DO NOT GO HERE. worst restaurant experience i’ve ever had! we ordered off the kids menu because we didn’t want to spend $200 . my sister ordered a burger with ceasar salad.... the ceasar salad off of the kids menu is kale with some sad bacon-pieces. if i could rate negative stars i would. the food was terrible and small overpriced portions. $10 for a single chicken strip that came with gravy at an extra $3 .... the gravy bowl was bigger then the chicken strip. i ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for $10 and it was two wrinkly pieces of bread with a sliver of cheese stuffed in between. their cheese selection platter is $17 and believe it or not tasted worse than the $10 kale. all in all the food was overpriced, flavourless and you can see the overpriced menu i attached below :

We ordered takeout dinner. We had 2 entrees and a kids meal. The traditional pea soup was quite honestly one of the best soups I've ever eaten. It was hot and flavourful and full of delicious textures. The burger was a good simple burger, meat was real ground chuck, well dressed. The steak was under-seasoned but well cooked and accompaniments were tasty. The kids burger was a great size. Unfortunately the fries were soggy by the time they got to us and kind of salty but a generous portion, especially for the price.

Awful. Menu has barely any options. We all ordered from the kids menu because the regular menu had nothing on it. The ceaser salad in the kids menu is kale and tastes horrible. Single chicken strip for $10, and a huge bowl of gravy for $3. Tiny, burnt bread slices advertised as a "bun". What a joke! I was laughing and having fun with my family, the waitress came up and told us to "have a little respect". Cheese selection looks like puke. Worst restaraunt I have ever gone to, and the horrible meal cost $100.

Horrendous customer service. Although the sign says "wait to be sitted", I was standing there for a couple of mins (along with other waiting), making multiple eye contacts with the two waitresses that were roaming around, neither of them even bothered to acknowledge our presence. In the end I walked straight to the bar, and was finally greeted by the waiter at the bar. While reading the menu, I asked why no one ever came to check the customers waiting outside, the Aussie waitress pretty much gave me an eyeroll and said "we are under-staffed". Sure, but at least acknowledge potential customer's presence, like a simple gesture with a "hold on a sec" would go a long way instead of ignoring them or giving them attitude.

Menu choice wasn’t great, but the staff was friendly. My boyfriend got a Caesar salad that DID NOT taste like a Caesar salad (for the price it was upsetting). I felt like the food was way over priced for what you got. Probably won’t eat here again.

Food was decent but the service was not great. We had a reservation and it wasn't busy and we were still seated in an awkward spot and the food took over 45 minutes.

the food was way too expensive for 1 slice of not a bread a.k.a longer croutons the ceasar salad is literally just kale ON THE KIDS MENU. And my sister ordered chicken wings they come to the table and its one peice of chicken and enough gravy to drown a whale. The cheese plater was cheese and what looked like and (probably was) pigeon period and pigeon barf to top it off with a slap in the face in the form of a hundred and two dollar bill. I've never laughed that hard at a meal in my life.

Lovely looking place. Tables are spaced out nicely and it's not a big place, so quiet. Food is overpriced. We got the nachos, great except the beef has no flavor at all. Also got the burger and fries. Great pick. The carrot cake we ordered to share. It's not good. It's a loaf... The waitress was not friendly, and did not check in with us often. We waited for her alot of the time. And there was only 9 tables to three waitresses so no excuse... My biggest issue was the bathrooms! Very dirty!

I am not a world traveller however I do travel a few times a year for business and my company usually puts us up in a 3 or 4 star hotels so I have a little background to base my review on. 1) front desk was professional no real complaints, 2) this is an old hotel think 70’s interior with a pool in the middle. 3) room was clean nice bed and balcony 4) breakfast was fair service I ordered a cappuccino it was horrible and Luke warm, no fresh fruit and had to ask for silverware on table. 5) they have a bar we went in for an afternoon cocktail, was empty and took a waitress 10 minutes to come to our table. 6) Dinner at their dining room didn’t fair much better, place was empty and was setup for a buffet but no buffet.....menu looked good but failed to deliver serverce was non existent......we couldn’t seem to get a second glass of wine, the food was ok but at those prices I expected better value. If you need to stay here eat elsewhere staff are not existent and the food just isn’t very good....the gentleman at the front desk seemed to aggree.

$16 for 8 soggy chicken wings. Standard is 10 and it's usually $12-$14. Nachos have a wierd cheese sauce that doesn't appeal to myself but the portion was good and it had lots of topings.

Menu is small, but when you listen to Gordon Ramsay thats the thing he always suggests to restaurants, have a few things that you do well. We sat in and had a great meal, large portions of well cooked and delicious food. I dont really understand the negative reviews that are on here. Totally worth trying, and be sure to try their french fries. My only regret was ordering Trout and having to watch my wife consume the fries that came with her fish and chips while I suffered in silent jealousy.

Haven’t been here before but based on previous reviews to my experience tonight it appears they’ve done an overhaul on the menu and quality/quantity of food provided. I had the Canyon pizza which was definitely enough for 2 adults and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had and my friend had the bison burger which was just as tasty. The only issue was service, the staff were very preoccupied chatting by the POS bar area and were inattentive to empty water/refills for the entire meal. If the service was to match the quality of the food this would be a top notch restaurant for jasper (ie pyramid lake & malgine canyon esque)
