Went on a quiet Saturday, tried the bang bang shrimp, 2 meals and sampled 9 beers. The waitress was super helpful and served us excellently (even in English!) The salads and dressings were a bit weird, I enjoyed the boar burger with fries. The beers were delicious I just wish I could have bought some to take home.

(Original) Leur IPA ne goûte pas comme une IPA. La vie de chateau, la désérable, on dirait du cream soda. La noir soeur pas terrible, trop fort sur le cacao. Je discutais de ça avec un commerçant spécialisé en microbrasserie dernièrement (Trois-Rivières), ils ont retiré les bières du Grimoire de sur leurs tablettes. Pour le marketing, par contre c'est super bien pensé, d'ou la 2e étoile. J'ai l'impression qu'ils ne maîtrisent pas bien leurs équipements et leurs recettes. Je ne recommande pas.

Ce fut une mauvaise expérience et je déconseille à tout le monde qui veut aller prendre une bière pour le plaisir d'y aller. Il y a plutôt la microbrasserie Vrooden qui est tout près qui fait de la meilleure bière et qui a un staff plus accueillant.

Le staff es de service et super amical (mais pour connaissances du style de leur propre bièred et de justesse dans leurs descriptions un peu trop de surface qui se termine... qu'une bière n'a qu'une couleur.) Ma bavette était savoureuse et la cuisson très bien réussi. Et finale, la place et super cool le staff vraiment charmant et sympa mais les bières sont décevantes. Après autant de temps, il es temps de me dire que cela ne changerra pas et que leur bières es concraitement conçu pour "saouler" et non être déguster. Je dois vous dire à la prochaine car je suis loin de vous détester mes chers mais peut-être pas de bière prochaine fois ;-)

Ca goute comme si ils avaient mis du sirop de saveur artificielle dans une bud light. De plus, je fais partie d’un groupe d’amateur de bière sur Facebook (plus de 17k membres) et Le Grimoire aurait intenté des menaces de poursuites contre les administrateurs à cause qu’il y avait trop de mauvais commentaires envers leurs bières. Depuis, toutes les publications sont censurées et supprimées sur le champs dès que ça parle du Grimoire. Pratiques d’affaire douteuse et pour la qualité du produit on en reparlera...
