While the federal and provincial governments are trying their best to flatten the curve of covid19 in Canada, Elliot Lake retirement management is doing the opposite by encouraging unnecessary access by maintenance personnel to our units. These personnel are not using any PPE and exposing the residents to the risk of being infected by covid19. Hope Algoma public health takes action against this irresponsible management. 1

this place and this city are a joke they pick and choose who they will help. after repeated attempts to get help am told there are waiting lists eat. I have never been so disappointed by a place in all my life. just give u the run around not impressed at all
