Been there 4 times. Always very satisfied with the food choices, staff kindness and peacefulness. However, our last time there was pretty disappointing... Just one food choice. We also found it a bit weird that it was not closing after the last flight of the day.... Add some young overconfident staff members and filthy children toys on top of that... Not what we were expecting there... Not gonna come back soon.... Too bad.

There is no doubt that Desjardins Lounge is worth it! It's super cozy, you have places to charge up, and the food is really good, not at all cheap cafeteria stuff. If you can and travel a lot, make you wait easier by staying there! You can bring 2 guests I believe as well!

I drop in this lounge every time I'm flying international from Dorval (Pierre Elliot Trudeau) airport. Its a really pleasant atmosphere, in total contrast to the hustle and bustle out in the terminal. There's ample refreshments and good comfortable seating with small tables to rest your laptop and drinks. Just a very pleasant way to start your trip.

Since 2019 April can't be used for international flights from Montreal which uses a stop in the country unlike previously. What a huge deception that benefit was just taken away we arrived here to eat and didn't receive the earlier notice that this want available anymore. Really impressed with the quality of the food! Would not expect to have chicken so good at a mini airline buffet. Great selection of food varying from breakfast to supper with a nice selection of liquor on tap. Bathrooms are super clean. Seating is spacious and has a charger available for your devices before the big trip. Spacious location and very clean with kind staff. Would pay the extra to go there again!

Food is okay. Not more. Everything is white and super bright, guests are often very loud. Not the best place to relax or work focus on work. Many wall plugs and USB port don't work. Definitely better than staying in the airport hall though. Edit: wall plugs never work. Menu was always exactly the same thing in 4 visits. Edit: My last visit had no hot meal without meat apart from white rice. Wall plugs are still an issue.

Dozens of loaded early morning (6am-10am) international chartered flights with thousands of eligible Lounge clients, who just to point out inderectly pay a premium as part of their annual cc fee for @PERKS and convienience of enjoying 8-12 Desjardins Odessey Lounge visits annually... however couldn't travel and enjoy these lounge services before long flights for close to 2 years....Now only to find their Odessey lounge CLOSED until mid afternoon (2PM). Sure a sign tells clients to go to another gate to get a $25. credit voucher, but no one is there, so whats the point? The cafes in the international departures are for the most part are also still closed early morning, anyway! Open up early morning as before

We have an international flight with a stop in Toronto but since April 2019 apparently we received a email supposedly informing us that the VIP salon is now only accessible for international flights not locals followed by international. What a big deception we arrived there in hopes of eating something and relax a bit but that benefit was simply taken away.

I went to that lounge previously 2 times and it was so-so but my kid liked it and I kept the card. We fly at least 3 times/year. My last visit was a disaster. They changed the rules and now put families with children in a separate place at the front which looks like your high school cafeteria. As per them there is alcohol now and kids cannot be around it. On the other hand the toilette where kids go is right next to the open alcohol bar. Makes no sense! If you want a drink you have to go all the way to the end of the lounge to get it yourself. Nobody offers you anything. Service is zero and they are extremely rude. I was flying to Cuba and the food in Cuba was 5 stars compare to their food. Anyway NOT WORTH IT! I am canceling my card.

Nous aussi on paye pour cette carte et on s'attend quand même à une crrtaine base . Je me suis plainte il répondait on s'attendait pas à avoir autant de monde mais un dame travaillant là m'a dit que pour le déjeûner c'était souvent comme celà !! Fini pour moi cette carte.
