We used Regional Limousine for our wedding a few weeks ago in Hamilton, the white SUV limo. Their price was very good and the limo was clean, a nice size and nice looking. The driver was on-time and courteous. However I do have some complaints about our experience: 1) The day of our wedding was very hot (unusual for the time of year) the car was supposed to be air conditioned; if it did it was very poor. It did not feel as though there was any cold air coming out of the vents. 2) I had sent an Itinerary with the addresses & schedule to the company two weeks prior to the event. The owner thanked me and said she would pass on the information to the driver and let me know if there were any questions, she also told me which driver I would have. The driver that arrived was not the same driver; when I asked him “do you know where all of the locations are, do you know how to get there?” he assured me he did. He was to bring the guys to the church first and then pick up the girls to go to the church; he almost brought the guys to the location where the girls were until someone spoke up and advised him he was going to the wrong location. Then when we were on our way to the picture location, he stopped and said he did know how to get there and asked us for directions...the groom had to read off the instructions from Google maps from his phone on the way there. In my opinion if he was not familiar with the area, then he should have taken a look prior to the pick-up or used his own gps rather than asking us to provide directions when we are celebrating our wedding and hosting our bridal party. I sent the itinerary ahead for a reason. 3) We had a few bags and gifts in the limo with us that were to be taken with us once we got to the reception venue. There were 14 of us and with the excitement of the day a few items were left behind. I accept that we should have double checked the limo before leaving, but the items that were left were in the front seat; I am a little surprised that the driver did not take a quick look or notice before driving away. Once we realized they were missing (during dinner), I called the company a number of times, left voicemails and texted with NO response. We called and left more messages the following day. Two days after the wedding we got an email response saying they found the two gifts but the other two were not there. Nobody in our bridal party grabbed them, so to this day we are unsure where they ended up. We then had to drive over and hour to pick them up. The owner did not even offer an apology, just handed us the two gifts and walked away. 4) The day we went to view the limo and book the service the owner did not have any paperwork or a contract prepared, I was later sent an email confirmation stating that we were booked in and what the balance owing was. Which is fine, I kept the email for reference. But the day before the wedding there was confusion with what the balance owing was, once I replied with the reference email it was straitened out. So in summary we received the service we booked at a good price. However I feel as though they were not prepared and the customer service could be improved.

I needed a comfortable vehicle and a driver for a wine tour in Niagara on the Lake for four people. Regional had just what I needed at a reasonable rate. Our driver, Steve, was spectacular. He was professional, helpful, friendly, and informative. He contacted me the day before to help me with lunch reservations and gave my group top notch service throughout the day. He was always available when needed and even made special arrangements for someone in the group with a birthday. He treated us like VIPs and made our day extra special.

Not a smart move advertising your business while riding peoples bumpers, cutting people off and going 96kph in an 80 on Highway 3, then 75 in a 60 on Garrison. All to get to McDonalds! Just celebrated my sister's bachelorette this weekend and was very happy we booked the 22 passenger limo bus with Regional Limousine. The bus fit us and all of our "baggage" perfectly. The driver, Kyle, was wonderful and he did a great job getting us around to a number wineries, distilleries and breweries. Their prices are also fantastic so I would recommend them 100%.

My family had the pleasure of using Regional Limousine's service for our Canadian immigration landing experience. We were concerned about the size of the vehicle to fit all of our belongings and Julie accommodated us and added a note to our booking to ensure we had a larger vehicle for our important trip. Our driver, Steve, went far beyond our expectations. After having spent 15 hours driving to Buffalo, NY from Charleston, SC, we were so grateful to have had such a kind and patient driver that made the process so seamless from the second we met him at the Buffalo airport. He was very well-versed and knew the protocols for border crossing--he eased our anxieties so much and navigated to our Downtown Toronto place perfectly after we were approved! Beyond that, there are so many things he offered to do for us, it would take several pages to describe them all and how much they positively impacted us. He was so helpful with our many, many luggages, and when traveling with a small child (4yo) after such a long journey, we can't express enough how much Steve made us feel welcomed and assisted with more than we could ever ask for without a single request on our end. We were so happy that Steve was our driver and highly recommend him as a person and professional. A very special thank you to Steve and Regional Limousine for your huge role in our new journey. Our group of 16 had an excellent experience with Regional Limousine. For the last 7 years we have booked a large Limo bus for our group to attend the annual Ice Wine festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake. In the past we used a different limo company where we had mixed reviews depending on the year whether it was driver or vehicle condition issues. This year I decided to obtain quotes from other companies and booked Regional Limousine due to the fact they had a new 22-passenger 2019 Limo bus available and the pricing was very competitive compared to the other companies that I contacted. My contact person at the office was Jessica and she was a pleasure to deal with. She was always very quick to respond to my questions both before and after we booked. She kept in communication with me leading up to the date and updated the booking as we made changes to the time and itinerary. The day of our booking our driver Andy contacted me to let me know he had arrived early and was available anytime we were ready. Andy was the star of the day...I can honestly say that in the last 7 years we have never had a driver that was so attentive to our group. It rained off & on the day of the event, and if it started to rain while we were in the winery Andy would bring a handful of umbrellas to the entrance of the wineries for us to use to get back to the bus. One thing I also noticed was that he took a head-count before leaving to ensure no one was missing. He truly had a sense of responsibility for our group. Andy was also the best driver we have ever had....smoothest ride ever! Great company based on my experience....you can't go wrong with them in my opinion.

This was the 3rd time I have used Regional Limos, and as always, they did not disappoint! Every time the driver has gone out of their way to make our event special, and this time was no exception. Amazing service. Kyle was our driver. So knowledgeable and helpful. We actually had a wine tour booked during COVID and had to cancel the wine tours when a lockdown was announced but they still took us around Niagara on the Lake, and to the wineries to purchase from the store and the company gave us our own version of a tour and made it so special. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and they made it amazing despite all the restrictions. Definitely recommend. They even decorated it for us. Limo was clean and beautiful. The service throughout the booking process and the service we received the day of was phenomenal. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have never left a review before but have to for this fraud of a company. Booked a wine tour with them for my sisters bachlorette.... they said they would set everything up - WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO ONE WINERY! Contacted them months in advance and they call me a week before the event asking where they should schedule tours? I expected they had already done that (didnt get into the place i wanted to go to for lunch because it was full - had they called earlier we would have got in) Day of: Driver was late and showed up at wrong house (meanwhile I get a call from them being rude saying they are outside waiting)the limo is super old and didn't even have an AUX chord to play music??? We head to our first stop a whiskey tasting (i approved 2 tours that were not wineries) driver tells me he has no idea who the contact at the whiskey tour is and he has never done a wine tour before... they do not schedule time and did not notify that we should leave to our next tasting (the email from the girl said they would take care of EVERYTHING) Head to the next place for lunch only to find out that regional limo had not set up a reso for us and no one was expecting us for a tasting....... so we had to pay. Since regional limo didn't set it up we had to wait for place to set up a table for us (luckily the place was kind and accommodated us) i phoned regional to complain and they assured me everything was set up for the next 2 tours and they would push back timing due to the fact that we were now late. After lunch driver said we would only have time for one more stop - we start driving to next place and the driver asks us how to get there!!! He didn't even know where it was located !!!!!! We had to google address for him and help with directions. Just to be safe I decide to call the place to make sure they knew we were coming... they said the place was closed for a wedding and they had NO tastings that day!!! As were pulling up (see the wedding) and I tell the driver to turn around and just take us home. Girls were upset so we asked to stop at a famous donut shop on way home (driver was nice enough to complete this request but i mean its the least they could do) As we are leaving and I am telling driver how disappointed I am in the service he decides its a great time to tell me that I'm really pretty?? Like what? When I got back from bachlorette weekend I emailed & phoned them to discuss my disappointment - they tried to blame their failure on me and were very rude on email and on phone. I asked for a refund of at least 50% in which they said they would not provide - they ended our email exchange by trying to bribe me with $200 giftcard for wine in exchange for me not leaving a bad review!!! "If you agree to accept this gift, we will part ways, and you must agree that your group will not be leaving any reviews of Regional Limousine, then we will forward the $200" Needless to say I didn't accept their pathetic attempt to smooth things over. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Regional Limo (Nick & Julie) I HIGHLY suggest that you don't offer a service you cant provide - don't say you can handle everything for a wine tour when you can't ... maybe just stick to strictly limo service.

I would suggest NOT using this company for any important event. They did not show up for our arranged pick up when speaking on the phone directly to the owner. Their excuse is they had nothing emailed to them which I was not told was required after he confirmed the date, location and time right over the telephone. BEWARE!

We recently had our wedding and had the best experience with Regional Limousine. Our 14 person limo for the wedding party was great, the driver was awesome, accommodating and although we were off on time and locations for photos, he smiled and said 'whatever you need'. The lead up to the day was so easy. Julie answered emails immediately and although we changed the size of vehicles and how long we needed them changed, she always worked to make the best solution for us. At the end of the night we provided a shuttle and had too many people so driver did extra runs to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot say this enough, go to Regional Limousine and Nick and Julie will take care of you. Jay games, concerts and now weddings have all been perfect and I will use them for any transportation needs going forward.

We booked a ride with Regional Limousine on May 21. I dealt with Julia and she responded quick via email. Our driver Steve was super friendly and showed up on time to pick us up from Buffalo NY. We thought we booked an extended SUV and when the limo showed up we were decently surprised! Steve was accommodating when we needed to make a stop for diaper change. Didn’t feel rushed at all. One star deducted because the limo broke down when we were close to home. It created a bit of inconvenience because we had a newborn with us and that’s probably the last thing you want to deal with.. arranging logistics during a province lockdown. We decided to tip Steve still because we understand it was nothing he could have done. We waited until the next day to reach out to Regional limo and they said they will reimburse our ride. Overall a great experience .

I do not normally complain about anything but the service we received on our wedding day was not what had been advertised. The SUV limo we reserved for the day of our wedding showed up with a driver who was called the night prior to do our event who had been retired for years. It was not stocked with the complimentary champagne as advertised, the music was not working and he driver had no idea how to turn it on or fix it for us so we drove around listening to music playing from our phone, which was a littler ridiculous. Also, it was a pretty warm day and myself the bride and my bridesmaids were all sitting in the limo waiting for the ceremony to start sweating, we asked multiple times for the air to be turned on but nothing was coming out of the vent. We were sweating off our hair and makeup which was awful. I understand things happen but when I reached out and got an answer from the owner it was pretty rude and was blaming us for not being able to use the music system and we should have known how. The driver pulled over and tried to figure it out and was not able too. It is not the customers fault that a last minute retired driver did not follow "protocol" when something is not working and forgets to supply the vehicle with the advertised champagne. They also went on to say the car was never reported to have a faulty air system but after reading a couple reviews it seems like a common issue. To offer a customer a refund of $100 for having constant issues on their wedding day is a bit pathetic. The limo ride to and from the ceremony is suppose to be the time to relax and enjoy those few moments with just your wedding party but instead we were continually trying to "fix" things. I wish the customer service had been a better reaction then trying to blame the customers and I would not have been inclined to write such a bad review, we get it things happen but there needs to be a bit of responsibility taken on from the ownership of the company. There are multiple limo companies out there, I would recommend going with another one, it seems like a constant reply back from the owners when something does go wrong that they do not care to rectify it. Just to make life easier I would choose another company whose customer service could potentially be a lot better if there were to be an issue. Hopefully this review helps some future customers when choosing a limo company!

Just celebrated my 21st birthday with a wine tour and we used Regional Limousine's to bring us to each location and get us home safe. We were lucky enough to get an amazing driver named Andy who was very professional and made sure everyone on the trip was having an amazing experience. We came into an issue with one of the wineries as they were unaware we were coming for a tour. Andy took initiative and got a tour for our group. In the future I will most definitively use Regional Limousine's service for other private events such as this one and I hope we are able to see Andy again!

We used Regional Limo for our Wedding on September 25, 2021. The booking process was quick and easy and Julie made it so easy. Response times sometimes took a bit, but she got everything booked for us. Our limo driver, Robin was absolutely amazing! She was polite, accommodating, outgoing and made the ride a great time! We were very lucky to have her! We also had a shuttle bus booked with Regional and that drivers name was Andy. I don’t know what was wrong with him, but that man is quite arrogant! Despite our guests being polite to him and even tipping him for his service, Andy was not having it at all. Our only complaint from our wedding has been how rude Andy was. I am very disappointed in the level of service we received from him. Especially after spending a lot of money on the shuttle service. I would use Regional Limo again, but I will never let Andy be my driver again.

My now wife and I used this limo service for our wedding day Jan 20 2018. We eloped in Niagara Falls area (Fort Erie) and Regional Limousine came highly recommend. The limo driver Andy was very courteous and friendly. Showed up 15 mins early before pickup time and got us to our ceremony in a timely manner. We had time to spare before hand and allowed us to take in some of the surrounding views around us. At time of wanting to have pictures outside of the ceremony property the one location happened to be closed and Andy helped us to decide on another location and was very accommodating in having to choose another location for us when we noticed a place along the way we asked to pull in and he did. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the limo in and out. I would recommend anyone needing a limo to definently look into Regional Limo for their limo services . Mike & Judy

I booked a wine tour with Regional Limousine in May 2019 and our group could not be happier with the service. The limo was clean, the driver was on time, professional and super out going. Although we had a schedule he did not put pressure on us to stick to it strictly (this was my experience with other companies) and really wanted us to enjoy the day. He even offered to take a few group shots for us which was very kind. We paid a tip at booking but wanted to give him an additional tip at the end of the service and had to insist he take it as he claimed to “only be doing his job”. We were planning another tour in March 2020 but then Covid happened. The company was amazing, and even made an exception to refund our deposit since we were out of town. We will absolutely be booking with them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for limo services. You will not be disappointed!
