Great Hall with its amazing views, superb food, and really friendly staff made my experience at Jasper a truly memorable one. If you are staying at Fairmont Jasper you have to try their Dukkah Chicken. Pretty much everything on their menu they take great care to make it right. Oh and the views from the patio are stunning too.

Wonderful time spent at the hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. You never know who you will see roaming the grounds.

Had an absolutely delicious meal out on the patio. Great views, great food, and great service!

The food was incredibly overpriced for what you get. Our food also came out cold. When you are paying as much as they charge, it should he pretty phenomenal. Drinks are also overpriced. $10 for a basic pint of beer. I know this is the Fairmont but doesn't feel great being gouged. Nice views and atmosphere. Service was just okay.

Cozy ambience. Friendly staff. There are a few vegan options on the menu including the Caesar Salad and Tofu Mushroom Noodle Bowl.

First off, let's start with the service. From the time we were seated to when we were greeted by a waiter, it was approximately 10 mins. When the server arrived I inquired on the contents of one of the mixed drinks. He said he would inquire on the contents. To my surprise, he brought the drink for me rather than clarifying the contents before the order was placed. For dinner we ordered the corn bread to start, and steak frites and chicken sandwich for main. The cornbread was served to us without cutlery or plates. It was so crumbly, we made a mess all over the table. Would have been great to have some plates. Would not recommend the cornbread. With respect to the mains, steak was good but was disappointed when it didn't come with shoe string fries which is pretty common for a steak frites. Sandwich was ok, the chicken was more like a shnitzel than a fried chicken. Overall, experience was ok but would not eat here again unless you aren't able to leave the hotel

Great live music and great food. Sadly the waiter was not the best. He doesnt know how to pour beer and didnt provide plates and utensils. I had to ask the servers to give us forks!! Also a spider fell from the ceiling straight to the table! Gross! Lucky it did not land in a area with food and drinks. Also I had to ask twice for another beer. Besides the waiters and spider, the food was phenomenal and the ambience was fantastic.

Lunch at the Great Hall was fabulous! A JPL burger with the thick cut bacon for me - perfectly prepared and tonnes of flavour. My lunch partner had the chicken stew and loved it. An Americano to accompany! Attentive, expert service and lunch arrived quickly. Perfect lunch!

Although the view is amazing and the service is good, the food is mediocre at best. We went there for dinner one night. My husband ordered a rare steak, which came out medium. I added grilled shrimp to my salad, which was so overcooked it was chewy. We thought maybe it was just an off night, so we decided to give breakfast a chance the next morning. Food was just as bad. I got the land and sea bowl and the salmon was cold and grey. The convenience of this place just isn't worth it.

Had an amazing dinner at Emerald lounge after a long day of driving. Service was great and they were easily able to accomodate my partner's gluten allergy. We split the fried mushrooms, carbonara (on gluten free gnocchi!) and blackened salmon and everything was amazing. Ask for Holly - she will take great care of you!

We had not only an excellent meal but we had the best server!! Konnor was on top of his business but not overbearing; we did not have to grab his attention during the busiest time of the night. He handled all his tables with grace and poise. We will definitely request him the rest of our time here. Thank you Konnor????
