I love Noble Grapes! Wonderful place to make wine on site and then bottle. All the mess is left in the store and it's cheaper per bottle than the Booze Store. I went to have 2 Co2 cannisters (for my Soda Stream)refilled. You can get 2 refilled for approx $1 over the price it costs to exchange 1 at Walmart or Canadian Tire. The staff at this store was very friendly.

Made 60 bottles of beer today. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable specially Kieran and the other tall guy. Best place to make your own wine or beer and cheap compared to NSLC. Would go cider after this one.

I changed my 1 star to a 5 star after receiving a response from the owner of Noble Grape. I had tried a couple reds that I felt weren't indicative of the varietal, but she suggested I try a particular Cab with added oak and it was much better, even without letting it sit for the recommended time. Top notch wine supply store they sell many different types of wine in boxes but it's not actually wine yet you have to let the juice they give you go moldy or whatever and then it turns into wine. I personally have made wine at home and got a kit for Christmas from them from my partner who is super amazing and wonderful and likes to give gifts a lot. Overall I'd say she is a top notch person with which I'd like to spend my life with because she gets me gifts such as the wine making kit from noble grape. The first wine we made was cavernet sauvignon and my friend described it as being Italian style which I take as high praise because Italy makes a lot of good wine because of all of the grapes they grow regardless of which political party is in power which is very important if a political party decides that wine making is not a priority for their campaign and/or platform. So I would recommend noble grape because the juice that they sell turns into good wine if you let it go moldy in your closet or wherever really.
