We had a wonderful first experience at Babylon Sisters Wine Bar. We had a cheese & meat board with bread and olives. It was delicious ????. We got to Meet the owner’s wife, super friendly and approachable. The one recommendation we had was to add something sweet to their menu to compliment the appetizers and delicious wines. Will definitely go again.

A mature bar for a mature crowd. Wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, exceptional selection of wine and cocktails, and a food menu that will have you feeling like royalty. Incredibly friendly and professional staff seals the deal. If you're looking to treat that special someone, or you're just happy dressing up for any occassion, this is the spot for you.

Had a great time trying this new Wine Bar. Karan was a great. Tried the Sparkling Wine Flight which was such a great experience as it was my first time having sparkling wine! Now I have a new favourite! Tried the Potato, Kale and Chorizo soup - Excellent! We were also delighted with some additional items brought to our table without request as a nice surprise. The atmosphere was so cozy and sophisticated. Such a great experience!!

First time here and was I ever blown away, the place looks phenomenal and I was met with great service the entire time! The playlist rocked my socks and I would’ve spent my evening if I could have. 10/10 would recommend, perfect date spot.

Cute cozy upscale wine bar. The bottle we ordered was great (Pinot Grigio) but they had so many wine selections to choose from! Definitely pricy so be prepared - averages of $23 for a 6oz glass but totally worth it. Knowledgeable staff! Thanks!

Lovely new wine bar in uptown. I had the featured wine flight which was 3 sparkling wines. Food menu was from S&V. The Vermouth Service was fun to assemble. Modern decor and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

What a magical time it was tonight. Went during their first weekend, a soft opening. The right vibe that Waterloo was desperately in need of. (Far too many club style bars) A classy wine spot with a stellar selection from around the world. Rotating features and some incredible food options. Proper mixology as well, an uncommon sight within town. (Pst, they also have a bottle of Pappy!) Thank you to the Babylon Sisters team for treating my friends and I well, can’t wait to come back again soon. I truly found my new fave date spot. :)

Such a cute and cozy atmosphere. The sommelier was incredibly knowledgable and made our experience lovely. Staff was constantly checking in to make sure everything was up to par (e.g. whether it was too cold with the door open in the back) -- what a lovely addition to uptown!

Awesome atmosphere! The selection of drink options are plentiful and the food is amazing. Ordered the Sangria, scallop ceviche and all the cheese we desired! The staff were welcoming and professional! Definitely going to visit again and work my way down the menu :) Highly recommend to check this place out!
