FINALLY had a chance to come here for lunch, and witness the restaurant of the legendary Carl K. The location in itself is a testament of time, the former home of Ramonas pizza (The pizza that put G.P on the map), located in the cities downtown core, in proximity to fast growing businesses. The interior is clean, and modern with adequate seating and a very no-frills attitude. The menu is exactly what I was hoping for; a delectable list of hand crafted sandwiches, and side dishes to twist the mind and tastebuds. Aside from the frequent specials and changing soups, I chose the sandwich that had caught my eye since day one, a classic Cuban sandwich known as "Uncle Joey", The fried bologna sando, and loaded fries. The quality, and flavour of the sandwiches were unparalleled to anything I've had in months. Hot, fresh and crispy with noticeably quality toppings and preperation. The best cuban sandwich I have had outside of Miami Fl. The loaded fries were a punch in the mouth, from a fist travelling out of flavourtown. Excellently executed french fries, covered with bacon, cheddar, green onion and housemade ranch. As Fourteen food CO transitions out if its soft opening, it will also be transformed into one of GPs staple eateries.

Had Fourteen 14 Food today for the first time. Simply delicious! Bought my husband the Hot Popper, and he had to pick the jalapeños out! Obviously everything is homemade and the atmosphere was great. The local art for sale is a nice touch. We love supporting local and we love yummah food, so we will be back!

Fantastic experience here. I was impressed with the "hipster" vibe inside, absolutely loved it! I had the large poutine, and it was huge! Could barely finish it. The largest helping of fries I've ever had at a restaurant! Great value and taste. Will be back again in the future!

Had the Piggy Mac, pulled pork sandwich. It was ok but nothing great or outstanding -generic BBQ sauce, tasted like cattle boyz- Defs could have improved with cheese added as the mac was dry. I'd back again to try the Cuban or Bologna I'm sure.

Delicious food that'll have you coming back over and over again to try everything... And don't get me started on their fries!! Easy 5 stars.

Passionate owner with delicious sandwiches on the menu. The Jalapeno Popper is spier than the Spicy Chicken (because there are these perfect sweet pickles on it). The loaded fries are crispy with a garic aioli and tons of bacon and cheese. Very fun chalk menu with the specials and dessert (will have to try the deep fried cheesecake bites next time!) Local art on the walls as well.

Went there for the first time this weekend. The atmosphere was good, the two ladies working were super friendly but the food was meh. I was super excited to try the jalapeño popper sandwich. It comes with jalapenos, ham, bacon, cheddar, and cream cheese. Is was the thinnest smallest slice of ham I have ever seen. They dont use cheddar at all they use a super rubber process cheese which I would have asked them not to put it on if there menu stated process and the smallest amount of cream cheese ever. The sandwich has a lot of potential. Even just by adding more cream cheese and taking the fake cheddar off all together. I couldn't even finish it because the process cheese was all I could taste it over powered even the jalapeños and it was sticking to my teeth. Over all the most expensive sandwich I have ever partially ate.

Ate here tonight for the first time thanks to my neighbour who got us a gift card or I don’t think I would have ever found this hidden gem! Wow! Food was fantastic. I got our food to go because you know whole global pandemic thing and restrictions and they even put my gravy for my poutine in a separate container so my fries didn’t get soggy. You know it’s the little things ;) A+ guys. Great place. Amazing food.

I was so thrilled to hear of a new lunch place in town! I was not disappointed. I had the French Onion Beef Dip Sandwich. OMG! It was the best sandwich I had in a long time. So worth it. Both times I came here the service was AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond. The food was also pretty awesome, the fries were delightful and crispy, and the soup I ordered was alright. the only thing I can say bad is that there are no change tables in the bathroom for my kid and I think it’s super important to have those. It would be cool to think about some other coffee options too, maybe an espresso option and/or iced coffee since downtown lost the gp. Coffee co. There’s not many options for downtown coffee

Nice atmosphere but... I came for a quaint original lunch with a friend Garlic in everything! The food is “pub style” The sandwiches don’t have slot of filling other that sauces. *If they bumped up the quality of dishes to be original with out added Garlic or herbs this place would be a 5 out of 5 Taste is everything Note: others may find pub style food to they’re liking IMH that’s just not original enough to come back.

Came upon this delightful Sandwich bistro today. The atmosphere was pleasant and when I asked for a recommendation on the menu, I was given a few choices. Settling on the Uncle Joey and a loaded fries I sat down and was over the moon pleased with not only the taste but presentation. Definatly recommend stopping in when you have the time. I gave 4 stars, not because the food and location was worth less than five, but because once my food was at my table that was it. I ate in silence and was not talked too by the staff, when I left it went unnoticed. For me, the appeal too an establishment includes the customer relations and I felt as though it was not there. Keep up the good work guys, I can't wait to come back.

A group of us ordered lunch today to our workplace, and Carl, I believe who is the owner, took my order on the phone he was so polite and accommodating. He wrote the names on all the take out boxes so it was easy to hand out at the office. The food was delicious and fresh. I am excited to eat there again, and try more items on the menu. Their home made ranch for the loaded fries is amazing! Carl even texted after the delivery to check on the order. Now that is customer service. I was blown away by their customer service I find a lot of places lack that here. Great Job Fourteen 14 Food Company.

I'm not overly impressed with the service I received today. There was an issue with a delivery getting sent to the wrong address. When I spoke to the restaurant they were pretty rude about it. They said some one had accepted the food and that they have never had an issue with their delivery drivers before as if I was lying to them. I insisted that I did not get my food because I really hadn't so they agreed to resend it. The food itself was very underwhelming there's very little flavor and not a whole lot of originality. I wouldn't eat here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I have been very lucky to live across the road from them, they provide a very personal experience. With a home made mouth watering menu you are sure to be pleased and will be surprised by the meal sizes. They are located in the core of GP. I would recommend the garbage platter, enough food for a family of 5 LOL. Happy eating.
