Wow wow wow. One of the best restaurant experiences of my life, in Jasper no less! Incredible food and delicious cocktails. Service was great. We overhead that the table next to us was visiting for their 7th time. Not hard to see why. Picture is of our entrees.

My traveling companion and I stopped for lunch and decided to go back for dinner. The menu is globally inspired with leaning towards middle Eastern seasonings merged with fresh local ingredients. For lunch my companion enjoyed her French Onion soup and we shared a morrocan melted Brie which had interesting blends of middle Eastern spices with the melted Brie. I had an Elk Porter soup. My companion hot chocolate with housemade marshmallow fluff. It was excellent. We went back for dinner to try out their cheese fondue, picking the traditional style and ordered an extra pretzel with it. It was almost as good as the Fondue I had in Geneva, Switzerland. The service for both lunch and dinner was friendly, attentive, and prompt.

Ordered Halibut Chowder, Boar Belly Flat Bread and Lamb Rack. Absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I didn’t make a reservation, so they booked us at the door for an hour later and we waited. We told them we are going to share the Lamb and they actually separated everything into two portions for us. It was soooooo good that we even forgot to take a photo before we eat! Absolutely worth the wait!

I ate everything so fast I didn't take photos of the three courses. The waiter was on point, always made great suggestions and inquiries to the kitchen after listening to our specific dietary requirements. My wife is ciliac and thanks to The Raven Bistro she enjoyed calamari for the first time since 2018

For our last night in Jasper we decided to try this place as they had just reopened again with their new patio! Kudos to the owners for investing in the infrastructure, I’m sure it’s very difficult to do these things under the uncertainty of COVID. The heated patio was lovely with each cube sectioned off making you feel like you had a little piece of space to yourself. Our server was really lovely and attentive, the food was some of the best we had in Jasper all week, and we overall just had a really great time. I recommend all their beers on tap and the Mediterranean mule! To eat we had the schnitzel, steak sandwich, and the calamari, all delicious.

We went there for dinner and we were happy with the service and the food. Our server was really good, knew the menu well. She explained all the dishes and answered any questions we had. Made good recommendations for the wine as well. We ordered rack of lamb, elk and salmon. Rack of lamb was cooked at medium rare and was delicious. Elk and salmon were also good. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Jasper and would visit again.

Nice spot with great service. Most of our dishes were great, the calamari was really nice, and hot cocktails were very unique. However the elk ossobuco really missed the mark though. It was totally dried out and had a tomato chutney on top instead of being cooked in the sauce. Also the mushroom risotto tasted very strange and had whole button mushrooms thrown in like an after addition, could have been better integrated. For the price, our expectations were set fairly high and some things were great, but others need work.

Lovely staff and talented cooks. Right in the middle of town and arguably the best restaurant in all of Jasper. I recommend getting the halloumi and sharing since it's so flavourful and the portion size is decent.

Awesome time sitting at the bar with a delicious dinner - of course I had to get the seafood pot based on other reviews. Matt behind the bar changed my mind about Riesling - that in itself is an accomplishment! Wonderful time, great vibe, delicious food. You won’t be disappointed!

I found out about this place through trip advisor. Menu looked very good so booked it a few weeks in advance. I'm glad I did because it seemed busy the day of. The place has good decor and ambience and it was quite enough. We ordered tofu chorizo tostado. Zaatar halloumi, la pastilla, coconut and almond crusted halibut, the sweet and spicy margarita, and chocolate pecan tart. I absolutely LOVED both entrees and also liked appetizers. The dishes had a good balance of food vs. cold, sweet vs. savory and I thoroughly enjoyed them all. If I had to pick one that I thought was just okay comparatively, it would be the halloumi. I also found the margarita to be very good. Got it with half the sweetness which was perfect (I usually prefer sweeter cocktails). What made this one unique is the gingery taste. Lastly, the chocolate pecan tart was also good - very rich which went well with raspberry sauce.

This is an amazing food place in Jasper town. Loved their shawarma! Not the authentic shawarma, but an amazing sandwich filled with tender and delicious sauces and vegetables! Loved the burger. Wish the fruit bowl had sweeter mangoes

Showed up for happy hour and enjoyed some $5 draught beer from Folding mountain brewery. The alpine cran beer was amazing, and so was our server!! I believe his name was Matt. Our food was unbelievably good, and decently priced. Excellent service, excellent drinks, excellent food!!!

Great service and ambience. Beautiful little restaurant in downtown Jasper. We shared French onion soup and the three pharaohs dinner plate. The meats were delicious but the only complaint is that the chicken shawarma was not seasoned traditionally. It had more.of a Spanish flavor or Mexican food vibe We would go back again to try other dishes. A few other things I would love to try on their menu

Great service and a creative menu. The flavours were exceptional. My favourite dish was the almond crusted halibut. The cocktails are excellent as well. Highly recommended, plus they have options for all dietary needs.

A great spot in town and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had the calamari and the schnitzel which were both great, lovely flavours and great portion sizes. My partner had the boar and bison flat bread which was also wonderful but the elk ossobuco wasn’t quite up to scratch for the price. The elk itself was cooked perfectly, the piece of meat was huge and it fell off the bone. However the risotto isn’t risotto. It’s not made with Arborio rice but instead (from what I can guess) normal white rice which gives it a very odd texture and it was quite bland. The food pairing is slightly off with a huge tomato chutney on the side too. The dish needs to be refined with the textures and flavours balancing more. The portions are great, for a Brit I’d say you only need one course! A little refinement would go a long way.

Came here based on the reviews as well as the recommendation of a foodie friend. Excellent food and drinks! Sweet and spicy margarita was to die for, I ordered a second one - can't remember the last time I ordered another round of the same drink. It was a tough call for us to choose our mains, we ended up with Three Pharaohs for me and Coconut Seafood pot for my friend. Both were delicious and also very sizeable servings! We wanted to leave room for dessert, so we skipped the appetizers and went for the dessert special, which was some sort of mango cheesecake situation that was absolutely amazing. Waitstaff were courteous and readily available. Can't wait to come back here again! There are like at least 5 more things I want to try here.

We went here for lunch - was well beyond high expectations. We had spicy halloumi and calamari as starters. Absolutely delicious. The calamari had a wonderful sauce with a slightly curry to it - wonderful flavour. Daily soup was a refreshing and super tasty coconut tomato soup - chicken shawarma wrap and chicken and waffles was very tasty. Great service here as well!

The food here was okay. Not great. We had the brown sugar salmon and the schnitzel. The schnitzel was the better of the two dishes. The salmon came with a risotto which was mediocre at best. Okay - risotto is hard to make well. But the salmon, I found to be overcooked and dry. The first thing the host was telling everyone was that they want you to be done in 90 minutes. I get it. They're trying to herd as many people through as they can on a Saturday night. But it was still off-putting. If you go here and it's cold out, I recommend insisting on a seat away from the window. It was very cold sitting there. We were in the booth closest to the door which didn't help, I'm sure, but it really made it difficult to enjoy the experience. In the end, we didn't need anywhere near the 90 minute allotment as the food didn't warrant ordering dessert and the ambiance didn't warrant lingering.

Ambiance - WARM, COZY, ME AND MY BF FELL BACK IN LOVE HERE Drinks - amazing! all very fun Food - we got the both the veggie options on the menu, best meal I think I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE. Do yourself a favour and get the créme brûlée after your meal Server was also super kind and helpful, despite the clearly busy restaurant she was great! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience The raven bistro - will have me RAV-IN’ for quite some time

The Raven Bistro had absolutely AMAZING food with a wide variety of selections for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters alike! Portions are large and very reasonably priced. We started with the fried Halloumi appetizer (which was in and of itself quite a bit of food). I had the La Pastilla as a main, while my husband had the Old Fashioned Bison Short Ribs. They were both incredible. Our service was beyond wonderful as well! Couldn't recommend The Raven Bistro enough!

We went there for lunch. The restaurant had a quiet and welcoming vibe. Server was very polite and knowledgeable when we asked about the history of the restaurant. The owners had traveled through Mediterranean countries and bring those flavors back with them.Food was amazing and we tasted new flavors. It would be on our list for next trip to Jasper for sure.

Dinner here was the highlight of our day. We ordered the steak and shrimp with argentine sauce. It's a bit on the pricey side but atleast the food is worth it. One of the best steaks we ever had. My wife ordered the seafood pot, which she loved as well. And we loved the service as well. Sheryl was very warm and took good care of us. Definitely coming here again.

Quality atmosphere, comfortable cause they only got booths (( total win )). Brayden was a really chill server, and the kitchen was quick and welcoming. The bathrooms are cool af, and the style is an upper middle class look. Food was solid, for the price I can't complain at all. Rosemary on the fries so that's cool. All in all I'd go again, the menu has some items worth trying
