I finally decided to kraft and bottle my own wine. I am so glad I did. Nicole helped me decide on the wine that matched the likes and dislikes I had perfectly. I am not sure why I waited so long to do this. The time went by very quick and it was a lot of fun and great laughs while learning how to do it all. The only dilemma I have is what to order for Christmas time! Thank you all so much. See you soon. P.S love my custom labels. Golf, billiards and wine. Classy. ????❤️❤️

This is an amazing place to start your wine bottling journey. The staff are incredibly helpful, it's a great environment, good value, and awesome wine! I had never bottled my own wine before, and as soon as I walked in Nicole came to my rescue. She helped me every step of the way - she gave me advice on which wine I would enjoy after asking me some questions about what I normally buy, explained the brewing and bottling process from start to finish, and told me exactly what to expect for future visits. When I went in to bottle, the staff were right by my side to help me out if I needed anything. Five stars all the way!

My husband has shopped here in the past and has always recieved great service so when I needed corks for a craft (I'm an ECE and teach Kindergarten) this was the first place I thought of. When I told the sales associate what I was looking for she asked what I was doing with them, and when I told her she have me a free bag of 100 corks for the children! How kind :) I would recommended Wine Krafting to anyone!

We have been going to Wine Krafting for about 8 years after moving to Kingston. Wine Krafting was able to contact our previous wine makers and get the name and sweetness of the wine we like so it could be replicated. They are extremely professional and well-educated about wine. They are also very personable and friendly, and we especially enjoy joking around with Nikki who is hilarious. My husband and I bottle wine with them and then sit in their lovely sitting area and enjoy a glass of wine. There are no appointments necessary and it is always relaxed and welcoming. We would strongly recommend these guys for your everyday wine needs and for any special occasions (we used them for our wedding wine and they were able to make custom bottles happen last minute. They take the time to get to know you and what your wine interests are, and if you make your own at home like I do, they gave me some really valuable tips for making my wine kit the best I could. Soooooo much more than a wine-making store. I made wine elsewhere before coming to WineKrafting Inc, and the other place was cold and automated. The staff were friendly enough but not like the WineKrafting Inc team. I started at WineKrafting in the summer of 2017 and I already have a very personal connection with Nicole and Grant (haven't met the other staff get!). Not only are they very friendly, they know me by name, remember my preferences and help me enormously every time I bottle. They have EVEN donated a door prize basket (I didn't have to solicit this, they offered!!) for an event I coordinated. If you are looking for warm, friendly, personal and personable customer service, exemplary knowledge of product and a local business that values it's regular customers, you've found it in WineKrafting Inc.

The Wine Krafting shop is a terrific place in which to make your wine. They have a wide selection of good wine juices which produce wine of equal quality to a similar brand and quality as that of the LCBO.. The staff is pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. I was looking for a nice, dry Rose. The the one they recommended was delicious! When I mentioned that I thought my Riesling type wine was a bit sweet to me, they told me that they could alter the sweetness to our taste. They suggested I bring my wife in and they would find the perfect degree of dryness for us. When I mentioned that I found my present way of bottling wine to be tedious, they suggested I use specially designed, re-usable plastic bags. I found this method to be much better. Not only that, they also took the time to show me how to actually accomplish the decanting and bottling task. Speaking personally, as an older person, I was so impressed when they carried the wine out to my car! Wonderful! I, therefore, have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this shop to you. You won't regret it!

Excellent service! I love the fact that you don’t book an appointment to bottle your wine. They give you the date your wine will be ready and you then chose the time and date you want to bottle and just walk in. Their process is very efficient for bottling. Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent product! I would highly recommend Wine Krafting.
