We have been here 3 times. The pizza is basic, but the service is not good. We came in for pizza the other day, and the girl didnt even put half the toppings on the pizza. Afterwards, when i asked, they offered me cold toppings to dump on top..........horrible. Famoso pizza is 10x better.

just want to say the food was AWESOME! just the pizza and than the crust was awesome oh my god just typing this i want some more pizza but i am not there so i can't but if i get the chance this is easy to say this gets a 5 star man the pizza was awesome and looking how they make the pizza to and the drinks the strawberry soothe was AWESOME!. i miss the pizza that you guys and girls make anyway hope you guys and girls keep making more awesome pizza :D

Quick, delicious pizza! This is the subway of pizza, very quick, you can pick multiple different options for toppings, and it's tasty! The gluten-free crust is only a buck more, which is impressive. The taste was very good, which is always difficult for gluten-free breads. Was well worth the stop! The atmosphere is a typical lunch spot. The space was both clean and neat. Seating was comfortable, and had a few options for a larger group. Will be going again in the future

Kind of like Chipotle for pizza, The variety was excellent (almost too many options)! The southwest salad with California pizza combo for $11.95 was delicious! Environment was great (space, tv's...) Had a nice quick dinner with our Cross country team! Portions were a bit small, even for the tiniest in our party. Combo would have been helped by including a fountain drink (or cheaper).

Happy they had vegan protein and cheese options (very impressive), but the pizza was overall bland. The place is run by cheapskates who talk about customers behind their backs in a foreign language. Overall the owners just don't believe in the business model of the franchise they bought into, and it shows. They try to nickel and dime you by skimping on ingredients and complain when you ask for more. Not friendly at all.

I stopped here with my daughter on our 1st ever trip to GP, they had everything blocked off & a touch free qr code station set up as you came in if you were going to be dining in person which we were. We both chose pizzas which were perfectly crispy on the outside & with a nice sauce/topping/ cheese ratio. Next time we want to try one of their incredible looking milkshakes, we were just too full this time. They were friendly, efficient & everything was clean, all in all a great 1st impression of Grande Prairie!

As someone with new food sensitivities who is tired of eating salads when I go out to eat, I learned about Firestone's alternative food options and decided to give it a shot. I hadn't had pizza in a very long time and was pleased to have a gluten, dairy, egg-free pizza that actually tasted good! I also noticed that the server re-washed her hands when I requested the GF crust, which I appreciate. I was a bit worried about the large portion size (the GF crust is one-size only), but because it's thinner, I was able to eat all of it without a problem. I'd say the only downside about the thinner crust is that since it's thinner than the standard crust, my pizza came out of the oven with blackened edges all the way around. Additionally, I have some other miscellaneous sensitivities as well, and the servers couldn't verify what ingredients were in any of the sauces, nor what is used to make their vegan parmesan (i.e soy base?). I felt all right afterwards, so clearly it worked out, but if a restaurant is going to accommodate allergies, it should be able to provide an ingredient list upon request (I have been able to get this from other build-it-yourself chains). Nevertheless, I would certainly return here.

Disgusted as it is! Staff are very rude, unprofessional and picks customer whom they would like to be welcoming with. I would definitely not be coming back to this place. This is the fifth and last time we will be eating their pizza! I love their thin crust but I was really disappointed on the service and quality of the product we got. Staff are cheapstakes, talks behind your back after you left the counter and they didn't even realize that the person they are talking about understands the language they speak. Pathetic people????

We drove by and the name got our attention. Came back for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with how awesome the food and salads were! The pizza dough is delicious ???? and perfectly crusty!!! I also had a caprece salad, which was so big that I could not finish it. Lots of delicious fresh cherry tomates and fresh soft mozzarella!! Definitely a great place to eat with a menu where anyone can find a good meal!

Completely disappointing. While the staff were quite nice, the building very clean, and the order completed accurately and quickly.....a bad pizza is still a bad pizza. This was my first time going to this location, and I cannot say that I will go again. The pizza was not cooked correctly, while having a texture, structure and flavor consistent with nearly raw/barely cooked dough. I have been to plenty of Neapolitan pizzerias, and never experienced such a lackluster product. Personally, I will not be returning or ordering from this location again unless I can be reassured by the management that their food preparation and cooking methods have improved.

Walked in and the placed looked messy. Tables weren’t wiped, windows were covered in blackout plastic and signs, not a welcoming space. The staff was not friendly and disregarded my questions about the menu. The pizza had a cardboard taste and texture. They were out of tomato bisque and their Italian wedding soup was cold and tasted exactly like the canned cambel’s soup. Disappointed by my experience and will not be coming back.

So once my 12 topping pizza was complete she asked me if I wanted extra cheese for a dollar; I said, "Yes!" Have been to a few of these fast cook pizza places; this one was just as good, if not better then the rest! Absolutely loved it! Lots of opportunity to fundraisers by bringing your group there as well. I will build my own pizza there again!!!

A little disappointing, actually----my better half and myself decided to try to find as close to an Italian Wood Fired pizza, and, well, Firecrust seems to be the only restaurant in town that has a wood fired pizza oven. Perhaps I am being unfairly critical, but I have come to appreciate a really well made, wood fired oven pizza. This is more like a fusion between a sub sandwich restaurant and a pizza place with the wood fired oven thrown in as a different twist from the usual conveyor-fed ovens of most pizza restaurants. This is not the place to go if you're looking for a sitdown Italian style restaurant with nice china, glassware and tablecloths----it's quite bare bones in that regard. The available pizza topping selection is actually quite good, as is the pizza dough. We ordered the Salame Picante and the Siciliana pizzas from the "We Build Menu;" the Salame Picante was a little spicy, but not a really great taste experience, but the crust was really well baked. The Siciliana tasted great, but really needed a couple more minutes in the oven. Not a great drink menu from a wine/beer selection----but you would be hard pressed to find alcohol in a sub sandwich shop. At least they offered a local beer along with Peroni Italian beer. A few regional Italian wines are offered. Odd for a restaurant that serves predominantly Italian food, but doesn't offer capacino or espresso coffee (yet, many gas stations have a self-serve machine). Plenty of spiced olive oil available, but it's obvious that little time is allowed for the peppers to infuse their flavour into the oil. There were 2 parmesan cheese shakers for the entire restaurant. Perhaps it's only my expectation, but spicy olive oil, parmesan cheese, and peppers are condiments that ought to be available at every table or at the very least, sufficient quantities available centrally for all tables. On the plus side, if you want a fast wood fired pizza, it can be had at Firecrust. I would be more inclined to hang out by the oven to ensure the crust was baked just right, and would likely take out my order.

I was in GP for a business trip and my college suggested this place. The pizza was delicious and the crust was totally different story. I forgot to take the receipt and had to call a week after to check if it's even possible to find the receipt and send it to me. The manager went above and beyond and actually found the itemized receipt and texted it to me!

The gluten-free crust is not good and it was raw. The regular pizza is mediocre at best. The toppings are an okay quality but when the crust is bad and/or raw there isn’t any toppings that can save it. Staff was helpful and nice and did a good job of not cross contaminating gluten as well as they could. But overall pretty disappointed with the food, won’t be back.

Great food. The tomato bisque is excellent and I am talking on a national level. I order tomato bisque when it's on the menu no matter what. There pizza is great neopolitan style. There crust is flavourful and ingredients are top notch. The drink selection stands out as well as the service here. The price is very cheap for being neopolitan pizza this good.

I found out from the nice lady building my pizza that when building your own pizza you can have as many toppings as you want. I guess "any one topping," means that you can have all the toppings you want..

Could have been an off day when I ordered, but the pizza was bland and dry and lacked a lot of toppings for the amount of crust that was present. There was only one or two slices of prosciutto (prosciutto arugula) and I ended up cutting off the crust by the end which left only one or two bites per slice that had any form of topping on it. Also tried the Italian wedding soup which was standard. Probably won't return based on my first experience.

It daunts me so much to leave low reviews, but I just haven’t been able to enjoy this place. I’ve ate from Firecrust twice, the first time I was excited and thrilled to see the build your own pizza option, but when we ordered two build our own pizzas they were both extremely soggy (we dined in and noticed it immediately). I put that expierence behind me and decided to give Firecrust another try tonight. The bbq chicken pizza was great and crisp, and so was the mozza bread. We also ordered two build your own pastas, one build your own salad, and one build your own pizza. The pastas were just okay.. the meatballs were a slick texture and not authentic like as I was hoping. The pasta noodles themselves stuck together, perhaps a bit more marinara would’ve fixed that. They were just mediocre pastas, with little flavour and did not satisfy my marinara pasta craving. Lastly, the build our own option was extremely soggy again. I really wanted to enjoy this place, I think the fresh options are great and the concept is great, but the flavours and dishes just aren’t executed well. Spending $85 for 5 items just be mediocre and not finish-able is a disappointment.

Firecrust is one of my go-to restaurants in the Grande Prairie area. I often describe it as the Subway of pizzas, but that is an unfair comparison. They do have much of the same layout: you order a pizza and then tell them what you want on it. But firecrust is much better in many ways. Firecrust's ingredients are all of good quality and the employees are very competent at what they do. The cook the pizzas in a wood oven, that gives the taste of the pizza pop. I'll definitely be coming back many more times.
