First time here during Covid. The set-up they have is very smart to accept a large turnover of clientele. You order inside, and then seat yourself outside and someone served you your meal. They did have indoor seating options at a 2m distance as well. They have a big kitchen staff so you don’t wait long for your meal, and leave when done so don’t need to wait for any bill. The menu changes frequent from what I heard, and the dishes are made with local ingredients. Every dish we had was fresh and tasty. I would say it’s not cheap for the quantity of food, but was worth the price due to the quality. It is also a very clean place.

An excellent place that has been in Bromont for a few years already. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and speaks both English and French. The menu is changing regularly, it is composed of vegetarian / fish / meat / poultry / wild game creations. As of the taste... Everything melts in your mouth, the taste spectrum is just exquisite and hard to compare with other places. We loved the experience a lot!!! There is also a very extensive wine and cocktail menu for ones looking to pair their food with drinks. The staff provides great advice. All in all a solid 5/5, we will be back for sure!!!

An amazing experience. Should you have to pick one restaurant in Bromont, or close to Bromont, this is the one. The food is spectacular from the appetizers to the desserts; not just just good for the palate but visually insane, pieces of art. Had the fish and fries which was delicious, loved the out of the ordinary vegetables served with it; beautiful mushrooms and celery root! The homemade mayo and tartar sauce really elevated the experience. They also offer homemade bread and butter on request. The menu is limited, they do not serve burgers but do have a steak and fries plate. Plates range from 18$ to 25$ . Pleasant, bilingual staff. Seating offered indoors or on terrace. ????

By far the best place we’ve been to in the eastern townships ; We’ve been travelling for 7 days and we’ve been going to restaurants that are in the 75-115$ price range for 2, and this one blew all of them out of the water. We took 3 starters, 2 main dishes, 2 drinks. Just one note to the chef, the snails (starter) needed more flavour. But other than that, 10/10 Would go again, no hesitation.

He was very good, but we were surprised to see that he charged us $ 6 for it. They have a wonderfully well-curated wine list with lots of very unique picks. The lunch menu was unfussy and had some very unexpected twists on classic dishes. Duck heart tartare? Yes, please! The service was absolutely impeccable. We’ve added this place to our must-visit list for when we’re in the area again.

Sophisticated and modern. After scouring reviews and menus for places to eat around the Eastern Townships, this new restaurant seems to be on a whole different level at its price point. The fresh tagliatelle ($18) with veal tongue was outstanding. The one off-note was that their bacon. It was a uniquely smokey, which in some dishes might be great, but I found when combined with the other flavors it was simply dominating, but it was easy enough to just eat that separately. The filet brochet ($21) was a perfectly seared filet of pike. The accompaniment bedding of salsa and vegetables was distinctive and enjoyable. The jalapeno slices were an especially interesting inclusion - this may be the first time I've encountered a spicy flavor in this type of a restaurant.
