We stopped by on our way to Dawson Creek, after shopping at London Drug. We really wish we could be at the Brewhouse during a hockey game - with the siren and the lights - awesome! Terrible experience here last night. Servers were confusing our drinks, food was VERY BAD. I had a steak sandwich for $21 that was the worst steak I've had in a looong time. Also ordered $15 chicken wings that were the smallest wings I've ever seen - must have come from some kind of malnourished chicken cause holy hell how can you charge that much for that? Waitresses were hard to track down - we have 4 different ones come to our table and when trying to order were simply told "Sorry I'm not your server" Okay so go get her maybe? Just overall the worst restaurant experience I've had in long while. I'm typically pretty forgiving but the absolute garbage overpriced food really annoyed me. Get more/better cooks!

It gets 2 stars because the food, when you get it, is actually good. Went there 530 pm April 1. Was seated and drink order taken. Took 15 min to get a beer and soda. Then the fun part is they dropped off the drinks and didn't take a food order. 15 minutes later we asked for the bill and left. Really disappointing.

A couple of years ago, the Canadian Brewhouse had really gone down hill. It had become one of the last places in GP that I'd want to go for lunch. Since they've had a change in management it quickly climbed back to the top. It's obvious their staff care about their jobs and management handles any conflicts very professionally. They're very involved in the community and I would recommend them to anyone! Food is great too! We love their brunch

Super impressed. This is the first place I've been to in Grande Prairie where the staff are all actually wearing masks! They enforced seperate entrance and exits and were very pleasant doing so. One of the bartenders did slide her mask off her mouth while talking to is, before she realized what she was doing and slid it back on. The food (for takeout) was excellent.

Super busy through dinner but still seated quickly, music was in the background and noise was made of happy people enjoying the night, food was great and love the range of menu choices. Plus it's sassy and Canadian focused :) Bar was busy and waitress apologised for the wait, food was fast, everything was reasonable. All in all, a great place to eat and gather with friends. You'll know everyone agrees when you see they are steadily busy lunch through dinner.

I ordered take out. A simple beef dip with kaktus cuts. Waited 25 mins. The sandwich was not bad, nothing special. They forgot the au jus which is essential. Had to go back in to ask for it and I could swear that I just got a dish of Luke warn gravy instead that had an odd strong flavor to it, similar to over doing it on the chicken stock flavoring. Prob won't bother eating there again. Mediocre

We came with a dietary restriction, which every other Brewhouse has done a fantastic job at ensuring no contamination. This one, the person came away feeling sick due to the cross contamination at this location. As a whole even my food was poorly prepared and felt overly greasy. Again never had this issue at other Brewhouse's and normally enjoy the food. Incredibly disappointing.

In the past we have always loved Brewhouse, so perhaps this was a one off; however, the quality of the ingredients seemed poor (Browned cabbage, gravy that tastes like flour and water, tomatoes with black spots, etc) and neither of us received quite what we ordered. The service was slow, but the food runner was brilliant and friendly, lovely young man.

Bit of a mixed bag tonight. Two people had perogies one was fine the other late and overdone. They replaced at no charge. Appies were good. Rest of the food was okay, not sure if Covid related or not but just not up to par.

The Canadian Brewhouse is a great place to go if your into hockey or sports in general. The atmosphere is always lively durring game night and the staff makes you feel like family there.???? The food also is nothing to scoff at. There burgers are always juicy and the the flavors of there sause really brings out the taste of there burgers.???? Only negative would be the fries and the goal alarm. The fries are a little on the tasteless side and the goal alarm is really loud.???? However, use the gravy on the fries and they become better. As for the alarm, be ready for it when a team goals and it will hype you up. Even if your not onto hockey.???? Over all, if your interested in trying a new place, I recommend the Canadian Brewhouse for every visit is one to remember.???? Yah gotta post about the drinks however because I don't drink. Also how is it like with a group of friends? I tend to chill by myself there????

This place is one of the more popular places in town, but with that comes a lotta noise. People that eat here are generally very loud, and the blaring music on top of that doesn't help either. That being said, it IS geared towards a younger/rowdier audience, so if you're LOOKING for an intimate dinner, look elsewhere. The food here is actually quite good, putting a spin in some western classics, and even the menu has a sense of humor to it.

Went to Brewhouse for my 18th, being the first place I had gone to the bartender was more than hospitable and charismatic! Along with the free drink and a couple others I can say I was sufficiently satisfied by the liquor and appreciative of the knowledge the employees had to offer! My experience was so good that I returned for Wing Wednesday and yet again I was more than impressed with the variety of sauces and care from the server. Pricing was fair and reasonable for the amount of food ordered, so I will be returning soon!

So loud don't expect to visit. This was our first visit to a Canadian Brewhouse and we won't be back to this one. We eat out to visit and catch up and yelling across the table at each other doesn't work. What was even worse was we had to listen to others yell at each other while they visited. I expect this atmosphere at a bar, not a restaurant.

Wasn't very busy yet every empty table was dirty. Even after we were told to find a table we had to ask for it to be cleaned. They came with a sopping wet clothe and left the table soaked. I put my arm on it and broke out due to whatever they used to clean with. Utensils were dirty. We had to ask for clean ones. So disappointed.

Was my favourite place for natcho's. Until I ordered extra cheese and when they came out there was barely any cheese on them. When I asked the server why....she said they ran out....and guess what I was charged for.....extra cheese. Do you really think I wanted natchos brought out with barely any cheese....then be charged extra?! I paid....but will not be back.

I've been many times for lunch. Usually disappointing. I try them every year and it is always the same. Recently I went and they implemented a button at each table to get the attention of the servers. This has increased the service level. I will review again in the future. I'm hoping one good experience wasn't just a fluke.

Just had dinner here. Food and beer was good. Waitress was cold. Especially when the group table beside me became larger and they soon needed to use my table. Service became worse. They wanted me out of there to fill the extra seats. I got the message and have left. No European charm here. Go for the food and beer, but not the cold hearted service.

We were concerned if we were going to be served after sitting there for a while but finally got service, I actually wanted to leave. My wife is more patient. After ordering When my pizza got to me, it looked great and tasted awesome well to a point anyway half of it was raw. They didn't cook the whole pizza and I'm thinking they were in a hurry and didn't check the top was done. Nothing like biting into a raw Pizza dough. The waitress took some money off our bill but the taste of raw dough is still with me. Yuck.

A bit disapointed. ( they refunded me a third of the price of my meal after calling to complain so that's cool! ) I made an online order through skip the dishes on a regular nonbusy Day and time... when my food arrived they informed me the restaurant had not processed the order until they had arrived to pick it up. When I brought it in two items of my order were missing and I paid for a full size order of an appetizer and received a side size order of said dish. My main dish was missing the sides. I paid 35$ for this meal ( not including delivery costs) and when I calculated it I received 15$ In food. . The food tasted good but I wasn't satisfied given half of the food I paid for was not there.

Been in Grande Prairie for two and a half weeks now. Possibly been to the Brewhouse about 5 or 6 times. I'm a big spender and dropped a lot at this particular location. Without hesitation as this place has a great atmosphere and great food. But to me...it's the customer service. You can't beat the service here. All the servers are great, hard workers. It's because of that I tip well here.

Was at your establishment in Grande Prairie on Aug 5 2018. We came out for our anniversary wanted to celebrate. Not too impressed we ordered 1 pound of wings and we got 10 WINGS for 14.99 Really when in a another menu on the table their was a price for 20 WINGS for 5.99. Not impressed. We also ordered Nachos since when do we pay for extra sour cream and salsa. Will NEVER EVER go their again. No wonder your not as busy as you used to be. The service wasn't the best either. My husband waited 45 min for a drink. Not impressed. We're not rich but we're not stupid either. Would have been better to go to the Keg for what we paid and had a better meal and better service.

The service in this place is okay at best. Perhaps they should consider training their servers a little better. Regardless, the past few times I've gone here for food I've come out extremely dissatisfied and often times have left extremely sick. I went here for a taco Tuesday, and only had one drink, as the server barely came around. When I got home I had to rush to the bathroom. This appears to be a reoccurring problem when I visit the brewhouse in grande prairie. I've no issue with the franchise itself, but suggest resolving somethings wrong with this store.

Visiting GP for the weekend for work and decided to stop into brewhouse for lunch. My friend, how is highly allergic to gluten completely spaced and forgot to order her pizza gluten free. We had decided not to say anything as it was our error however the waitress enquired and offered right away to remake the pizza so she could enjoy it. I went there with my girlfriend, she had a pizza and I had the classic burger. The food was really good. I did drink a few beer, all different, taste was great. Love the ambiance and the little nice touch of decor everywhere you look. The service was poor because half the time we were there some waitresses were talking to some folks at the table next to us. Made us wait more for no reason. Waiting to get a new beer, we were done eating 10 mins ago and then my girlfriend put her winter coat on and she is standing up waiting to get the bill. After 15 mins standing up I walked to the girl who was still talking to some folks at the next table and then she printed out our bill. All this time she was standing a few feet away from us and didn't bother to pay attention.

I work in gp but the family lives elsewhere. Went to one of their competitors tonight and asked if I could have a quiter table for 1 to video chat my family. They told me they couldn't help me. So I figured let's go to the Canadian brewhouse. I Said the same thing and didn't even bat an eye. They sat me in a quite corner, and checked in on me regularly as to not feel forgotten (cause I still had a burger and beer). The reason I will now come back here regularly is because of my waitress. She was absolutely amazing at her job. I don't recall her name but she was still new to the job. Tipped $50 cash. You do a good job, you should get good pay. Job well done. I'm impressed, and I don't impress easily. Thank you.

We were at the Lobster supper last night. Through no fault of any of the Brewhouses, the lobster supplier let the chain down Big time, with spoiled lobsters. The staff, while upset and under pressure, knowing that things were headed on the down slope and not a thing they could do about it, were professional. Our server was a sweetheart. Very upset, but keeping in touch with all her area. The Manager, was great too. What a trying time it was for all of them! This unfortunate event, will not stop us from coming back..

My favourite memory at the Brewhouse was when Grande Prairie (and all of Canada) got together at 4 in the morning to watch the men's Canadian Hockey Team win the Gold Medal at the 2014 Sochi Olympics.

Visited here last summer. The food was mediocre. We got the pierogies and that tasted like they had been sitting for a long time, some were hard as rocks. I became sick in the evening and feel it may have been from the prime rib. Of all the Brewhouses, this one is one to avoid.

I went in for a late lunch and got seated right away. The service was good throughout and we got our food quickly. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries and they were fine. The food came out cold we had no utensils napkins, our orders were wrong and the place was not that busy. And the service was not good at all. Not very happy with the staff and food. My favourite spot to go for nachos. I can't eat a whole order of nachos so the nachos for uno are a go to for me. Natasha was friendly as always and got right down to business with her drink recommendations. She knows how I can't resist a good unsung so before I know it I've got a McSorley sitting in front of me. She was clearly busy but not once did I have an empty glass. I highly recommend the Brewhouse and can't say enough good things about Natasha.

My experience was great. Jamie is the best manager in grande prairie. I had a poutine, a side poutine !and it tastes great the gravy was the best in town. Your house is definitely our house ! And they do in fact have bigger televisions then best buy :)

After a long, hard day a friend and I decided we would like a bite to eat at 11pm. Instead of McDonald's which would surely cause a chemical imbalance in our guts. We noticed that The Canadian Brewhouse was open in our local town. With that, we hit the streets. (in reality we drove there). We pulled up, our bellies rumbling. Entering the restaurant it wasn't busy, and we took a table towards the back. For one second I thought that maybe we'd have to let the staff know we were there because it was so dead and maybe no one saw us. The thought merely crossed my mind, when a lovely woman came to great us and get us some drinks. She was polite, high energy and very attentive. She recommend a dill pickle caesar which I was skeptical about. But I trusted her with my life. She brought the drinks and took our orders, and did not judge the amount of food my friend and I piled into our bodies. She didn't come back to check on us too much, as you know when your shoveling food into your mouth it can be unnerving when a server comes to ask you if you need anything every 5 minutes. Sarah S. This Brewhouse Saddened me very recently. We come here at least once per week, usually 2 or 3 times. This time I was told I couldn’t have my food the way I wanted it, even though it’s happened about 20 times before. Our server tried a couple times but was denied apparently by the kitchen and the manager. It seemed at that point she was more upset with me, said she would send the manager by, who never showed up. I like Brewhouse but will give more thought the next time we go, just didn’t feel welcoming as Brewhouse usually does. ‘Our house is your house’ and all. :(

In february i went to grande prairie to visit my boyfriend, just about every night we went here whether it was for food or just drinks. love the atmosphere and the girls working were very nice and made you feel comfortable. food, service, drinks and atmosphere was perfect, i actually left there each night wishing i worked there myself haha. easily the best restaurant in grande prairie. will be my go to when i move there this summer and i cant wait :)

I was here last night and the bar staff kept me happy all night. The bartenders kept the ice cold Banquet coming and you can't beat the price...even the manager came over and we chatted about the Olympics! Fun times, I would recommend to anybody.

Table was dirty, glasses were a very cheap quality and not washed very well. I ordered a steak sandwich and it was honestly the worst meal I've ever had. Not only was it tasteless, but it was like chewing on a piece of rubber. Service was good though. If you just want a place a place to hang out and drink, this would be an alright place.

I am very impressed with the waitress that served us she was so polite and offered to buy my best friends birthday drink which was amazing. She told us how this location is up grading their patio and I look forward to this in the summer. I also appreciate that due to the covid shut down any birthdays that would recieve free nachos during that time they would honor it as long as you had the app. I am very impressed with how much the brew house customer service has changed and that they value people that come to enjoy a dinner and drinks. Keep it up brewhouse.
