Booked a reservation for 2 people for Valentine’s Day. Service was great, but we were seated next to the terrace doors so it got cold for us. We ordered the shrimp burger and the cheeseburger! Honestly, the food is great, we started with the steak and cheese toquitos but I don’t think any of these were worth the price. The cocktail you see is $12. The shrimp burger was $19. I understand these are standard, but just my opinion that I don’t think these were that special to be priced that high. Food was good, but I probably won’t return.

Table51 is definitely a must try in the Montreal scene! The restaurant is beautiful, terrasse and inside, and the menu has something for everyone. Our waitress offered us a great service and was very helpful! We ordered the Steak salad with medium-rare steak, which was cooked perfectly. The Pad thai had a creamy peanut butter sauce and was full of flavours. The hambourgeois steak was very juicy and the club51 was very well seasoned. For dessert, you MUST have the fried oreos. They were ex-qui-site. We could’ve ordered 10 more!! Price: around 30$/person

Had dinner at the new table 51 last night. Food and service is on par with the high standards at the original Carefour Laval location. The menu spans the gamut from creative appetizers and casual sandwiches & salads to succulent broiled fish, or their fall off the bone braised beef on which they have carved their well deserved rep. There appears to be a few new items on the menu at this location. Many sounding positively delicious. My dining partner and I shared the grilled octopus salad appetizer. It consisted of a generous portion of charred octopus, broiled baby potatoes, shaved red onion and capers. We both chose the “Gucci” burger. A charbroiled filet Mignon burger, topped with a mushroom jam, Manchego cheese and a truffle oil mayo, It was delicious! Certainly the best burger I’ve had in a long while. We chose One side each with the burgers. I had fries, they were the fresh match stick style fries worthy of the best steak houses. My partner chose the kale slaw. It was surprisingly good with cashews and an Asian vinaigrette. The place is Gorgeous too! A sophisticated yet casual and comfortable vibe. The bar was positivly hopping while we were there. Over all a winning concept. I recommend you check it out before it gets too busy...

We eat here pretty often. We like the decor and the vibe, the food is generally good but there is some variation on the menu. I think that the salmon tartar is excellent, the Reuben sandwich was less so, the sweet coleslaw does not work with the smoked meat, in my opinion. However, this will not stop me from coming back! Great bar scene for the 5-7 PM happy hour.

Food was OK. As a person with Lactose issues, my choices were very limited. The fries were bland and over salted and my Club 51 sandwich was OK except for the rock hard piece of unripened green apple. When I first bit into it, I thought I couldn't figure out what a piece of apple was made of.....anyways....three stars for today's but I will definitely go back again and try something like the salmon tartar next time.

December 2019. Work party of 10. We were seated at the exact reservation time and the waiting staff was attentive and proactive. Our waiter was charismatic and informative. Marc A. was an attentive host. The cocktail in the photo didn't taste as good as I thought it would have. Marc was kind enough to assist me in finding a cocktail that was much sweeter. The Steak & Cheese Taquito is a filling starter and very flavourful. The longer the plate sits the more grease starts to seperate from the meal. Not sure if it's from the cheese or sauce, but other than it's a good dish!

Honest review and as always don't forget your appetite : ) With Table51 coming down to Decarie and adding yet an other high quality dinning bar experience to the area will make many happy. I've had a good amount of the items on the menu and some desert's. I can honestly say that you will not need to worry about being hungry after you have seen the portion they give. Just like Batton Rouge you can expect quality and quantity and more quality (yay). The waiters are very pleasant to see and interact with,they do have their own personality to the place. Valet parking service is a major plus and if you have been to the area you know what I mean ; ) The alcohol is well served with a nice presentation. I didn't want to mention cost$ as this is in the realm of quality resto-bar and you can expect this isn't like going to Thursday's downtown. This has the ambiance and the decor that fits it very well.So I find the cost fine but more pictures somewhere would help us with ordering ..maybe a desert menu? Good job on a superb grand opening. PS: weekday lunch special menu, not sure there was one for us busy workers :D

Very disappointing and very expensive. I ordered the lobster tacos. What I received was tacos filled with shredded vegetables topped by a small amount of chopped lobster. A lobster taco should be filled with lobster. I felt this was very deceptive. The crabs cakes were quite good but very small for the price. We won't be going back. It should be noted that the waiter was excellent and deserves 5 stars.

Delish overall. I went for lunch and their daily special was reasonably priced. A few good dishes to choose from. Salmon tartar was fresh and the shrimp burger was big and savoury. Surpringly yummy strawberry gelato came with the daily special! Great deco and spacious dining hall. Clean and tastefully done bathroom is a plus. I would definitely go back.

I even dare to say this was THE BEST SERVICE I've ever received in many years! I can't recall the last time we laughed so much. Our server Tara was hilarious and equally convincing on the food items we should experience. We were dazzled! Jimmy (the owner) came to see us to gage our dining experience and he was so gracious, welcoming and kind. The food was heavenly! The stuffed zucchini rolls was the best appetizer I ever ate. Their famous veggie burger was the best veggie burger I ever ate. The key lime pie was so so good! The litchi martini and cucumber martini were excellent! This will definitely be my go-to restaurant whenever I come to Montreal. Thank you!!!

I had the shrimp burger and it was good, although you had to pay extra for the sides (I got the fries) . I was quite disappointed with the size of the cappucino, it was almost like I ordered a macchiato for 5.50$. They charged me for barely 2 sips of coffee! The restaurant itself is nice and new, and spacious. In terms of the ambiance, it was hard to hear the people at your table talking unless they talked loud or had to almost scream. It was very noisy... Overall, it is a little pricey for what you order and therefore, I gave a rating of 3 stars.

What a great job they’ve done with the covwred and enclosed terrace! With the trees and green grass in the distance - just delightful! Food was delish as always - we had the popcorn shrimp, burrata and proscuitto to start and the famous Gucci burger, Nagano pork chop and Cowboy steak with surf & turf - and the service was excellent. All covid protocols were maintained. Believe they are getting heaters in soon, so don’t miss your chance to go and enjoy the terrace before full winter arrives.

But I'm going back to Baton Rouge right next door. Table 51 will not be able to compete with this long established restaurant. Also, the starters are way too big. You have to share them otherwise you can not eat your main course in full. There is much better at a lower price. (Original) Très cher pour ce que c’est. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Mon plat de poulet grillé avec piments également grillés goûtait le GAZ! Probablement qu’on grille sur le gaz. J’ai fait goûter et sentir à deux autres personnes qui ont trouvé le même goût et odeur. Je n’ai pu le manger. J’aurais dû le dire mais j’avais l’appétit coupé. Cependant, le service était bon. Mais je vais retourner au Bâton Rouge juste à côté. Table 51 n’arrivera pas à compétitionner avec ce resto établi depuis longtemps. Aussi, les entrées sont beaucoup trop grosses. Il faut les partager sinon vous ne pouvez pas manger votre plat principal au complet. Il y a bien meilleur à moindre prix.

My wife and I decided to try the newest location of Table 51 on Rue des Jockeys. This was the former site of Portovino which we had frequented many times before. This place has also been totally renovated and I must say they did a terrific job. I ordered the Shrimp Burger which was very tasty, with a side of kale slaw, crunchy and also healthy to boot. My wife picked the Asian Salad which she thoroughly enjoyed. Both portions were extremely large and good value. Service was friendly and efficient throughout. My rating for Table 51 is, fifty-one out of fifty-one.

I went to the Decarie location (my first time at Table 51) just three weeks after they opened. I called ahead and they didn't have any tables but said there was space at the bar. When we got there, there was free valet service and the hostesses were really nice. The bar was honestly very comfortable and spacious and the bartender who served us was amazing. The menu is really diverse and original, I didn't expect some of the options that they offer - I was very impressed. Not traditional side options (kale salad was incredible). Shows that they are innovative. I had trouble deciding but in the end I ordered a shrimp burger with avocado, it was incredible. Over all, amazing service and food, really great ambiance. They even offered us another drink on the house. Left the restaurant very happy and have been raving about it to people ever since.

Had a great time at Table 51. We only went for drinks and ended up having some dessert. They had a live DJ playing some great music and the ambiance was great. A big shout-out to the 2 people working the bar as their service made us feel like home. They were lively, honest, and very friendly! I do wish the bar had a slightly better selection of scotch and whiskey. They only had 1 selection passed 12 years. The barmaid was very helpful while recommending wine choices. Even when we didn't like a choice she was quick to make the a change and recommend something new. We also tried a cocktail and it was great! Finally, we had to order dessert. We got the fried Oreos after it came HIGHLY recommended by the bar staff. The batter was well balanced and well cooked. The ice cream was delicious paired very well with the fried Oreos. I also got the Key Lime pie. Although it wasn't the prettiest it was absolutely delicious. The consistency of the crust was spot on. The maple and brown sugar crusted almonds were a great add-on as well! I'm already looking forward to my next visit! I'll be sharing photos here as well!

Nothing I hate more than getting excited about going to try a resto I haven't been too only to be let down by not only the service, but the food as well. Poor service from our only French speaking waiter. I don't mind so much not being served in English, I really don't. What I do have a problem with is when the French speaking waiter (expecting a tip) doesn't offer courteous and friendly service becuz he hears us speaking English. On top of it, the food was subpar. Maybe it was an off night? Or maybe the service aggravated me so much I couldn't see past anything else? I'll admit to the very nice decor and ambiance and great terrace. MAYBE I'll try the one in Laval one day and hopefully I will have a better experience.

The layout and the food is good. I think the establishment goes for quantity with a focus on quality so the food experience was good. The service however was quite slow, even though the restaurant was not busy and we did not order much. They also almost overcharged us on our bill (by like 6 bucks each) and screwed up the payments, so that’s a big red flag.

Decided on a late lunch and stopped in at Table 51 in Montreal. Having experienced thier location in Laval I expected the same. Besides the same delicious food the interior design was completely different. It had a bright and airy feel with a modern upscale decor. Huge windows bring in lots of light. The service (Frank) was excellent. A great place for a meal or a drink anytime!

Very expensive for a very mediocre restaurant. Our server was excellent though. Half an hour after I ordered my tuna salad I was informed they had no tuna and would have to choose something else. No soap in the washroom soap dispensers and no toilet paper in two of the three or four washrooms. The restaurant was pretty empty and I can see why. We were a group of 7. Half of us liked our meals the rest said theirs were ok. Way overpriced from what we ordered. Sorry but I won’t be back any time soon.

The service leaves something to be desired the food is ok at best and I would say it's a bit over priced. The servers often times dont know the food on the menu. I ordered a stake one time I was here and was told it was dry aged and then after I had ordered the server told me that it was not dry aged. This makes a big difference to what inwas expecting for the price I paied. They make mistakes with your order and will keep you wating. The drinks are good and average priced. I think they are just trying to be hard to be a fine dining restaurant but they food and service do not go along with what they try to be. I would not recommend and I won't be visiting again.

Yesterday a few friends of mine and myself spent an evening at your establishment. I was expecting the same result as what I experienced in your Laval location. Although the food we ordered was delicious there were various disappointments to the evening . Firstly, 6 of us ordered the table hôte . We were told the table hôte is accompanied with a clam chowder, our waiter came back stating the clam chowder is included only with the pasta dish. Table hôte is usually the special of the evening and is always included with soup or salad and coffee . My husband is in the restaurant business therefore they’re a few things I am aware of. Secondly, we had to ask for bread and water at the table, and we were bounced around to 3 different waiters . When we finally got our waiter back that initially served us, my friends and I made it aware to him that we didn’t get the our soup therefore the waiter tried to redeem himself and offered two free deserts for the table. My friend specified that there was six table hôtes and we should all have a free dessert. The waiter respected our request and served us. Thirdly what goes best with dessert coffee right? I had to flag down another waitress to get that for me, meanwhile she didn’t ask anyone else at the table if they care for a cup as well. Listen, I’m not making a mountain out of anthill, however when you choose a fine dining establishment to share an important evening with , your expectations are high. Especially at table 51. People go out to be served and for an experience. Yesterday felt like I was being served at casa greque and their main objective was to turn over a table, Quantity vs quality. Your Laval location is excellent and that staff should train your décarie staff. One of the main reasons we chose table 51. I’m not going to mention your waiters name because it’s irrevelant . Your staff lacks organization and are aloof to what really matters that brings customers back and that is service. Your hostesses I must say were very pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile. I’m addressing this to you for you to be aware that I understand what it takes to open a business, the blood sweat and tears not to mention the money. As a wife of a restaurateur, I’m reaching out as a friend , protect your investment, DO NOT COMPROMISE SERVICE . You will not see me at this location anymore however your Laval location I’ll continue to support Thank you

Terrible place. They offer you 5 a 7 drinks, but they charge you full price just because you did not order at bar. I could not understand why waiter offered drinks and did not tell us to go to the bar to order. Never Never go back again

My husband and I have been to this restaurant quite a few times and it has always been a great experience. Its is beautifully decorated and has great ambience. The food is excellent. I have had the braised beef three times and I love it. Lets talk about the desserts now. Between my husband and I, we have had every dessert on the menu. We celebrated his birthday last night and he had the cheesecake which was fabulous. I have had the brownie dessert and the key lime pie and both are excellent. I'm pretty sure everything on the menu is excellent!!! The owner, Jimmy Kosmas, is very friendly and hospitable. Needless to say, Table 51 has become our go to restaurant. We can't wait to go back again!!!!!!!

My Spouse and I went to Table 51 today. This is the fifth day that this restaurant has been open. My Burger was outstanding, what a delicious burger made to perfection! My spouse had the Asian salad and thought it was great. The portions are large. We received excellent service from Emilie Veillette. The decor in this restaurant is superb. They have their own parking spaces. It is near Walmart on Decarie. The food is excellent and this restaurant is gorgeous.

Exceptional service and good food. I've eaten here twice and each time with people with particular dietary restrictions ( celiac, Keto and vegan) The kitchen staff was very approachable and informative in regards to their kitchen protocol on allergens. The chef was very knowledgeable when it came to celiac and gluten intolerance even down to cross contamination. The place was actually recommended to us by a friend who also had loved ones with celiac disease in the family who had successfully (without adverse reactions) ate at Decarie Table 51. They have a fair enough amount of gluten free options (including burgers) and if you want to share your appetizers they can also customize it as well. They Yucca chips are very good. The hostess and server may not be as informed depending on who is serving you but simply ask to speak to the kitchen staff when in doubt. However the servers we had we very patient and made every effort to ensure the orders are prepared to satisfy. The gluten free burger is good and they get the bun delivered from a gluten free bakery (we were told that the buns are individually sealed in order to reduce the risk of cross contamination. They even have really yummy vegan burger with vegan bread that looks amazing! The interior decor is also really nice and hence suitable for a business lunch, evening date or family dinner. Hope this place does well... we live a bit far but whenever in that area it's a nice SAFE place for us to eat.
