Confession: I’ve never done a wine tasting until today. Black Market was my very first, and I’m so glad. Not only was the wine amazing (which it definitely was,) but I didn’t feel any pressure to know “wine stuff.” Michelle explained the different wines so well, and made it easy to love the experience!

My wife and I have ordered wine from Black Market since 2016. We each have our favorite wine from their portfolio but this year we tried their unsanctioned porfolio, limmited edition. I would like to mention some of their outstanding unsanctioned wines that we tried; Barrel aged Pinot Blanc and Cab Sauv but the Cab Franc has become our fav along with their signature reds Syndicate and Syrah.

Howling Moon Craft Cider

Great spot, friendly folks and four legged friends. So many delicious wines it’s hard to choose a favourite. We sat outside in cozy shady seats and pet the pup between tastings. The vineyard is beautiful, dude seems to know his stuff. 10 out 10 would buy again:)

What an amazing winery! First off the wines themselves are just excellent. I highly recommend them and the staff is super knowledgeable. Karen was such a pleasure to chat to, she knows her wines. Michelle and Rob the owners are just some of the nicest people you will meet. I highly recommend a visit to this vineyard. The view, the wines, the conversations are all worth the trip!

Lovely outdoor tasting area. Nice view of the lake and fantastic portfolio of wines available. The lady who did the tasting was very nice and knowledgeable about the wines. Picked up a Pinot noir and a collusion.

Pinot Blank delicious my new favorite over Secret Society but not by much. Rose Omertà yummy bone dry. Pinot Noir outstanding medium body red. Syrah top notch big red.

Do yourself a favour and take a short detour into Kaleden and visit Black Market. Their wines are exceptional, the views breathtaking and the owners are very friendly, laid back and knowledgeable. We enjoyed some of their wines on the west coast of Vancouver Island last summer. Sweet memories!

If you want an authentic experience with some of the best wines around check out this family owned and operated winery. If you're lucky and they still have some of their syrah, pet nat, omerta or others in stock, I suggest buying a case, they sell out quick and are excellent wines.

What a place! Absolutely love Black Market. The ambiance is very relaxing, trendy, fun and the view is great. Second best thing about the winery is the wine.... top wine in the Okanagan by far in terms of price and quality. 1st best thing are the Owners, Michelle and Rob. They are so welcoming, friendly and really make your tasting personal and intimate. Just kidding, the wine is just as amazing as the Owners. Anyways, can go on and on, but you MUST visit this winery!

I ordered curbside pick up and it was very convenient and quick availability. I drove up, popped my trunk and they loaded my wine. Safe as can be ????.
