Après cette découverte, j'allais dans les SAQ pour m'en procurer. Aujourd'hui, j'ai décidé daller visiter le site, qui est tout simplement superbe! Une magnifique vue sur les vignes, les montagnes et le lac. La dégustation est très abordable et vous pouvez découvrir quelques vins du domaine. Le seul point négatif, c'est que lors de la dégustation, je me suis retrouvée avec un couple. Je ne sais pas si c'est à cause de mon jeune âge ou alors parce que je revenais d'une randonnée et que je ne portais pas un "outfit", mais le sommelier ne me regardait pas lorsqu'il faisait la présentation des vins. Il fallait même que je présente ma coupe pour avoir le vin puisqu'il m'oubliait. Son attention était simplement porté au couple, afin de donner le meilleur service possible et probablement espérer faire une bonne vente. Or, c'est au moment où j'ai dit que j'allais prendre une caisse de 12 bouteilles que j'ai commencé à être considérer comme une bonne "cliente" et que le service a été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Comme quoi, il ne faut jamais juger un livre par sa couverture!

Beautiful vineyard! Felt like we were in Southern California. We ended up getting the Rosé détente and loved how light and crisp it tasted. The only Downside: They do not serve any food or snacks, so make sure you bring your own. Also, no indoor washrooms due to Covid restrictions.

Très bel accueil, attentif et passionné, on s'installe au pied des vignes. La dégustation est super intéressante, le rosé Détente très agréable, petits fruits rouges et belle acidité. Le Réserve Riesling accompagnerait bien un ceviche, et la cuvée Julien en rouge était fruitée à souhait. Anne-Marie, la propriétaire, nous a ensuite fait goûter la cuvée Thomas qui est plus complexe. Tout cela offre un beau panel de vins québécois ! Et pour une Européenne, c'est précieux. On est reparties, enchantées, avec 6 bouteilles ! On reviendra c'est sûr !
