I usually pay $9.80 all in for my 6 beer. They wanted 14 and change. Most product has no price listed. Never again will I go back. Stay away from this place. They rip you off.

I was over charged by $20 due to 2 errors at the till. When I first brought up the issue it was dismissed. It was eventually remedied after I pointed it out in detail (thanks to asking for a till receipt due to the high price). I don't trust this place.

I only made it to the front door. I was actually across the parking lot in the gas station checking my oil when I saw the store, so I thought I'd walk over and give it a try. Then I started reading all the one-star reviews about the fat lady who owns the place that has a bad attitude and that the coolers are all broken and that they don't have anything but warm beer. As I approached the door, I saw the morbidly obese lady, who I understand is probably the owner, and I thought it best I just go back to the gas station and get something cold to drink there instead.

I found this place great. Especially that it is near a dollar store. Across the street. A grocery store same parking lot. Went in bought mini bottles of liquor. So it was safe to drive during the day. And not have to much. Me and the clerk had a nice conversation. Enjoyed every minute. Almost did not want to leave.

The woman working there was so rude I open the cooler and was wondering why the alcohol was not cold? Then I close the cooler door and touch the glass and realize the cooler wasn't working. And the staff member there came up to me and said don't touch my coolers I just washed the glass on those when I suggested that she put a note that the coolers are broken so that people don't touch them to try to figure out why the alcohol is not cold she said I was complaining and that she heard enough of it. This woman has the worst customer service in the history of man not only that she was severely overweight with a bad attitude to boot she told me that she apologizes but her weight loss pill puts her in a bad mood. Bad customer service in warm beer puts everybody in a bad mood why don't you get your act together and figure out what you got to do to actually own a store and stop acting like a bunch of losers blaming the customer for your poor management skills. It's not the customer's fault that she has a problem with her weight and attitude.

They have all of the worst beer, a few of the passable brands and the rest is craft. Everything is quite pricey. Some of the highest prices I've seen.

Its open late and its better than nothing. The "tip" option on the Interac is pretty annoying because its already overpriced and all they are doing is collecting your money.

This is a place to avoid if at all possible because the prices are very high. I paid $15.50 for a cold six pack of Bud today. I generally pay between 12.10 and 13.50 and have bought the same product in many locations. This was the most expensive domestic beer(excluding craft) that I have ever bought. But if they can get away with it - why not? I have a feeling that they don't get a lot of local traffic and feed off of people like me that pull in off of the highway. Thing is though, it screws the whole community because people often pull in to Hope for multiple items such as gas, food or like me beer. Why would they if thought the prices in Hope were crazy?
