This has to be one of the best restaurants in Kitimat. The service is always great and so is the food. Their desserts are made in house and they have a surprisingly large menu that offers something for everyone. Some of my friends love the butter chicken and they cook a mean steak.

This place is horrible. The staff is unbelievably rude, and you will pay way to much for what the food it worth. The food quality is mediocre, but they make you pay like you're eating at the Keg. I'd skip their mashed potatoes and gravy.

Hidden gem. Great food (including a great breakfast) and extensive menu, but not busy and crowded so everything is made pretty much hot and fresh. You can hide away in a relaxed atmosphere and just enjoy the food experience in peace.

6 people in the restaurant. .3 of them for coffee only...we ordered our breakfast...and the scrambled eggs were cooked on the same grill as the potatoes and pancakes. ..everything had greasy taste on them.. everything tasted like burned potatoes...very poor cooking skills...so far Rosary restaurant is the best in town

I waited 15 minutes for my waiter to notice I needed more water, yes I did try body language for some more. Nicely. My chicken was very undercooked and potatoes were crispy burnt. Environment is fancy and the cleanliness was appreciated as they sanitized and changed table covers every time. ⭐⭐ for cleanliness

Good food with good menu variety. Decor is unique and older, but service is great and food quality is consistent for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the restaurant side. "Fine" dining is available each evening in the dining room, as well as several small private rooms available to book.

This place is a Gem. Deffinitely worth the wait. Staff was very nice and the food was amazing. My date had a classic Omelette and I had the Eggs Benedict. I highly recommend this place for Breakfast. Not only was the food on point, so was the vibe. Very warm and inviting atmosphere

Best restaurants in Kitimat hands down. Menu offers a lot of unique dishes you don't see much on menus. The dining area split into two sections. On the left is table cloth and more casual upscale settings. On the right has a pub like atmosphere. I went with the left side. I ordered the chef special soup $7 and Salisbury steak with prawns $24 (no photos, too hungry lol) and carrot cake $9 (no photos, too hungry again lol). The soup was hardy and flavor was good. Tomato based, noodles, chicken and vegetables. It was a bit warm than hot when servered. Still enjoyed it overall. Salisbury steak with prawns was very good. It was nicely executed and made from scratch. The carrot cake was probably the highlight. The best carrot cake I ever had. You can tell it was made from scratch and executed well. Service was very good too. The server was nice, friendly and attentive. The menu had so many good choices that I was struggling to choose! I wish that I tried it earlier in my visit than on the last day here. I would definitely gone again. I would highly recommend it as the best restaurant in town.

Tonight I went down for dinner with my spouse and everything was awesome. You can count on the food always being good but tonight was phenomenal. I had the shwabisch and my spouse had the halibut and chips. Mine was perfect and super tasty. The halibut was also great. Still crispy at the last bite, flavourful and very moist. So glad this was our choice tonight. Service was also top notch. Can't say enough good stuff tonight.

Rarely go out to restaurants and wanted to try a breakfast spot. We waited at least 40 minutes for a Denver omelet with hashbrowns and eggs and bacon... the omelet was dry and over cooked, hashbrowns were cold and tasted days old and everything was cooked in over used oil. Bacon and eggs were awful. The bacon was still chewy and the eggs were very runny. By the time we got the food we were hungry and tried eating it and left pretty disappointed. The waitress was very sweet and efficient. Believe her name is Abby. Will not be returning to The Chalet again. A lot of maintenance needs to be done to the restaurant and the food needs ALOT of help.

It's decent food, but it could be so much better. The veg was raw, the pasta was a little overcooked, and nothing was seasoned. It's not that it was inedible, it's just that it seemed done without care.
