Love this place. The most sheik coffee shop in the neighbourhood with great quick, hot meals including grilled paninis, soups, sandwiches, salads, fast breakfast. Great coffee, desserts, beer and wine. Gas fireplace, incredibly comfortable seating options, including lounge style. The ambience is a bit bright for dates. Students are welcome to power through work allllll day.

Parking is hard to find especially when you are not checkin as a guest in the hotel. This is a cafe within a hotel. I ordered the Mocha Glace, unfortunately the drink only comes in one size so you don't have an option for a smaller portion. The size was huge though, I would say somewhere in between a medium and a large. They gave us paper straws that doesn't last long, so you had to request for another one mid-drink. When we asked, they gave us a plastic straw instead. Lol

The place is real cute. There are several tables and chairs if you have a party of 4 or you can sit at a table for 2, sharing a long bench along the wall. The fire place is sure to keep you warm. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was very tasty. The chairs, although low by comparison to the tables, are easy to relax into. There were 3 of us and we each enjoyed our meals and the prices are reasonable. 5 minute walk from the Sheraton Four Point hotel on the same street.

Horrible experience. We were a group of 30 (reserved weeks in advance) and they didn't plan the staff accordingly. When I went to the owner to let him know the plates were a little bit cold, he refused to talk to me in French, said we were the one to blame, we created chaos in his restaurant and that I didn't know anything about customer service. He was so rude and would never let me finish my sentences. He said that he didn't want to talk to me anymore and ended our one way conversation. I thought we could have a conversation, but he was definitely in a bad moon and decided I would take all the blame. He also offered a customer to pass on front of my people who were waiting in line to pay. He owns every Moca Loca. You don't deserve customers when you treat them that way.

About 15$ for soup, sandwich and drip coffee. Nothing exceptional. About four choices of sandwiches (including chicken Chipotle) and one soup available in the evening. The location is within an hotel but the atmosphere seems very colicky nonetheless as if friends of cashier are at the bar. Moca Loca used to have higher quality pastries and traditional croissants, waffles. With time, the offerings are less and less appealing and it's a disappointment every time. I wish they'd bring back their original menu.

In addition, the room is divided into two. During a heavy traffic the two areas are open, but when there are not enough customers, the second section is closed. This aue I find it unfortunate because sometimes I would like to go there and simply relax without being seated near another person. It does not remain any more that I will continue to go there because my experience is always very pleasant! I highly recommend this place to everyone. The food is of excellent quality and the portions very generous. In addition, they offer sandwiches for all tastes. Whether vegetarian, vegan or "carnivore", we always come out smiling. J'aimerais qu'il y ai une entrée indépendante. Malheureusement nous devons passer par la réception de l'hotel pour accéder au reataurant et plusieurs ignorait l'existance de ce Moca car l'emphase est plus aur l'hotel que sur le café. De plus, la salle est sivisé en deux. Lors d'une forte achalendage les deux aires sont ouvertes, mais lorsqu'il n'y a pas assez de clients, la deuxième parrie est fermé. Ce aue je trouve dommage car parfois j'aimerais y aller et simplemenr relaxer sans être assise prêt d'une autre personne. Il n'en reste pas plus que je vais continuer d'y aller car mon expérience est toujours des plus agréable! Je recommande fortement cette endroit à tous. La nourriture est d'excellente aualité et les portions très généreuses. De plus, ils offrent des sandwichs pour tout les goûts. Que ce soit végétarien, végétalien ou "carnivore", on y sort toujours le sourir aux lèvres.
