered 2 plates and they remained almost untouched. Lasagna: 0/5 There must be a special circle of hell for a restaurant and chef that serves lasagna and the meat was included with a spray. I mean I was not even sure about the meat I could taste some meat but I was not sure If it was the fat of the cheese. PLACE 1/5 The one point is for its location. But the terrace was full of spiders. I know summer brings bugs and spiders but at least they can do some cleaning. There were thousands of spiders crawling everywhere. In Montreal all the restaurants do some basic cleaning to their terraces. SERVICE 0/5 Service was just lame. Music on the background was from a radio station. We asked to put a CD or something just to not hear 10 minutes of commercials while we are eating. Manager said just not. Waiters did not know how to put a plate on the table. Usually this is not an issue but this guys deserve a prize for being completely lost. Waiters do not even asked why we left all the food on the plate or if everything was ok. PLEASE JUST RUN AWAY FROM HERE. AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY

The setting is lovely ... Very nice atmosphere , big terrace overlooking the Lachine Canal... They accommodated on the terrace away from the busy inside and live music... It had just finished raining, the staff wiped off the seats and table, set it, and served us well all evening. Melissa our server was beautiful, friendly, and very sweet! Food? Very good!

Mediocre food. Even worst service. We order risotto fungi and it was lame, with a doll flavor, mushy, and leaves an after taste like beef broth or something like that. Now in my top 5 of worst risottos I’ve tried. They decided to have the radio as musical background and during the commercials I ask if they can change to a record or turn the radio off, since I don’t like to eat listening to half an hour of commercials. The waiter said the manager would not do that. “Very sorry, but no”. So, we eat our mediocre food wile listening to the radio commercials. good thing the food was so bad we did not finish it and we left the place. Funny part, my mom was visiting from Spain and tonight was her last night in Montreal. So we wanted to do something special. This place was it.

Very bad service. Waited at the sign where it says that someone will come asign a seat for 10 minutes with others behind us. Finally we decided to go inside and ask the bartenders how it works and one said keep waiting and the other said just pick a seat. After 10 minutes two people finally came to our table to give us menus and water and we never even got a greeting from them. After they left we waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come order our meals. The man who was picking up the dirty dishes at the end grabbed the long steak knives in his hands without paying attention and came close to hurting my baby cousin sitting in her chair (good thing she saw it and moved away in time). The restaurent was not even full and the service was awful. Will not be coming back here and will not recommend to anyone. Maybe the service is better out doors.

Worst experience ever, waited 30 minutes in line, and then about 20 minutes between each dish (bread, soup, main course, coffee, desert, and even to get the bill). The food and drinks were overpriced, and the staff was so disorganized that they kept serving the wrong dish all around the different tables. Do not recommend, will never ever return.

I called the manger his name is Paul and I told him about the bad experience , at least he should say sorry but all what he said I will tell the chef . This is based on a Table d'Hôte choice, rather than the usual À la Carte options, at my friend's 50th Birthday party. I had the chicken breast stuffed with mushroom, prosciutto and cheese with a demi-glace cream sauce served with a side of simple tomato sauce and spaghetti. The stuffing was nice, not too salty. The demi sauce was outstanding, so rich and flavorful, I could've had a bowl of it. The spaghetti sauce was run of the mill. This was preceded by a lack lustre minestrone soup, a little underwhelming, and good garlicky bruschetta. The dessert course was something of a deconstructed tiramisu. It was akin to a loose mousse with pieces of lady fingers folded in, it made me think of Triffle. Though the flavor was nice I was a little disappointed, I prefer a more traditional layered tiramisu. I plan on going back to sample the À la Carte menu. It looked interesting and intriguing. I particularly look forward to trying the mussels and fries. I would rate this meal 3 and a half stars if I could.

It's a small Italian restaurant, it's very cosy especially if you go at night, it's close to the St Lawrence River and if you cross the street the is a park, if you go at dusk, the view it's unbelievable, let's say you go with your date, or you want to bring your wife to dinner and then a romantic walk in a park....
