I brought my own custom labels and the owner helped me put them on when we bottled the wine, he also suggested the seals to match the labels i had brought. I loved the wine making experience and I received so many compliments from my frienda & family on the taste & quality of the fruit wine. I have been a customer of Haus of Vine (HOV) for almost 20 years because they provide excellent products at an affordable price. I have tried other competitors in the past have been very disappointed by the outcome, especially when the owner would not back up their product and try to rectify the problem. About six years ago, after making my initial batch of mead from rudimentary instructions found online, I decided I would invest in some proper wine making equipment. It was time to say goodbye to the balloon which I had used as an airlock and replace the bread yeast with something a little more predictable. Lincoln was incredibly helpful in making the transition. He offered valuable advice and only sold me what was needed. despite the fact that I had entered his store a complete novice thinking that I needed to buy this that and everything. Not only that, but I have found that his prices for such supplies tend to be better than those I have found closer to home. And, the odd time that he hasn't had something new that I wanted on hand, he has been able to order it in for me. As a result, although there are a couple of other such stores closer to home, I still keep making the journey out to Haus of Vine to purchase supplies.
