What a great picnic place as well as a winery. I tried the sippin pretty and was blown away. So I bought a bottle. I will be back with some friends to have a little drink and food outside on their patio.

Our first time here was last year after doing the pumpkin patch we saw the sign for wine tasting. We went in and were hooked. Just bought some wine recently and my friends love their Yeehaw. Now they'll have an oven brick pizza in their patio????

What an excellent place to hang out and enjoy some wine. The folks that manage and work there are awesome, the wine is great, the atmosphere is great… simple love ordering a pizza to there and enjoying the picnic area. Being a wine club member is awesome, we want pizza!

Winery inside pumpkin patch Limited parking spots in front of shop. Few spots in patio which obviously full several times due to crowded in pumpkin patch, hence they offering flying means take away & seat some where else. Prices are obviously high due to location. $10 is for tasting wine ???? & it’s not a free. I would prefer to buy wine bottle from any liquor shop.

Who doesn't like a free wine tasting? The workers are so nice and knowledgable. The wines are amazing one of my favourite wineries every wine is delicious and flavourful. The patio area is beautiful with farm animals in the background. The prices are so good for the amazing quality you get.

A good place if you are NOT looking for a good wine! The wines I tasted were all too sweet. It more tases like a juice, and less like a wine. So if you love the taste of the wine, not recommended. But if you don’t like the taste of the wine and you want your wine to taste like a juice, recommended.

One of the best and family friendly wineries you can find: great tasting wine, outdoor picnic area and farm animals to look at for the kids. However, after our last visit I am unable to give them a 5 star rating. We usually visit 3-4 times a year to have a picnic while enjoying some wine (usually leave with a case of wine). Our last visit this weekend was not up to par since they have implemented a new rule. They now have taster trays which you must purchase before sitting in the covered picnic area (which have nice gas fire pits). We have nothing against the taster tray rule and they do offer you a discounted price on a bottle of wine to enjoy there. If you don't purchase a taster you just can't sit in the covered area, you have to sit in the grass area of which at this time of the year is a big mud pit). We were under the impression that if we purchased this taster tray we can enjoy the covered area for our picnic even if we purchase an additional bottle to have there. After we finished our tasters (which are not very big ) I went into get a bottle to enjoy for the rest of our lunch but were then told that if we want to drink that bottle we must move to the mud pit grass area. Even though we purchased a taster tray the young lady working there still forced us to move if we wanted to enjoy the wine at their winery. At that time we were the only people there but we were forced to move anyway (we had all our food laid out already but had to pack it all up to move a few meters to the uncovered area). One main reason we like having picnics here is because of the atmosphere of eating/drinking next to the gas fire pits. In the summer time perhaps this rule may be ok but in the winter when the uncovered area is wet and muddy this rule is pathetic. They should be more considerate to customers who actually want to buy and enjoy their wine while being there (especially if you are not busy) instead of giving preference to people who just come for 10 minutes to enjoy a quick taster. Even though they deserve a 5 star rating I can not give them one until they get rid of this rule. They will drive away their long time loyal customers.

Located in Richmond, Bc, Country Vines Winery is 25 minutes away from downtown Vancouver. ????Tasting: You pay $5 to test 5 different wines. My suggestions: Shameless Rosé (2015), Cabernet Franc (2015), Hot Pursuit (2016), Pinot Noir (2017), Beso Dolce Red (2017) ???? Picnic area: To use Picnic area, you have to buy bottle of wines or a Picnic box (snacks). If you buy any bottle, you’ll get 20% off on the snack box. ???? Weekends there might be some live music (video uploaded). The picnic area is really nice and you’ll enjoy the atmosphere. Have a nice time there!????

This is a hidden gem in South Richmond just north of the tunnel. It is a beautiful setting with an outdoor picnic area where you can bring your own food and taste their wines. Kid and pet friendly, amazing wines and at the beginning of August they have a sunflower festival. The also have goats, burros, horses and cows along with chickens for entertainment. It is a beautiful place and the staff are amazing. ????????????

This place and the staff were great. Cute little tucked away farm side Country vibes. Good selection of wines for tasting and by the bottle. Tasting and dining patios with plenty of sun and shade. Bring your own food was actually a nice kind of picnic atmosphere. Loved it.

Hot summer Sunday nights will never be the same . A country feel with a warmth not only coming from the wood fire oven, but from the hearts of those who made this place so special ❤. They have an amazing array of wines that will dazzle you. While it is always worth the trip to their tasting room, Saturday and Sunday you can get the added pleasure of a wood fire Pizza that is like no other.

I didn’t think a Richmond winery could be this good! I thought they were all fruit wineries, this place is not and has good wines. Some estate whites and okanagan reds and whites. They also have sparkling and rosé. The 2018 Pinot Noir and 2016 Hot Pursuit are super good reds. Had a flight of five wines for $10 on their beautiful patio. Wines are so reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

Today is my 14 year anniversary and we went to Country Vines for their member’s only tasting. I’ve been a patron for a few years but only joined their wine club this spring. I have had so many enjoyable wines but tonight takes it for a memorable experience. Brian led us through a number of great wines and he was really enjoyable to talk to and super knowledgeable. Being a wine club member, we left with a complimentary charcuterie board, 2 bottles of member-only blended wines, and a big bag of produce from the adjacent market. This is a great hidden gem in the community and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to support local and have a good glass of wine. Now I’m off to enjoy my bottle ????

Just had a wonderful wine tasting that was complimentary with our wine club membership. Brian was very knowledgeable and an all around great guy. They gave us a massive charcuterie board pre-packed to go, two bottles of wine, and a big bag of produce from the farm all complimentary with the wine club membership. Honestly, the wine club is worth the price just for the wine but this was a great surprise.
