Unfortunately I was not able to take the guided tour because they are under renovation / construction but it is only a postponement. I had a great welcome and at least I could see the distillery in operation. ???? (Original) Une de mes distillerie préférée! Quand je suis arrivé a Gatineau j'avais en tête d'aller les visiters et je n'ai pas été déçu, woow ???????? Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu faire la visite guidée car ils sont en rénovation/construction mais ce n'est que partie remise. (Translated) What a great place! ????Since some time I wanted to stop there but I had never had the chance, but this afternoon I did it and so happy to have done it. Upon entering, a welcoming counter with local produce stands in front of a high wall covered with beautiful brown planks of wood. On the left there is a magnificent modern steel staircase which overlooks 2 floors. On the first floor, on a superb steel mezzanine from where we can observe the distillery facilities from above and on the top floor we find a huge bar (which can be rented for events and an outdoor terrace with a view of the ski slope). takeoff from Gatineau airport. Upon entering, on the right, a door gives us access to all the beauty of stainless steel! Whether the tanks or the still nothing in this room leaves us indifferent! Then the interesting part begins; the tasting and finally the opportunity to buy your favorite product and get advice from a pro. The experience is really worth it and good tasting !! Be careful not to overdo it, you still have to go home afterwards! P.S. : I recommend maple syrup liqueur or their flagship product cucumber gin (Original) Quel superbe endroit! ????Depuis quelque temps je voulais m'y arrêter mais j'avait jamais eu la chance, mais cet après-midi je l'ai fait et tellement heureux de l'avoir fait. En y entrant un accueillant comptoir arborant les produits de la place se tient debout devant un haut mur recouvert en belle planche de bois brun. Sur la gauche on retrouve une magnifique escalier moderne an acier qui donne sur 2 étages. Au premier, sur une superbe mezzanine en acier d'où nous pouvons y observer de haut les installations de la distillerie et au dernier étage nous y retrouvons un immense bar (pouvant être loué pour des événements et une terrasse extérieure avec vue sur la piste de décollage de l'aéroport de Gatineau. En entrant, sur la droite une porte donne nous donne accès à toute la beauté du stainless steel! Que ce soit les réservoirs ou bien l'alambique rien dans cette pièce nous laisse indifférent! Ensuite la partie intéressante commence ; la dégustation et en finale la possibilité d'acheter votre produit préféré et d'obtenir les conseil dun pro. L'expérience en vaut vraiment la peine et bonne dégustation!! Attention de ne pas faire d'excès, ils faut quand même que vous retourniez chez vous ensuite! P.s. : je vous conseille la liqueur au sirop d'érable ou leurs produit phare le gin au concombre

Best tasting gin ever !!! Wax wing gin is so flavourful and delicious if you like gin but is also very potent and dangerous. Definitely recommend to all gin drinkers. Only available in the SAQ in Quebec. Wish the LCBO in Ontario carried this product!!

This distillery is impeccably clean and they use locally sourced non gmo corn and pure water. It is evident in the taste. 5 star gin.
