Just had a fabulous 2014 Meritage paired to a Cashel Blue cheese, with walnuts and a Chateau de Bourgogne cheese, with toasted hazelnuts from Perseval & Young Cheesemongers. A perfect ending to a beautiful drive through the Purcel, Selkirk, Monashee and Rocky Mountains.

Incredible views and great whites. Skip the reds....the area is just too cold to produce any red varieties with any depth. I wasn't much of a white wine drinker, but these guys have forced their whites into my summer rotation.

Gorgeous property. Amazing food. Only one significant flaw is that servers don’t wear masks and put the onus on the customer to ask. According to Bonnie Henry this is literally the one protocol that is effective at curbing community spread. Hope this changes.

I only left like couple reviews before, so you know I mean it when I write a review. My family visited during the Labor day weekend and we were very disappointed with the tasting experience. I heard restaurant is great but I didn't get to try, so I can't speak for that part, but tasting wise, I can tell you that you should skip for another winery. I visited Cedar Creek and Quail's Gate during my visit and I would say we had 100 times better experience at Quail's Gate. We were very unclear in terms of how the tasting work from the moment sitting down. We just had menu on the table and we hadn't been given any instruction how the tasting works. I bought the tastings online but I was expecting to hear how it actually works (how many wines to choose from, which wines to choose from, which wines would suit our taste bud better etc). Instead, server basically told us just pick wines from menu and walked away. We were so lost and had to ask again after few mins how it works and then she explained. Tasting wise, we were given all wines at the same time. At one point we had 15 glasses in front of us (5 glasses each for three tasting package). We didn't enjoy that experience because we should be able to enjoy one wine at a time and be able to share our opinion with each other. But instead, they brought out all wines at once and we had to manually look back at menu ourselves to do wine comparison. Also server was only there when we say we have questions. At every other winery for tastings, we normally have dedicated server to guide us through and help us navigate through each wine, but here, we felt like we were just given wines and rushed to do comparison. The winery and the view is beautiful, but if you sit down, the view is blocked by stone wall that's built at the edge, so unless you stand up, you won't be able to catch the great view. We may come back to try the restaurant at some point, but we wouldn't come back to this winery for tasting again. Giving two star for bad experience combined with good view

A not to be missed Kelowna winery and restaurant. The tasting room gets busy so start at this location and work your way back to Kelowna centre. Also check out events like yoga or special lunches and concerts. Absolutely beautiful views. UPDATE: the new year-round restaurant Home Block is fantastic! And the new tasting room has been completely redesigned with lots of space and of course those amazing Kelowna views. A real local favourite.

Highly recommend this place. I have yet to try a wine I didn't like there. The staff members are so kind and accommodating, the setting is beautiful, and my favorite thing is the tasting room is dog friendly - we go here often because of this. Will be going back many more times :)

Korean guide, Alex Kim is so kind and good. He explained us about Cedar Creek wine in detail and easily, and told us how to enjoy it more easily. He showed confidence and passion for the wine they made, and he gave details to each question we asked. Also we asked him what wine would be good for us. That wine was so delicious that I purchased a total of 5 bottles of 3 bottles of wine and 2 other bottles of wine in online. It's a 2018 GEWURZTRAMINER wine. I think it'd be good to release it on BC liquor shop. The wine testing location and the winery building were so pretty that I was able to get a lot of good pictures.

I wanted to give this place a great review...I did. I used to love the old Cedar Creek restaurant. Arrived here for my birthday lunch with a reservation just a moment ago but was not warmly welcomed. Hostess was rude to me and my husband who had booked for two. We came with our infant and she said "sorry because if Covid rules you should have booked for 3". We understand but the delivery was not good hospitality. When we asked to sit outside she said she had no space for a group of three (only for 2 or 4) and didn't even offer a wait time or sincere apology. This staff needs better training in hospitality. The new renovations have also totally taken away the old Tuscan charm and replaced it with a cavernous and dark metal aesthetic not at all as lovely or timeless. I know the wine is good and I'm sure the food is good though!

Booked a members wine tasting and story experience with Alex Kim - an incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and attentive host. If he was the first one to greet us at the door this would have been a 5 star review. Otherwise, my mid-20s friends and I were left waiting outside for 20-30 minutes for "our table to be ready" despite several other similar-sized parties getting seated and served after our arrival - having mentioned they were members. Once another host came to check if we had been spoken to, it was discovered that our table had been ready the whole time. It was only once we mentioned we were members while at the table that the entire atmosphere changed and we were treated with the service that should have been given at the outset. Once Alex Kim was introduced to our table thereafter - he lightened the mood and made our party overlook the poor service given prior. Highly recommend booking an experience with him where possible.

Super friendly staff, Good wine (good last year at least as I didn't get to try it when I went this year...). This is why I give minimum three stars. When CedarCreek first opened it felt like a secret spot for locals. We always talked about how it had our favorite wine, food, and facility. Based on my recent experience, it appears that the new model is to cater to the wealthy and tourists and not true wine enthusiasts. The minimum way to taste wine is now through a long 45 minute guided session that costs $22 (they had no space for us in the middle of a week day). Most true wine enthusiasts know that this is too long when they're trying to taste a variety of winaries that day. And this is way to expensive and doesn't feel local anymore. Also, while I enjoy the wine, it is not worth $22 (the cost of 2 decent glasses of wine) for a tasting when the intention is to still pay more to take home a bottle or 2. I believe recent decisions will begin to reflect poorly if not reversed. I'd love to see quick tastings come back to give more people the opportunity to try something new. Tough to recommend.

Fantastic experience! We couldn't book a table at Mission Hill.. no regrets at all. Fabulous food, spectacular views, great service. We'll come back, no doubt about it. They delivered as promised, the wines are rich in flavor, the chef really surprises you with simple and yet quite sophisticated combination of flavors. They just renovated their restaurant and it's high end. Come and see.

Our daughter is a wine club member and treated us to a wine tour and tasting. Catarina was our guide par excellence! She made the tour so informative. The wines were all very good and we enjoyed the food pairings, especially the tuna. The expansion is amazing and definitely a place to bring out of town guests.

Unfriendly Staff, Uninspired scenery, and racially profiled and discriminated. My wife and I visited the winery many years ago and had great experience – friendly staff, great wine and food, enjoyable scenery with vines close by. With such positive experience, we strongly suggested to our son to get married there. So, during this visit (around 2:30PM on Friday, 1 October 2021), my wife arranged the visit to have a wine tasting and small bites with 2 other retired senior couples. We even planned to have lunch there. Upon arrival, we found the place has totally changed to an uninspiring concrete fortress – multi- level parking lot, small viewing platform far away from vineyard, small wine store space, tasting bar and lounge with 2-sofa seating. We were shown to the sofa seating and served by a straight-face unfriendly young lady server. At 20-minute mark, the server brought the last 5th wine and informed us that we’d to leave soon. We were informed that tasting was limited to 30-minutes and we were expected to taste the 5 wines and gobble down the food during this time. At 30-minute mark, we were ushered out the seating area through the small crowded wine store, with no social distancing among the shoppers. There were no parties before, during or after we left the 2-sofa seating area. On our way to the car 100 feet away, a lady friend decided to have a photo by sitting in the passenger side of the empty golf cart. Within minutes, the same unfriendly young lady came over to tell our friend to get off the cart. We felt we were racially profiled as the server was shadowing us all the way. The visit was very unpleasant for us, 3 Chinese-Canadian senior couples from Edmonton, after spending over $150 ($22 each for wine tasting and snack). Needless to say we skipped the wine purchase, lunch at the restaurant and future wedding venue for our son. Lucky, we had enjoyable visits to Summerhill, Mission Hill, and St. Hubertus Estate (which encouraged us to try the grapes) wineries. We walked among vineyards, enjoyed the scenery, and free tasting of wines we were interested in buying. We bought wines at all these wineries, except Cedar Creek. Based on our unpleasant and racially discriminated experience at Cedar Creek, I would strongly suggest visits to other wineries that offer great wines and experience.

If you love big corporate pretentious wineries who are out to seperate you from the contents of your wallet then this is your winery. They charge $22 per person for a tasting and they do not refund anything for a purchase. The wine that you taste is amazing and also the most expensive wines that they have. The whole place is a money grab in my opinion, I will never go back.

Absolutely amazing. We visited the winery tasting room with family over the weekend and were treated to Doug who's kindness, gentleness, knowledge and professionalism made our experience exceptional. Thank you. The following day we went to the restaurant for a late lunch and enjoyed one of the best meals we've had in a long time. The quality and presentation of the food was really high quality and Karleigh was a wonderful waitress who was very attentive and professional. The kitchen was also accommodating to my plant based diet and simply left off the butter on a ridiculously delicious mushroom and white bean dish. The focaccia is crazy good served with a high quality olive oil. And of course the wine left us speechless. A really really wonderful experience and the decor of the tasting room and the restaurant is incredibly tasteful and conscious. Thank you and we'll be back.

Wow, Cedar Creek was stunning. The location, then facility, the food, the wines and the staff! Especially the staff, they were all attentive and thoughtful, lovely people and great at their job. What happened next tho! In the middle of our (expensive) dinner, one of the fire sprinklers above us was triggered, spraying gallons of water over our table and party. Really should have had our dinner comp’ed, or something!?!

I went for a tasting with a food pairing. We were seated on a hot concrete pad with a stone wall blocking our view. There were errors made on our wine choices and food pairings were not explained, Everything was rushed and very chaotic. I was very ill later that day and I believe I had food poisoning from this experience.

I must be losing my mind. I clearly remember visiting Cedar Creek Estate Winery. But in reflection, I can’t tell you anything about it. I remember us driving up to it. I remember the construction to one side impeding a normally spectacular view. I have photos of the exterior, as does my girlfriend. We found photos online of the tasting room, but they do not jog my memory. My girlfriend claims the photos on Google inaccurate, and they must have renovated since then. Still nothing. I must have been zapped by a neutralizer from Men in Black. I know you might be thinking that perhaps we walked up and decided for some insane reason to turn around, except I have bottles I bought from Cedar Creek, including a 2015 Platinum “Block” Single Vineyard Riesling sitting in front of me. It’s real, in my hand, and it’s good, confirming I bought the bottle under my own volition and was not kidnapped and brainwashed to think so. It’s not like they pried my eyes open and forced me to watch bottles breaking while being unable to blink. I remembered Oak Bay, Summerhill, Tantalus before we arrived, as well as Monto Creek after. The photos we did take of the exterior reveal a breathtaking winery. Sure, the weather wasn’t the best that day, but that didn’t detract from the construction. Upon deeper reflection, I seem to remember diamond shelves behind the counter like those seen at Mission Hill. Did I suffer trauma? Seriously, this is weird. This must be one of those situations where because I forgot to take photos, my mind blanked on the event because it’s so used to relying on them for mnemonic recall. I actually want to remember this place, unlike Summerhill, which I would have preferred blocked. The building looks amazing, the restaurant appealing. However, what I respect the most is their desire to sell actual wine, not their label or novelties or pseudoscientific mysticism. I’ve never seen, and I do never, a wine maturation chart on a winery website before. Every single bottle that is worth a damn is laid out with a recommendation of how long to wait in the cellar before opening. Seriously, why don't more wineries do this? We had been told that the deeper the punt, the longer it should age. Naturally, my Riesling has no punt, is not located on this chart, so I assume I can open it immediately and enjoy. By the way, I’ll reiterate that I was “told” that, but that doesn’t mean it’s actually true. I do research these things. And you can also download images as zipped files from their website; have they thought of everything? They haven’t thought of a mnemonic deceive so I could remember their damn tasting room. I will believe my girlfriend in that I entered said room and enjoyed a tasting. The bottle in my hand proves that, but I could not recall the gender or age of the host. Maybe it was The Shadow, and he altered my memory with some Jedi mind trick. Perhaps this is how they keep their secrets. You walk in, enjoy yourself, get sold on wine, leave, but then not remember why you enjoyed it, necessitating your return. There is a small chance, upon reflection, the location might have been boring; I must admit that is a possibility. Nah, much more logical to assume something involving aliens.

I am a Platinum Club member and brought friends for a wine tasting and dinner this week. One of them is health compromised and has not been to restaurant since last March. I emailed the Platinum Club member email to enquire about arrangements that could be made. Alison Shaw responded and took wonderful care of us. She was incredible both in her response time and how she dealt with the situation. I hope to meet her in person some time. Karli was our server (ask for her if you can). She did both a wonderful wine tasting and meal service. Our friends has a wonderful time and are now Platinum Club Members also.

My husband and I had the 5 course wine paired menu for a honeymoon dinner on August 11th at 7pm. We were very impressed by all the factors that defined our experience - the grounds are stunning, the venue is trendy, the staff are very courteous, and the food and wine are excellent! I had fair expectations as far as the food goes; being a winery above a restaurant, I thought the food would be a second thought (as we found it to be the case with other well known wineries in Kelowna). The chef they have at CedarCreek is excellent - the meals were well balanced with flavours that well contrasted and complimented the wines. The portions were perfect in size as well. The wines we tried were really good. If you like Riesling and Ice Wine, they have two fabulous varieties in their Platinum collection. Unfortunately we don't remember the server's name but she had a lovely personality and seemed knowledgeable. We highly recommend this winery for their wines, food, and vistas.

Cedar Creek was amazing! Definitely recommend going for sunset as the views are stunning looking to the west from the terrace. We were greeted by Barb and were soon taken on an amazing tasting adventure of the various Cedar Creek wines. Barb was great and offered us suggestions based on our tastes!

wow I cant tell you how great this place is. We enjoyed the lunch tasting menu (Highly suggest all getting different things and sharing, makes for a great family style lunch and keeps costs down) and it was fantastic. The food is just absolutely unreal, the wine pairings are well thought out and well explained by the waitresses that work here. The staff are wonderful and kind, and you can tell they enjoy themselves at work. The property itself is just stunning and has a ton of opportunities for photo ops. This is an absolute must, especially if you enjoy Mission Hill as this is similar only updated in my opinion.

Very special winery and restaurant with spectacular panoramic view of Okanagan Lake. Went for dinner and arrived a little early to visit the tasting room. The staff in the tasting room are very friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased some wine and then moved to the Vineyard Terrace restaurant where we were treated to excellent service and a wonderful meal. All the service staff were very pleasant and very attentive yet still allowed us to enjoy a "quiet" special dinner with our guests. The food, from the starters to desert, was very delicious and beautifully presented. Two of us had the lamb chop special paired with the 2015 Pinot Noir and enjoyed it thoroughly. I would recommend a visit to the wine tasting room and Vineyard Terrace restaurant any time you are in the area. Unfortunately the view is a little compromised at present as they are in middle of an extensive renovation - will certainly come back when they are finished as I am sure it will be very nice.

Winery entrance resembles the military base or an embassy in a hostile country that expects terrorist attack any minute. Restaurant staff seems tense and doesnt smile a lot. We had a dinner for three and as we weren't particularly hungry went for the main course rather than suggested three course dinner. The waiter didn't ask for a preferred steak readiness and it came rather bloody. I couldn't finish pork belly as the meat itself and garnish were too greasy. I suppose you can expect that property from the pork but the greens on the side were super chewy and soaked with grease too. The bill of $200 for the three entrees each with a glass of wine was about five times more than it was worth.

Went in for the wine tasting and dinner with high expectations after reading the reviews. Was mostly underwhelmed by both. 1) Wine tasting : When I booked they said that there would be a tour of the winery and they would explain how the wine is made. All we got was a couch inside for 15 mins with a taste of their wines from a person who seemed stretched thin attending to 3 groups at once. The wine however was pretty good. 2) Dinner : Although its a pretty big space and everyone practiced social distancing with hand sanitizers in every corner, nobody wore masks. Not even the kitchen staff. In terms of the 3 course dinner, I found the portions to be very big and the quality not upto the mark. Entrees were impressive, mains and desserts not so much. The duck leg was well done, but the other vegetables on the plate were too greasy. It lacked some freshness. The sauce on the eggplant dish lacked depth of flavour and the sticky toffee pudding was overly sweet. The setting, ambience and service were exceptional. It is one of the prettiest dining rooms I have seen. I wish they showcased local produce rather than build a menu around their wines.

Food was exquisite the minimal options meant everything came out in an extremely timely fashion and perfectly done. And made for more table conversation and less menu browsing. The restaurant is by far one of the most beautiful places to eat as well. We will be back.

At the wine tasting we were served by Fiona who was not only knowledgeable about Cedar Creek wines she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Went to Kelowna for the weekend last week with my friends and was really looking forward to it since we've never been to a wine tasting before. Brynne was amazing help and well knowledge! We explained to her our situation and she really walked us through it and really listened to what our feedback was and gave us choices of what we thought we would like. Oh my goodness- what a winery! The place itself is gorgeous (tasting room and vineyard). The wine is reasonably priced and the staff is very helpful and nice. They have a very nice (but a tad pricey) lunch if you're looking to splurge and treat yourself. My favorite wine that I tasted here was the 2015 Senator - we bought 2 bottles.

This place was magnificent, the wine was superb, but more than anything the people working there made the experience. Myself and a group of 15 were up in Kelowna for the weekend doing some wine tasting. Thoughout day we went to multiple wineries but unfortunately our experiences there were subpar. Luckily for us, cedar creek was our final destination and Ben was a godsend. His patience and willingness to teach us amateurs about wine was second to none. I highly recommend visiting this place and be sure to ask for Ben.

We have a welcone drink & Darren our server for the evening took us to a beautiful table with candle light & fresh gorgeous flower arrangements & surrounded by wine and real candle lights. My wife and I and our guest from South Africa had the pleasure of attending a private wine tasting at Ceder Creek Winery. We have been there several times but it was a first time experience for our guest. Our host Darren Gillespie, Tasting Room Ambassador was absolutely awesome. The wines are truly some of the best in the valley, but what takes this winery from Good to Great is the staff. Darren's passion and knowledge for the wines he served were beyond our expectations. In sales and customer service if someone has an awesome experience they will tell a few people but if the experience is poor they will often tell everyone. Well I want everyone to know that our experience with Darren was second to none. Thank you for a tasting our guest will never forget.

The location was great, with beautiful view. The food was good, it is a 2 course set menu, which is great. Only down side is the server's service was a bit disappointing, and there was no explanation on the food or the wine pairing. The server talked about pre-cautious steps due to Covid-19 and passing the dishes from one side to the other, that's fine but the staff should probably wear mask if that's also the case. Pretty disappointed with overall experience.

My dad came here previously having had a great experience a year ago, and was specifically looking for a wine from the Platinum M line, a dessert line. He brought us, his family, to the winery this past weekend for a wine tasting and dinner. While unfortunately it wasn’t available for purchase, the wine tasting staff let us know it was available for purchase during dinner at the restaurant. It was during the restaurant portion of our visit that was the most disappointing part of our experience. Our waitress was Hannah that evening, and when we asked for the wine, she did let us know there were bottles of the Platinum M available for purchase with dinner. She let us know that it would cost $59. We asked again to confirm because we were surprised that this bottle of wine only cost $59. To my dads recollection, based on the taste and exclusivity, he expected it would cost more. But Hannah said that the bottle of wine was priced at $59, so we ordered the bottle of wine. She also asked us if we wanted to start off the meal with some focaccia bread, which we said yes, and when she asked later if we wanted a refill of bread, we also said yes. The issue was mainly regarding the bill. We found that the $59 bottle of wine was actually $159 on our bill. And we were unaware that the bread was not complimentary, and cost $6 per basket. On our part, we could have confirmed the price of bread before accepting at the beginning of the meal, but we were surprised by the wine, as we were told at the beginning of the meal that it was $59. After we paid, we asked Hannah what the difference in price was due to. She told us that “there must have been some miscommunication”, as she stated that $59 was the retail price. We were bothered by this explanation as we were told multiple times that we could not purchase at retail, and it was very clear we were eating and drinking in restaurant. We felt misled as she did not state that $59 was the retail price, even as we confirmed the price a couple times before ordering. We are concerned that this was intentional on Hannah’s part to influence our choice to order the wine and end up paying more. Aside from our waitress, our experience was alright, but because of Hannah, our experience was a very poor one in the end. I hope that anyone that visits in the future will have a better experience than we had.

As a result, CedarCreek gave me the three bottles I received PLUS the three bottles I ordered. The woman I spoke with the on the phone was incredibly kind and easy to deal with. Prompt delivery + great customer service + amazing wine = a triple whammy. 10/10 would recommend!

My favourite Winery CedarCreek Estate Winery is by far my favourite place to go for wine tasting and eating. I love the option of a little food with the wine pairings, makes the overall experience a blast. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, their menu’s also change periodically so you get a wide variety of wines to try which makes coming back more fun. The scenery is very beautiful all year round with a very modern rustic designed buildings so plenty of good opportunities for pictures too. I would also recommend checking out their restaurant HomeBlock the food there is amazing and by far one of my favourite places to eat. Overall, I’ll be returning often.

When we arrived we were told our tasting would take 45 minutes, in that time we only had 1 wine tasting and no food pairings. Nobody came to speak with us for close to an hour before we got up and left as we had not even had 1 of the 3 food pairings. We spent 220 dollars to be basically ignored for an hour. I highly recommend going to any of the other wineries. We weren’t even given updates regarding the pairings nor did anyone even apologize for the inconvenience. On top of all this, after 45 minutes they had the audacity to ask if we wanted to join their wine club.

There was a hair in my wife's dish which was taken back to be replaced. Since we wanted to all eat together we sent all the food back to be warmed so it didn't get cold while we waited. The severs were great, however the manager didn't apologize for the hair in the meal and we thought she made us feel guilty for sending back our meals replying that it would take longer. When you are at a high-end establishment I don't think it is unreasonable to send back a meal for a hair being in it and wanting to eat at the same time as all the guests while sipping our wine. We were going to purchase wine from the store as we really love cedar creek, however we didn't get a good vibe or feel like appreciated guests. When the food did arrive it was really good. Highly recommend the cod meal.

First time here. It was LOVELY. The wines are incredible, I bought the Viognier and have never had one before, sooooo tasty! We also got the snack plate to share and my husband was thrilled! MARINATED FETA? CRISPY SAGE? What even. 20/10 will be back. Even though the wine tasting is $22 it was worth the experience and the space is gorgeous.

We went for a wine-cellar tour in 2016. The tour was informative, interesting and paired with wine-tasting. Our tour-guide did a marvelous job keeping conversation flowing, explaining wine/food pairings. Aside from the tour I did not buy wine.

Wonderful Winery and restaurant.. But I had a very bad experience because I felt that I was ignored by a male server in tasting room. At that time, I tried two kinds of wine, Pinot noir and Ice Wine, but the server gave me the red Pinot noir and Ice wine in the same glass even without rinsing a glass. On the same day, I had a lunch reservation in the Cedar Creek winery restaurant, and I also let him know that I had a restaurant reservation and just want to try some wines to select a wine for my lunch before trying wines. However, he was very rude and impolite, and I felt that I was ignored by him. I was very upset, but I could not say anything because I was with my families and I should take care of my families. It is unfair to treat me unlike other guests. At that time, I even thought that I was ignored because of my race and English fluency (at now, I am trying not to think such an idea any more).

When we first looked at the menu nothing really jumped out as a must-have, but it turns out this was a good thing. We selected things we wouldn't normally order and it was all excellent. Comparing to many other wineries in the area, the price is better comparing its service and location. Although I would have to say the wine themselves were good, but not super amazing so I did not purchase there.

We had the wine tasting with the "food pairing" experience and it was absolutely a rip off. We decided to have both whites and reds so we could share the experience and added the pairing for an extra 16 each. First off, we got assigned Alex as the expert and then in the middle of the 2nd wine, another person took over without explaining why. The session was supposed to last 45 min, which it did not. Food took forever to arrive and when it did it was just a little tiny minute sample of whatever they think it pairs with some of their wine. To our surprise, not all the wines we tasted had a paring assigned to them. This is misleading as they make it look like all the wines have a pairing and it is not true. So, the pairing in experience is 3 tiny pieces of food for 6 wines per person @ 16 CAD each. What is more, We were told we did not need a reservation for the bar after 3pm so when we finished the tasting, we walked over to get some food and then they changed their mind by saying no availability was there until 4 pm. We are back home now, opened up one of the 50 CAD bottles we purchased and found it was corked. So, horrible experience.

My self and my wife visited Cedar Creek the past two summers and had a great experience both times we went. Our time spent at the winery was so much fun we joined the platinum membership they offer there at Cedar Creek. As part of there membership it includes a shipment of wine of 6 bottles on an average of 200$. Our second shipment never arrived and our card was charged. We emailed and talked to someone named Anna, time and time again we were thrown in loops and told excuses for the reasoning it had not shown up. 3 weeks later we still had not received our wine. So we had enough as we were very dissapointed with the service as it was horrible. we called and left a message, emailed and told them to refund our card. 3 days later no response from anybody so we emailed the General Manager and he did not even respond. We asked for our money back and we got an email saying our credit card had been refunded. In that time we did not even receive an email apologizing for the mix up and your experience. I have never received service that bad. I would highly recommend never signing up for the platinum membership because you will get treated horribly.

A very detail oriented vineyard that clearly puts a lot of thought into everything they do - including being eco friendly. The architecture of their restaurant and adjoining spaces is stunning with a great view of the lake. The food is amazing and they are able to accommodate a range of dietary needs. The service staff are very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We went for dinner and for the wine pairings and we will be coming right back! Highly recommend.

Sat at the bar for a night and was served by a wonderful bar tender Jessica who catered exactly to our taste and taught us a lot of great information on the wine we were drinking and the cedar creek estate itself. I was blown away by the service, as well as the delicious meals enjoyed.

Had THE BEST experience here!! Joshua was absolutely AMAZING and Joshua definitely deserves a raise. The fact that a follow up, personalized little letter that arrived in the mail from him was truly remarkable. We wished we could have stayed longer so went next door to the restaurant and continued with our tastings. Loved everything...the food, the wine, the ambiance and the staff SO much we became members and booked our follow up 5 course dinner on the spot as we are about a 4 hour drive away. Counting down the days until we return ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? OMG!!!! Finally were able to return for our Home Block 5 course meal paring and WHAT an AMAZING experience! Amy was utterly FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction!! Amazing experience when we were there for a bachelorette a few weeks ago. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about wines, and the food pairing was so so delicious. A bunch of us gals ended up buying bottles and we had missed getting one of them. I was contacted by Jenny for my shipping info and they were able to get the wine out to me.
