We ordered takeout (pickup) from here and didn’t realize we ordered from a new place, but it worked out as our regular place is under renos. Ordered the chicken and shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl and the special vermicelli noodle bowl. We were so disappointed when we sat to eat. It’s all noodles. There’s BARELY any lettuce (which was soggy) or carrots. Maybe like 5 bean sprouts. My shrimp was so over cooked it was chewy. My chicken was a flat piece of meat that resembled chicken. Frankly, McDonald’s has better chicken then this place. It was bland, but spicy. There was no crunch or freshness at all and I couldn’t finish my meal. Both bowls were the same. Will never recommend or order from here again.

I decided to try this place as an adventure with friends and I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is great, as Asian murals, water features, and plants make the restaurant perfect. The service was great, our waiter was a gentleman and cracked quite a few jokes while giving us newbies advice on the various dishes they had. He made the experience much better. The food was delectable. I had a Vermicelli special bowl and it was quite good. The flavors were very aromatic and full, and the cook on the meats (chicken, beef, shrimp) was perfect. I couldn't as for more. If you live in Grande Prairie you need to eat here, at least try it once! I'm sure I'll be back!

This place is not authentic Vietnamese. It is run by Chinese who skimp out on everything. He gave me 3 basil leaves for my Spicy beef satay soup. I don't like that the soup has coconut milk in it and it's not peanuty at all. I won't be returning to this place .

Very poor service. My boyfriend got his meal in a timely manner... But they never brought mine. Never saw the waitress again until I finally got tired of waiting and went to the front. I placed an order for pickup and was told to it was a 30 minute wait. When i arrive i was ignored at the front for 10 minutes while servers were frantically running around like chickens with their head cut off. Eventually one of the servers reluctantly asks what i want. Come to realize that they had not even put in my order and i had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. Do not eat here you will leave just as disappointed as i was.

The Building located on 105th street which is brand new is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Upon entering we are greeted right away with a big smile menus and water. It took quite some time to figure out what we wanted to eat as they have 116 items (if you include the side orders) on the menu. But everything from Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese. We did order a starter Crispy Shrimp Wontons (8 pcs for 9.98$). It came out promptly and from what I could tell are homemade and very delicious. For our main we got two dishes Pho Sate (spicy chicken peanut broth) with vegetables and a Vermicelli Bowl with chicken, beef, prawn, and spring rolls. I was shocked by the portion sizes we could have shared a single dish between the two of us. The dishes smelt amazing, looked fantastic and I was blown away by the flavor, quality and freshness. Staff was lovely atmosphere was cute food amazing I enjoyed everything about my experience.

Got the house special pho and pork spring rolls. Healthy portion of noodles, but meat was already pretty cooked in pho, very little tendon or tripe sadly. Pork spring rolls were very dissipointing, tasted weird and was super tiny. Overall not bad, but quite expensive for pho. $13 for noodles and $7 for (super small) spring rolls is much more than any other place I've been.

Took my family there a month ago. Did ribs nicely and the pho was incredible. Pairings of flavours I wouldn’t have thought possible. I recommend the spicy peanut chicken pho. Huge servings. They look like a good restaurant but the food tastes horrible. Small white hairs in the meat, soggy vermicelli noodles, and their online menu isnt the one in store. I ended up throwing away everything and ordering from another restaurant. Wouldn't recommend feeding this to your dog let alone loved ones.

Got delivery as I was visiting the area. Delivery was over a hour and when the food got to me it was the worst Vietnamese I have ever had. Salad rolls were dry and falling apart. Rice vermicelli was garbage as well. Threw 90% of the meal in the trash were it belongs. Lucky to even get 1 star. Save your money!

STAY AWAY!! Tried this place when our regular joint was closed for renovations. First order was delivered cold and unable to eat. A nice lady said call back and they would send us a new order when we returned. Called this evening, not only were we treated horribly they sent the most sub par and incorrect items.

Nice interior, menu options are varied and sound good. Food was very lack luster over our 3 visits, sadly the worst Vietnamese to date. Bland basic rice and soup, chicken lemongrass was just spongy noodles and sauce coated oven chicken, ginger beef was overcooked and tasteless. Super disappointed, we love the style of food and it's minutes from our house. Would have loved a weekly dine in, but it was 3 hard strike outs. Pho One was a bit better by far.

It was a quiet afternoon at the restaurant, food was delicious and an impeccable service. Suddenly, allow me to share what I have witnessed at the restaurant( please note this is a personal opinion) there was a table whom had a great time ( seing all the food they have ordered and the toddler dancing to Christmas song while eating)... unexpectedly I overheard the customer requesting a discount or put the bill on the house for the poor food taste ( stating word by word " the pho didn't taste as authentic" as the place he/ she is currently employed at but still placed more food to go and packed all the leftover...) then blamed on the waitress for the poor service ( which I strongly disagree as she fulfilled every little request that the customer demand for). T As a normal person, out of respect I just feel that if food didn't taste good then you should tell the waitress right away and not tell them after eating everything and placing further food to go. Leaving a big mess behind, constantly dropping plates and singing out loud while other customer are eating... After this whole incident, I have to give credit to the restaurant for staying grounded and dealt the situation respectfully. 5 stars!!

Favourite restaurant in Grande Prairie right now; Vietnamese on point (eat it in every city I go to, so pretty good basis for comparison). Love the selection and freshness of the vegetable dishes.The pho is amazing here. Ask for extra veggies in the vermicelli, though. Fish sauce at the table would also be great.

Restaurant has a spacious layout for any group of customer enjoy the meals. The menu has variety choices with good quality. Price is reasonable. NOT WORTH !! They need a trip to Vietnam to refresh their cooking skills and to be reminded that the Vermicelli dishes should have fresh basil, bean sprouts, peanuts and shredded carrots. The chicken (so called ‘lemon grass’) was re-heated in the microwave oven. Ignore the ‘good’ reviews and don’t take a chance with your hard-earned money and your precious palette.

They make a great bowl of pho, with plenty of tender meat. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating to various diet restrictions we had. Would have given 5 stars except that the pho came with kinda stale bean sprouts and no mint leaves. Also they add some sauce to the broth that makes it darker than usual (maybe hoisin sauce?) So if you like a clean bone broth in your pho, you might be a bit disappointed. Might be able to ask them not to add it, not sure if they add it to each bowl or their main pot of broth.
