Absolutely beautiful building, they have only 3 wines for tasting, a white, a red and a ice wine. Their white and red wines are very nice table wines but their ice wine is easily in my top three . Beautiful color, bursting with aromas ,will easily impress any ice wine connoisseur. AND they have only been making wine for three years.

I recommend this place. The wines are excellent! White for appetizers, the red is perfect with meat, and my favorite the ice wine is even better served with ice cream (pick a not so sweet ice cream flavor). The closest landmark is the Marriott on the Falls, south side of Stanley Avenue. The sister company of Monastery Cellars is the Reif Estate winery is also another good one.

Amazing wine, the ice was was balanced perfectly, sweet but had the right amount of acidity to it. The red was also amazing, if you dont like reds, i highly recommend you at least try their red.

It's a great concept combine the winery and church to tell the wine history. Wine is over priced also the attitude of the staff was not a pleasant.

Staying at the Marriott on the Falls and noticed a Catholic Winery nearby (walking distance). It's tucked inside the gift shop and a very limited wine slections (Vidal, Merlot Carbernet, and Vidal Icewine). Staff was really nice and pricing of the wine is extremely fair.

This was the last place we visited today ... wish it was more than a "gift shop". Ladies were nice, place was clean ... just wasn't what I was hoping for. Bought a cross and s Christmas ornament, no wine today.

Not really a winery. 2 wines to sample, a white a red. An ice wine. Gorgeous historical landmark but I wouldn't place it in a winery category.

My husband and I visited Monastery Cellars while staying at Mariott on the Falls. We walked to the Monastery from our hotel, which was nice. While their selection of wine is not quite as extensive as others, the lady who did our wine tasting was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They have amazing ice wine. Prices are very reasonable. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The lady doing our wine tasting was even kind enough to give us a pitcher of water so that we could cleanse our palate in between tastings and to get refreshed as it was a hot day. I would highly recommend.

Very limited wine selection. One Vidal, one Merlot Cabernet blend, and one ice wine. However, they are quite excellent examples of all of those wines. Prices are quite reasonable. The staff is very pleasant.
