We stopped here after a day on Lake Kabetogama. Four of us split the walleye fingers, fish tacos, and a large garbage pizza. The fish tacos were my favorite. The fry bread and sauce were wonderful. The walleye fingers were also very good. The pizza is what they're known for, but I thought it was just ok. The service was good and friendly. If you're looking for a place to eat in the area, this is your spot.

The Rocky Ledge is a great watering hole & sports bar right on Lake Kabetogama with a classic "north woods" decor. They expanded their menu in 2014 & have been rotating through several craft and seasonal bears on tap. You can still get a great home-made pizza or burgers, but now with some nice dinner options too! We love the "stuffed chicken" and don't miss the wild rice as a classic Minnesota side dish. The bar section is separate from the main dining room, so also a very family friendly atmosphere. Order ahead and you can take it to go! We highly recommend the Rocky Ledge.

Our group was a little large but it took 50 minutes for our appetizers… come on. I ordered a cesar salad thinking it would be a safe option but it was incredibly salty. Only ate the chicken because the rest was inedible. Wouldn’t come back.

Poutine was decent and my husband liked his burger. I was real excited about the fish tacos on Indian fry bread, I don't know what they are trying with that combo of tartar slaw, but it just isn't working. Cabbage was too thick. Waitress was nice enough but really seemed to miss the mark, you shouldn't be carrying one thing out to the dinning room per trip. Slow to say the least.

Probably the best walleye I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I generally do not eat deep-fried foods but the breading on the walleye was light and it was not at all greasy. Our waitress was knowledgeable, efficient and fun.

Food was greasy, but edible. Seemed like the fryers were not hot enough. My major peeve is that we ordered burgers that cost 10.99 on the menu were charged $18. Didn't appreciate the bait and switch.

Had this older lady bartender, who was just terrible. The bar wasn't even busy and she couldn't keep track of what she was doing. I dont think any of our tabs were accurate. Also the pull tabs need to be changed out. They have so many losers in there its insane. We played 80 bucks and only had 2, 2 dollar winners.

Food was fine, but they were out of all fish and shrimp and steak. Our group of 7 came into an empty restaurant and a less than friendly staff member told us we should have called ahead but they would serve us. There were no signs saying call ahead seating needed and no other groups were spoken to like we were.

Good food...pizza is a must. Can get busy on Friday's and Saturday's so order early or come in off the water. Dock access, but need a few more tie offs. They are working building on the property. Excellent location and fun atmosphere.
