My friend Jon researched best places to get a wine fridge and stumbled upon Rosehill. We booked with Kaileigh to come in and she was just incredible. I had a spot in mind for the fridge but there was measurement issues. Kaileigh walked us through the showroom and with great knowledge discussed each of the potential options. We landed on 2 possible ones. She did not pressure sell but instead offer valuable suggestions and put me into touch with their driver Noland, who also could do carpentry. Noland built a stand for the fridge to sit on allowing for the space required (above the baseboards) and set it all up for me. Happiness is; great C/S, help when asked for, good advise, and quick, painless delivery/set up - highly reco :)

They listened to my needs and showed me a wide variety of chillers to give my collection the care it deserved. I would absolutely recommend this company to those who want the best. Great customer service! I had a cellar built in a new home and sourced the cooling unit from Rosehill. Over a year later, I contacted Rosehill to purchase a remote controller for the cellar. Alex from Rosehill responded promptly, went to the source of my concern, provided meaningful advice and resolved the issue. He was not trying to sell me something; he was genuinely helping me. And in doing so, made me a customer for life!

We purchased a $6000 wine rack and $1000 wine cooler from this company. We paid an additional $1500 for install as our builder is not familiar with these products. At first, everything was very smooth and they treated us very well. When it came to installation, our builder was communicating with Rosehill to coordinate the cutouts/setup necessary to have the cooler installed into the glass enclosure that would be the wine cellar. They gave us all the dimensions and told us it was drainless. Now, they are saying the cutout in the glass is all wrong, there needs to be a drain line, and that the only way to install the cooler would be to remove the glass pane and to replace it with drywall...an obviously unrealistic solution. They are now saying that they are not responsible for anything and are abandoning the situation by listing various excuses on why they should not be responsible. We are left with a $5000 glass enclosure with a huge hole in it. It's a shame to see the difference in how you can be treated when you are tendering a $8000+ project versus how you are treated after the business makes the sale. Update: we are recutting and installing a new piece of glass. Gary has offered to assist with installation of the cooling unit. Will update review appropriately once job is done.

Once again, Rosehill (Kaileigh) came through with flying colours! Rosehill completed an installation earlier in the year and I had them come back to finish up the space. As posted before, I have very limited space to work with and had a small nook that needed to be filled in. Rosehill's installer (Nolan) came on site and customized another premium cru kit to mimic the look of the original wine rack installed 5-6 month's earlier (see the large rack on the left in the pictures below). Nolan's attention to detail was on point and the finish product and area now looks complete!! Remarkable product quality and customer service. I highly recommend to everyone.
