Well..where do I start? Not only is Nora well knowledged in the making wine,which includes knowing deferent grape varieties and regions, being a chef,she has created recipes for flavoured wines(try the elderflower infused traminer-Riesling!!!). She is very personal,and is there to help you bottle....Never got that in the west end! If I could,I would give her 6 stars.

We loved the experience of making our first batch of wine. It turned out to be so delicious! Nora is great to work with! She also has a very nice collection of tea. We got the Cream Earl Grey, which tastes great! Would definitely go back for more wines and tea in the near future!

The owner of this place is one of the kindest people i have met in a long time. She really is there to help you, even when you have no sweet clue what you are doing or what you are looking for. Her prices are the best i have found for a wine shop. I have already run 3 different batches and each one was absolutely fantastic!
