I always have a great experience making wine and beer at The Wine Cottage. I like to mix it up with all the selections but one of my favorites has to be the Italian Amarone. So glad I found this place, great staff and so many great deals.

I've gone to several wine making shops on Central Vancouver Island, this was my best experience. I discovered them via a coupon, and so glad I did. Made a wonderful Nebbiolo on their suggestion; really pleased with the results. Excellent service, a can-do attitude in every sense of the word, very professional. I learned a lot, had fun and never felt rushed or uncomfortable! (The place is a little tricky to find, if you're not familiar with Courtenay, so get good driving instructions! It's worth it.)
