Very nice outdoor patio, delicious food and good service. We ordered the seafood fettuccine and the jambalaya penne and thought it was really good. Perfectly cooked seafood and amount of sauce. Portions were smaller than you would expect, my husband was still hungry. Service was friendly, quick and the best on the patio was awesome!

We went to this restaurant 5 years ago. It was great then. So we decided to go back. Their food is still amazing.!! My husband loved his prime rib. I had the Salmon, I think it was the best salmon I've ever had! Even my broccoli was good! As for out drinks, my husband had a Folding Moutain Lager, witch he said was really good. I had a Long Island Ice Tea. Witch was good as well. The staff were super friendly they seat everyone staggered so you are not right next to someone. I highly recommend this place.

Good food but slow service. The slow service comes, no doubt, from all the extra work the staff has to do to keep up with all the COVID-mandated requirements for cleanliness. That said, the food was wonderful (my prime rib was excellent, and my wife enjoyed her shrimp and salad). Much better food than many of the restaurants we visited in Jasper this past weekend.

Absolutely divine. We are in Jasper on a mid Winter vacation and have been here for the week but wanted something other than pizza and wings. We had the Greek chicken souvlaki and the ribeye steak dinner. I asked for some garlic bread with my steak and I don't think she even charged me for it. I would recommend that if you are getting steaks get it done a less tempature as it sitting makes it cooked over what I ordered but not their fault. I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious yet affordable dinner that will leave you satisfied without being over fed. Very impressed.

Dropped by to the downtown of Jasper and saw this restaurant. Decent local food with friendly staff. No fancy decoration, free parking. We had 2 overcooked steaks n grilled salmon salad. family package price.

The waiter was not very knowledgeable about the drink menu. No specials were offered to us. We only received one menu and no time to even look at it before we were asked what we wanted. We ordered Mushroom caps for an appetizer. They were not the best we've ever had. Because we had steak the previous night, we ordered pasta for supper. My lasagna was quite good. The cheese on my garlic toast was cheddar and not mozzarella which I found strange. However my husband's serving of pasta and meat sauce looked like it came off the children's menu. We had 3 drinks between us and our total bill was $92 and change. A bit pricey in my opinion for 2 pasta dishes. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Had to rate it a three due to the main course steaks ????. The entrees started on such a high, Pita and Tzatziki and the Wings with Thai Chilli - delish! We ordered two Ribeyes for mai and were convinced to change one to the 14oz Prime Rib - bad idea. They sold the prime rib as slow cooked (that’s all fine) and that it would be seared like a steak. It was not. It felt like a slow cooked pot roast prime rib and was not seared on the outside and so did not meet any steak expectations. It was more like a roast. Such a let down ????

Awesome restaurant on the Jasper "strip". We did takeout from here. It was a large order and they were accurate, ready for pick up at the quoted time and helpful getting it packed up so we could easily transport it back to our hotel. The pizza was a huge hit amongst our group - a must try!

The food was good and our server was great but the whole experience was ruined by the owner, who bit our head off and said she didn’t need customers like us. This was only because we made a comment to our server about a couple of typos on the menu, not to criticize but just so they are aware for future printing. The owner belittled us and ruined our whole dining experience. Everyone is better off spending their money at a place where the owner doesn’t snap at you. Go to Harvest Food & Drink instead! It’s far superior

We stumbled upon Karouzos while searching for a place to have supper on a Saturday night. Both of our meals were excellent (chicken parmesan and BBQ spareribs), and the service was prompt and professional. I hadn't heard of this restaurant before, but will now make a point of coming here next time we're in Jasper.

We asked for a table for 8 for 8h30 and we were called 30mins before our “reservation” and were told that they gave our table away to another group which didn’t have a reservation. They apparently don’t work with reservations (which we weren’t made aware of when we went to “reserve”) and basically call when a table is free, so why didn’t they call us when our table was ready? Why did they give the table away? Pretty strange, but we’re polite so we went to ask if another table was going to be leaving soon and we were met with a rude attitude. I will admit, we weren’t happy. They did not seem to want to answer our questions. They clearly didn’t want us to dine there. What a shame, the food looked good:/ Moreover, our family proceeded to finally eat there without us, and the owner ended up insulting us to their face by calling us bossy and rude. As you can see in the last sentence of her reply below, she is continuing to do so. This gives you an idea of how she treats her customers. No wonder there are so many reviews on Trip Advisor telling us how rude she is.

Well, where to start with Karouzos, I'll try to be as quick and simple as I can. This was our first visit to Jasper and our last night in town after an amazing week and I honestly don't think we could've picked a better place to cap off a wonderful vacation. The food was phenomenal, the service was outstanding even being shorthanded, and the free shots of Ouzo to celebrate our anniversary were pretty damn good. My sinuses have never been clearer! A very heartfelt thank you to our server Elena (I hoped I spelled your name right) and god willing we will see you again next summer!!

Great restaurant, fantastic food! We went there tonight with the family, the appy platter was amazing and the tropical chicken pizza was perfect! For those who are worried about Covid and cleanliness, don’t be they are first class and you could perform surgery on their tables in between meals! Teslins’ hustle is infectious and makes you all feel safe there!

Wonderful restaurant with a view of the mountains. We had the Lamb and the Alfredo with shrimp. Both were fantastic but what you really need to try is the Mushrooms Neptune! It was so good as an appetizer, we debated having it for desert too! The staff was absolutely fantastic and inviting and they knew their stuff from cook on the meats to the pronunciation of the dishes. My only complaint was that the bathrooms had a few stalls out of order but from what I understand, they had just reopened after being closed for a bit so that might have been something they were working on. Do not miss this one if you are in Jasper or even just passing through!

Unprofessional staff and low quality food. My friends and I visited this restaurant and each ordered a steak entre. I ordered medium rare for my sirloin steak. When the steak came, one end of the steak was at medium/ medium-welldone, and the other end was rare/blue. Only the middle 60% was actually medium rare. My friend's medium steak was at medium rare. And my other friend's medium rare new york strip steak was 40% medium to medium-welldone on the sides and the middle was medium rare. We nicely asked the kitchen to remake the new york strip as we are paying good money for these food. The waitress ended up came back with the same original steak and said "the kitchen cut it open and saw that the middle is medium rare so we won't be remaking it". When I realized that the end of my steak was basically still raw, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was extremely rude and debated with me that as long as a portion of my steak is cooked to the degree that I ordered it at, they feel they have fulfilled the order. She was insistent that because the steak might have had different thickness throughout, they are not going to be uniformly cooked. I personally have never encountered a 8 oz steak that has one side that is medium well done and one side that is still raw if they were cooked with proper techniques. But I will leave it up to you readers to decide whether that is actually possible.

Simple take-out order with "dairy on the side" was supposed to take 15 minutes. 25 minutes later they told me they had to remake it because they put dairy on the order. They were apologetic about the mix up but the wait wasn't worth it. Update: Downgraded from two starts to one star because they forgot the bread as part of the order. Would not recommend.

"Lasagna" just a bunch of 1 inch thick noodles piled in a pan, scant amount of meatless meat sauce, with mozza on top. Any grocery store lasagna is better. Dry kids meal chicken, flavourless chicken alfredo. Burnt $38 "ribeye". How this place has 4.2 stars is beyond me. Left the place feeling ripped off.

We werent lucky yesterday. I ordered a salmon, which was great, but for my daughter (who ordered a steak medium well), they brought a completely dry, over cooked, tough piece of meat. Mistakes happen, and when waitress was told about it, she first got very defensive, saying medium well doesnt have pink in it. We werent talking colours here. The meat was dry and tough. When i told her that, she answered angrily: "What do you want me to do?". At that point on, what could have been a great experience, was ruined. Waitress never came back, no water refill, never apologized, no one came to talk about it. Just came back for the check as nothing had happened. And yes, we were charged full price for that expensive tough dry piece of meat.

By a long way the best meal we had in Jasper. If you’re only going to have one meal in Jasper, this has to be it. The steaks are tremendous and made to order, the salmon was beautifully prepared and juicy, the pasta sauce was perfection. Will definitely be back.

I don't like to the the vegetarian that goes to steakhouses but Karouzos keeps me coming back. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable and the service is friendly and fast. The beyond meat vegetarian burger is definitely the best burger I've had in Jasper so far. There's also a great selection of wine.

Food, drinks and service amazing! Had the spanikoptia (possible wrong spelling) and was amazed with the portion size! Hubby had the 8 oz serloin and we were both very happy with the food. The long island iced tea is the best I've ever had and they gave our dog a plate of chicken and carrots! We loved the special touch for the dog friendly patio. Must eat in Jasper!

The food was slow. We ordered a few New York steak meals: one of them was very salty and the other one had a piece of hair in it. The waiter offered to replace it but my niece was very hungry so she picked the hair out. I think the meals are similar to Earls but it's more expensive. Maybe due to the location and covid impact? The food was good, the waiter was nice but I was a little disappointed of how they treated us. Somebody in town recommended this place so I didn't look at the rating. It would be nice if they were offered the girls a little incentive so everyone would be happy.
