I was exploring Voyageurs National Park and needed to have a good lunch. The most promising place was International Falls (without crossing the border) and I gave this pizzeria a shot. I wasn't disappointed. I could've gone for the pizza buffet but I went a la carte and ordered some wings and garlic bread. They were served hot and delicious! The booth was cozy and service was good. There is also a tavern section with a bar for those interested.

Very happy with everything at Sammy's! Staff was friendly, we saw that they were still following the COVID protocols, and - most importantly - the food was great! We both had the meatball stromboli and we were both very satisfied. Great for a lunch without feeling stuffed.

The place was clean and well staffed, but the pizza I ordered was terrible. The crust and sauce were tasteless, and the cheese was that special kind of bad you get when you order pizza meant for young kids who won't know better. That being said, the service was fine and I didn't order anything besides that pizza and the buffalo wings, which were passable, so it's possible they just don't make good pizza.

Not Italian in any way shape or form! I got the Stromboli which is really just a giant store bought hot pocket. There was very little if any Italian sausage like it stated, and mostly just ground beef. But the ground beef was disgusting. It tasted like that dry instant forming beef you find for campers and food storage. I didn't think a restaurant would get so creative and use it in their food..... Defimaetly not worth the price and the servers couldn't even grant my request to get no ice in my water. Bad experience. Period.

Nice place to eat and have a beer after fishing. I had the burger with ham on it, the exact name of the burger escapes me. Fair weather burger at best. My buddies had the buffalo mac and cheese dish and a stromboli dish. They both looked fantastic. I did try the buffalo mac and cheese and it was good.

At first love my Sammy's the went to have buffet and was told it was closed when thers was few people eating and lots of food left I don't even eat that much just wanted extension to my salad bar I have all the time,so rather throw food that use and then when I had salad bar my favorite salad is no longer available,only have been open short time what the heck and last but not least my daughter received two strips with a thin fry sized third strip very disappointing did not get my money's worth!!

Caesar Salad was huge and delicious and the Pizza was surprisingly good; I'd gladly eat here again and recommend to anyone hungry for pizza (and Italian food?) in the Falls. We also had outstanding service - our server was so helpful & friendly...she was just awesome -and that made our experience even more enjoyable.

This is without a doubt the worst pizza I've ever had the misfortune of trying, while staying in a motel overnight I googled local pizza and found Sammys, don't be fooled by the pictures because the pizza you receive will look nothing like the pics online. Save yourself $15 and get a frozen or better yet go to Domino's you'll be much better off and money ahead. As a truck driver I've had my share of bad pizza but Sammys ranks with the absolute worst

I don't plan on coming back. I personally didn't really like the food here. I heard the food here would be good but I guess its just not for me. The best pizza I had ever had was at Old Worlds Pizza. Every time I eat at a pizza place I compare the pizza I'm eating to Old Worlds Pizza and nothing has ever beaten it. If you would like though come check this place out and see what you think! ????

Unfortunately the server we had this night was not great did not bring drinks when asked so we had to go to the bar.. told us that there was a meal forgotten and so the kitchen was un thawing the meat in it.. which wasn’t appealing then we waited a while for a different meal so we were thinking it was forgotten. The salad bar is good, would recommend going on a Monday night so you can get the buffet!

Best restaurant in town. Pizza was thin crust and tasty. We had two 10" for me and my partner and our young daughter and it was perfect. I would try their other non-pizza items too, they looked good at other tables. Lots of seating in different sections--there's sort of a sports bar and then more of a family-friendly space. Helpful staff and a nice, clean atmosphere.

I really enjoy my time here. The staff are friendly, and the pizza is awesome. There is always a non-meat option thank goodness! And if there isn’t you can ask for one and they will get it ready for you in no time. The little salad bar is great and have you seen their mile high chocolate cake yet? Good food but the portions for the prices are unbelievable spending 30$ on a combo platter and Philly cheese steak I figured id get enough to food me my husband and 3 yr old my 3 yr old ate the combo platter basically all by himself and he dont eat alot there was 5 onion rings I think 10 small cheese curds and like 15 small pieces of cauliflower and the 2 little chicken tenders for almost 16$!??? I was so upset i HAVE never in my life had such small amount of food for how much i paid. international falls mn. 2/6/20 at 11:10am Thursday. My husband Hasbro get to work or i wpuld have just brought the food back and got the money back at least for the combo platter almost 20$ and my toddler ate it all and was still hungry we will not be coming back after i had to even talk my husband into even buying from this place they deff made our decision in the future!!!

Menu said $10.95 for a hamburger and fries and then I go to pay and it’s $13.55 because the price of beef went up and they said nothing about the change in prices when I ordered and there is no sign that says prices may very or anything so I do not recommend this restaurant!!

We love ordering from Sammy's. We always get the Buffalo chicken pizza. The only complaint is the crust is super thin, but we just order double crust and then it's good to go. I can't comment much on any of their other pizza since I'm obsessed with the Buffalo chicken pizza. But if they're anything like the Buffalo chicken pizza you should love it.
