This is definitely one of the nicer locations of the wine rack located fairly conveniently in the byword market. It’s got more than your typical selection from the Wine Rack which is a welcome breath of fresh air. They even have a little selection of iced wine, which is actually OK and pretty decent for the price. This location also offers a wider price range for those who are looking to try something new.

This is a cute wine store with a great selection of local wine!! Being a tourist and a wine lover I was super excited to find thia gem right down in the Byward Market area. Thierry was my wine enthusiast and was very well educated and super super sweet and friendly!!! He was just a great person to chat with and help me decide on which local wine to try. He asked the right questions to help determined which wine I would like. He was able to help me and 2 other people at the same time without missing a beat!! If I lived in Canada Thierry would be my wine buddy for sure!! I love the samples they have everyday as well

I've never had such a disgusting customer service in my life, the blond short guy who works there argued that me and my friend didn't look as the same as the picture showed in our canadians ID's. This is the perfect way to loose clients and sales, for sure i don't recomend to come buy to this place to the turists and canadians. What a riduculous way to act comming from this salesman, the company should inquire about this ackward situation going on here.

Terrible service and very limited selections of wines. Two servers were rather chatting with each other than assisting customers. I had a couple inquiries about if that they were carrying products from certain brands there but the servers were reluctant to talk to me and other customers and they turned away chatting with each other. I looked around the shop and it was actually occupied by products from mostly two or three brands.

Helpful and courteous staff!! I went to this store today to pick up 3 bottles of a certain wine. As soon as I came in, I was greeted warmly by the security guard and then by the sales clerks. I picked my 3 bottles and one of the clerks offered to take them from me to the counter. After my purchase, I decided to get another bottle since it was on sale and the 2nd clerk offered to get it for me. I was a pleasant shopping experience!! (Unlike the experience I had at the wine rack store located at Place d’Orleans shopping mall).

Place is not hygienic. It's dirty and unorganized. There are always homeless people hanging around and asking for change. selection is limited. From now on I'll take the few extra steps and walk to the LCBO. Also, I saw a worker keep trying to hit on a woman that wasn't interested. Disgusting if you ask me.

Maybe it was just this one particular worker, but on my visit to this store, I had a very unpleasant and awkward period trying to prove to the salesman that my Canadian ids, (I showed him three!!) did not look like me. Not only did I incur a horrible customer experience, it was offensive to be looked at as someone porting invalid ids. Admittedly, the store has a very nice selection of wines to choose from. But that particular worker has turned my interest for a repeat visit all together.
