What a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Enjoyed a girls night out at the Shrugging Doctor winery with amazing 5-wine flights of a variety of delicious Fruit wines and top quality charcuterie boards composed of all local cold meats, cheeses and Dijon mustard. We appreciated the great service and in-depth knowledge of our bartender who also is the wine-master and co-owner. This hidden gem is perfect for any occasion with its intimate settings, decor and great tasting wines. Well done Shrugging Doctor, we’re looking forward to come visit you again soon!

Really impressed with what theses two "wine doctors" are able to produce here in Manitoba, wine's and other products made with Manitoba ingredients. After touring their operations and getting to know both willows and Zack I think the Manitoba government should be proud of what their doing. It seam like Manitoba is the worst provincial government laws in Canada for their industry. I hope to see the province make changes so we can see more startups like shrugging doctor in the near future. More support + less restrictions can make more job opportunities in our province. Let's hope we vote people in to make change's for a stronger Manitoba

I have been purchasing wine each week at East St. Paul's Farmers Market. I have tried quite a few and not one has disappointed. It's fresh, new, and very shareable! Make a nice evening of it and sip some good quality local flavor!

The wine is not bad, but for some reason, the wine bottle glass BREAKS along the neck while pulling out the cork. Small shards of Glass get into to wine and has to be strained for safety.... It is a huge hassle. This has never happened to me with other wine bottles, so I will no longer purchase this wine.

I met one of the owners last summer, while he came through Calgary on a supply run to the Okanagan-Similkameen region. I was impressed by the fact they were making & selling their fine product in Winnipeg Manitoba! This year I ordered 4 bottles of Shrugging Doctor’s Strawberry Rhubarb wine on line, and it was shipped to me without any sort of problem at all. Will definitely deal with these people again!

I have a lot of respect for this team, against all odds they're building a very successful winery and pumping up lots of different products that are being sold around Manitoba and the rest of Canada. It's disappointing to see that a government crown corporation which has a Monopoly push these guys around and making life difficult. But their story is of perseverance building their company regardless of the crown corporation trying to prevent them. These guys are worth a try and it's very rare to see two 18-year-olds build a liquor company from scratch in Manitoba of all places.
